• Lea (10/5): - Wonderful, modern room with plenty of space and a really good bathroom. The kitchen (shared with just one other room) also came in very handy during our stay. Great location right in the heart of Chiswick, definitely explore the neighborhood and its shops, cafes and pubs a bit while you're there! The bed is quite narrow for two people, my partner and I didn't mind at all but it's definitely something to keep in mind.

The staff was also very kind and fast. My unique comment is about the shower. It does have a great water flow, but after a time, the hot water stops, so you really need to speed up the shower if you’re in two 😬

• Nicola (10/5): - We had another lovely stay at Boutique Lindon Gardens. We’ve stayed here before and it was just as perfect this time. The apartment is exceptionally clean, spacious, modern and very quiet, which makes it a really relaxing place to stay. The location is brilliant, right in the centre of Chiswick with everything you need nearby. The host is also very helpful and quick to answer any questions. We’ll definitely be staying again.

• Gary (2/5): Not what it seems… - The property is well kept and decorated nicely. Please be aware that you are booking a room in a shared apartment rather than the full apartment. The advertisement is misleading. I ended up having to book somewhere else.

Simon , the owner was helpfull and the communication with him was very easy .A super advantage of the property is the location and the washing and drying machines , felt like home . Will definitely be back ! The only thing that I would change was the sofa bed ,it was very comfortable for a sofa bed , but still not a normal bed .
• ANASTASIOS (7/5): - The location of the property is good and the apartment was well decorated and generally clean; however, there were several issues that negatively affected our stay. Firstly, the water heater has a very small capacity, which resulted in insufficient hot water for two people to shower consecutively. After a short shower, the hot water ran out and we had to wait around 30 minutes for it to heat up again, which is inconvenient and unacceptable for daily use. Secondly, the general room description does not mention that the kitchen is a shared space, used by two different rooms within the same property. This is important information that should be clearly stated prior to booking. In addition, the description states that the apartment has a double bed, but this is not clearly explained. Only by looking at the photos can you understand that the bed is actually a sofa bed, which is misleading and should be clearly stated in the written description and there was no balcony, despite this being mentioned in the property description. Overall, we feel that the accommodation description does not accurately reflect the actual conditions, and greater transparency would significantly improve the guest experience.

• Natalia (9/5): Highly recommended cosy room - The room is perfect, cosy, big and very confortable. Exactly as pictures are. It takes 5 min walking from/to the closest tube station and there are many shops, pubs and restaurants around. Bed is very confortable. Bathroom is big and nice. Lovely decoration. Easy to enter the apartment with a code (don´t try the application, it is not working if you don´t have a US phone number). I highly recommend it. It´s not possible to plug in a hairdryer near a mirror (important for ladies). The rest is perfect.

• Jörg (8/5): Nach anfänglichen Startschwierigkeiten ein guter Aufenthalt. - Sehr gute Lage, nett eingerichtet, sauber und gute Größe Es gab keine Hausnummer. Diverse Emails mit Beschreibungen (blaue Haustür etc), hat einige Zeit gebraucht, die richtige Tür zu finden. Dann per Mail der Cide für die Haustür. Um die Zimmertür öffnen zu können, hätte man extra eine App herunterladen müssen. Dazu hätte ein Einladungslink kommen sollen, der aber nicht kam. Als ich selbst die App herunterladen wollte, ging das nicht, weil nur für Handys mit amerikanischer Vorwahl geeignet. Von den zwei Kontaktnummern hat dann eine immerhin reagiert. Am Ende stellte sich heraus, dass das Zimmer offen war und der Schlüssel drin lag. War alles umständlich, unnötig kompliziert und langwierig.

You're unable to park outside the apartment and I ended up doing quite a few car movements around the streets behind the apartment

There was a minor issue with some of the cleaning and they resolved it immediately and the property was spotless. The access to Turnham Green station was perfect for me. I loved the room but I would have preferred a proper bed, the mattress was on a fold out sofa type set up which had a big gap between the pillows less comfortable than a standard bed frame

• Robin (6/5): Nice en-suite bedroom with shared kitchen. - Nicely decorated. Handy location EV charging on the street. Description in Booking.com didn’t make it clear the kitchen was shared. Noise from Chiswick High road goes by long into the night.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - Easy to find, and in a fabulous location for getting around London or simply enjoying the neighborhood. Very comfortable, thoughtfully set-out, and tastefully decorated. Everything to hand for a long-term or a short stay. Only two small things: 1) Although all of the information about the property is messaged to guests beforehand, there is a lot to digest! I would have preferred clear, short arrival information, with the rest provided in a booklet or even sent via email in a PDF. 2) I had to leave an hour before check-out (at 9am) as the cleaner needed to start earlier. As the check-out is already quite early (10am), it did make my morning rather uncomfortable. I was, however, able to leave my luggage whilst I ran a couple of errands.
• Conor (1/5): Stay ruined by sewerage and foul smells…. - Location The sewerage smell from the internal plumbing. When we arrived all the windows were wide open in an effort to get rid of the smell. When we returned later the smell was unbearable. Contacted Simon who sent a plumber to fix - same issue on 2nd nite. Very uncomfortable stay and had to leave windows open (in Mid November). Simon agreed to refund, contacted him in early Jan and he requested my bank details. Contacted him again in early Feb…..still no response and escalated with Booking.com. Very unprofessional response from Simon after a verbal agreement.

• Christopher (9/5): Single guest for a single night - Beautifully presented & spotless 1st floor single room, ("F4",) with sitting area and many mod-cons. And shared use of a very well-equipped kitchen with its own TV. New windows and doors etx throughout. In my room there were 6 windows and skylights, all with electrically operated blinds. Strongly in demand. You'l need to be a bit tech savvy to download the correct app etc to gain access to the actual bedroom using a pre-issued code. Noise isolating windows only effective when they are fully closed - naturally.

• Stephenbennett34 (10/5): Chiswick's Finest - The apartment was amazing. It has all the mod-cons a person could need. The beds are really comfortable and even though the apartment is near to the main road it was quiet enough to get some decent kip. Showers are top quality and come with both a fixed overhead shower and a hand shower, and the water pressure is excellent. The balcony in the kitchen is small and doesn't really offer much of a view but is still nice to relax and listen to the local area going about it's day. Location is great with a plethora of shops, cafes and restaurants just a short walk away, and quick access to the District Line tube. Only negative was the awful noise being made by the central heating pump when it turned on. This was easily negated though by turning off the central heating altogether. Water is on a separate system which is ok.

• Jae (10/5): Perfect for what I needed. - Perfect location on the high street close to everything, but still felt private. The flat is very well appointed and wonderfully comfortable like a home away from home. Si rescued me when I couldn't find the flat and was very kind to get me settled with all the tech and amenities. Highly recommended - I'd stay here again and be super happy about it. The tech takes a minute to get used to, but ultimately I think it's great! There is a shared kitchen/dining space with the flat upstairs that I wasn't sure about at first, but actually found it really nice to have the separate space (bonus that I was the only one in the building so had it to myself).

• Patrick (10/5): Perfect stay, clean and modern - The place is convenient for Chiswick. The tube is close by and a M+S is just across the street. Everything seems to be new or just very well maintained. The electronic door is great, the smart home gadgets for blinds and temperature are super convenient. The room is quite sizeable, then bed is big and comfy and the big bath has a nice shower. Everything is very clean and in order. Internet is fast. I particularly light the communal kitchen with free coffee and a clean fridge for storage. There is really nothing to improve. Compared to the many other places I've seen in London, this is among the very best.
