Guest Reviews
- machac (8/5): celkově spokojenost - kompaktní, opravdu jen na přespání špatně se vetrala vlhkost, mikrokoupelna a wc malé pro větší lidi
- Andrea (6/5): - vicino alla metro non molto chiare le foto
- Kirsty (5/5): A convienent place to rest your head when exploring London - Close to underground station. The bunk bed for the children. Clean toilet. Very noisy with people entering and exiting the building. Noisy heating system. Flat pillows. Blinds didn’t work.
- Garry (6/5): Good location, flat needs a bit of TLC - Location was excellent. 5 minute walk from Willesden Green station and plenty of shops round the immediate area. Secure, keyless entry was good and instructions were nice and simple. The double bed was pretty comfy and plenty of towels were provided. The flat itself had a bit of a damp smell, and the shower was very poor. 30 secs of scalding hot water followed by 30 secs of cold, rinse and repeat. The shower tray was also dirty/stained and there was a bottle of shower gel half filled with water (assuming from previous guest). There was also a number of food and drink items in cupboards and not sure this was intentional but some bottles, packets and jars had been opened and clearly used. The freezer was also stained and dirty.
- Małgorzata (7/5): -
- Martín Garcia (10/5): -
- Kamila (3/5): - The accommodation looked bigger in the photos. The kitchen was not clean. The bathroom was in poor condition and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the accommodation was uncomfortable and dirty.
- Camilla (7/5): it was a last minute booking and the host was really quick ro respond. was an overall pleasant stay, didn't feel muc - was a good position the city center was 30mins away and the tube and buses were a few minutes away. i had a few events near wembley and also really close and easy to reach.
the area was really quiet and the bed quite comfortable.
check in was really simple and the host sends you all the information necessary walls were paper thin and could hear everything going on in the corridor but that's to be expected in these kind of accommodations.
- Harry (1/5): - Was called an hour before arriving to say something was 'wrong' with the second room and it had been double booked. I requested a refund for this, which has still not arrived.
- Ivor (9/5): Good cheap accommodation is great location for Wembley Stadium - The proximity to Wembley Stadium was our main objective and this accommodation was perfect for that. Don't expect 5 star luxury but the price and location was spot on for us, the room was big enough and there was a large fridge in the kitchenette, I would definitely stay here again if I was going to Wembley in the future. The shower temperature was difficult to adjust, either scalding hot or cold and couldn't seem to get anywhere in between but not such a huge issue really.
- HAKAN (8/5): -
- Alison (2/5): Very poor! No wonder it changed the name to 10mins to Wembley instead of Wonderfully equipped! - Cosy Just one towel to last you 4 days, linen only changed after 5 days, broken toilet brush, no kettle to make coffee ,just 1 butter knife,no other cutlery at all, broken cupboard, small bed, just 1 chair, no tv channels, no lift, too small- claustrophobic!
- Robyn (1/5): -
- Cedric (8/5): Chouette séjour dans un appartement lumineux - Simplicité pour accéder à l’appartement grâce aux codes. L’appart est lumineux et spacieux
- Stacey (8/5): Cheap, great location, helpful owner - Good location and very good price for location.
Was quiet and had everything we needed.
Bunk bed was super comfortable. The hot water is extremely hot, the shower was either cold or uncomfortably hot.
Other than that all was good!
- Guest (1/5): Dirty, filth & run down - Absolutely nothing, pictures are total catfishing. Run down, dirty and just absolutely disgusting All of it
- Sean (7/5): Easy bus route to central London. Good local shops. Nice place to stay while exploring London. - The double bed could do with a mattress topper.
- Moore (2/5): - Area was disappointing In dire ned of moderation
- Anna (1/5): A CON and robbery !!! Awful experience that I e never had on booking .com this property should be removed ! - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
We arrived to leave our bags as instructed and we were turned away. 2 men said they were staying there . The owner called me after I’d contacted him later to say we could then go to the property. We had found alternative accommodation by then .
He was rude and refused to refund us. He told us the people there had a late check out but that wasn’t what they told us.
It claims to have parking but it doesn’t .
The entrance was really dirty and smelt. The building looked un safe and very run down . I did not feel safe at all in the area .
We had to pay for other accommodation as a result which caused a delay in our plans and extra expense. Stay clear !!! Everything AVOID !!!

- paul (10/5): - Perfect for what we wanted great for the night
- Abdallah (10/5): - I checked in extremely late, staff were very helpful. Especially Salman, polite, swift and considerate.
- Er (7/5): -
- Nurul (6/5): Pleasant - The room its not sound proof. You could hear people in and out and slam the main door. You could hear people movement on upstairs.
- Vivi (4/5): Great for just a night if you're going to Wembley stadium - Comfy bed, great location and good for just the one night. The fan! Was a bit grubby
- Mehul (9/5): Superb -
- Vaughan (1/5): Bad - Booking was cancelled by hotel day before arrival
- Gessica (10/5): Nice Place - Everything good
- Leao (10/5): Excellent - Well equipped
Close to Central London
Helpful host
- Gomes (10/5): I recommend - Good staff, location and property!
- Bruno (10/5): Amazing stay - Impressed with the cleanliness! Everything was tidy and spotless, from the room to the bathroom. Made the stay very comfortable.
- Mihaela (3/5): If the location/the value help you, go for it but we wouldn't recomend and we wouldn't use again - There were no keys but codes, this made it really easy to use the location without actually meeting or bothering the host during the night, when we arrived. Also we chose this location for the tube and bus stations which were acceptably close. A sainsbury shop is also just a few minutes away walking. We had unit C as this is a house with multiple rooms transformed into "studios". Comunication was easy via platform or what's up but only in the beginning. We arrived at 1 am and we wanted to use the bathroom, door closed, only tiny window closed and out of 4 walls 3 were clean and one was filled with mold, botton to the top. Smell was horrible and we were superdepressed as we specifically mentioned we are traveling with a child expecting a clean place especially after reading the reviews. We messaged the host who responded next day, we got out as soon as possible next morning to visit some friends and use their bathroom, didn't read the message the host wrote to us and they sent somebody to clean the remaining wall in our absence. We didn't like having a stranger there after checking in and having out our personal belongings, open foods and drinks on the table. The place is equiped with mostly everything but lacked washing liquid and a sponge and it's absolutely visible it's just a repurposed room in an old house, just to produce profit. One house, multiple "studios" with a built in bathroom with the cheapest materials and not the most adequate ones also. There was a TV and a remote but there was no power cable so it was just a screen on a wall. Zero sense and not usable. Cutlery with plastic handles where dirt accumulated. Windows not cleaned, dusty curtains. Bunk bed with wooden frame, no indication as to what weight the upper bed can support, frame squecking with every single move, could be attached to wall, that would help with the noise. Laminate flooring but probably extremely old. Every panel was worn, the edges quite destroyed, with accumulated dirt. The unit was lacking a broom and a dustpan although some other review stated that and the host said they will fix. We were there 6 days and we couldn't swipe the floor. In the common areas there were old beds depositated, it looked ugly like entering a carpeted warehouse. Main door getting stuck on the floor, if you were not paying attention, you bumped your head on the stuck door.
- Jitka (7/5): Oberall OK if you are mostly outside exploring London - Cosy small studio with direct line to the city centre, takes aprox 30min. Quiet neighborhood. Accessible grocery stores or eateries close by Very old an uncomfortable mattrace on the double bed, you can literally feel the springs. The place smells dapm.
- Jonathan (7/5): Good -
- Ana (10/5): Very good and fully equipped studio - Very good and fully equipped studio.
- Azmi (10/5): Love the place. Feels very homey. And the room is on the ground floor which was great!! -
- Andrea (3/5): Basic, not wonderful - Dirty, the garbage basket was full from previous guest! 🙂↕️
- Elena (8/5): Overall a great flat in London, small but cosy - We got the studio appartment, it was exactly like picture. Bed is super comfortable, with a TV ideally placed in front of it. Equipped with stove, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, so it was easy making food at the appartment. Room was always heated and shower always had hot water. Right across Sainsburys which is a grocer, and an 8 minute walk from the tube with the Jubilee line. Really great location! Quite small space, didnt have much room to put the luggage. Forced to keep clothes in luggage because there is no free storage space. Host took a very long time to reply back to msgs. Shower floor and window was dirthy when we arrived. But these things are trivial, the experience was still great. Would reccomend adding a broom so guests can keep place tidier during their stay☺️
- Muayed (7/5): Good -
- Odelli (4/5): Disappointing - Host responded fast My studio smelled very bad as I found rotten food in the fridge. They gave me another one and it wasn't yet cleaned. At the third round I was given a decent space, one that mirrored the pictures in the offer
- Yusuf (8/5): Very good - The fact that the apartment is very close to Willesden Green Tube station is a plus. Situated near a high street full of shops and opposite a Sainsbury's which is great.
The room was clean, we had no issues with it. We stayed for one night so for us it was fine. Toilet did not flush well, needs fixing! No TV in the room.
- Isabelita (1/5): Be warned! Misleading photos. Refund refused. - None The room was old dated' small. Bunk bed too small. Pictures are misleading. No heater so cold. For the price and what you get for' it is not worth it. After 1 night asked for refund of remaining stay since we are not comfortable but host ignored request. They will take your money even if you are not happy. Be warned!!
- Nimarunee (9/5): Superb - Best location
- Andrea (10/5): Nice and warm near London - Very clean and cosy with everything provided Nothing ! Very nice overall
- Sally (8/5): Very good -
- Oliver (4/5): Not a great place for families and not much for your money. A positive would be that it was clean and tidy. - The location was perfect. Close to tube station. Very easy for visiting Wembley. Property was fairly clean. Poor shower. Noisy, could hear the neighbours and front door of property kept slamming. Room got cold and heater wasn’t enough to heat the room. Lock on door wasn’t very secure. As an electrician I couldn’t help noticing the horrendous state of the I fuse board. Far from complying with regulations and would fail an electrical inspection by a long way. Very dangerous. Expensive for what you get but probably because of the location. Staff on the phone was rude when I was trying to get into the properly as they hadn’t sent instructions with the code. If it wasn’t clean and tidy it would have scored less.
- Chan (6/5): Nearby underground station - Nearby underground station 1. Heater is not working
2. No dryer
3. Kitchen exhaust is not working
4. No cleaner come for clean the room
- Ellen (8/5): Clean and comfortable, good amenities. - Just a 5 min walk from Willeseden Green station on Jubilee line, 2 min walk to Sainsbury’s supermarket. Big plus this was the washing machine and drying rack so didn’t have to find a laundrette. Stayed 2 nights so plenty of time for laundry to dry. Residential property converted to studios so narrow staircase up to the second floor but only a minor issue that can’t be fixed but a heads up to others
- Lori (9/5): Superb -
- Michelle (1/5): Disgraceful service - Absolutely nothing...as we were told 30 mins before arrival that the ceiling had fallen in. Which was a lie as they said on the phone they had just found it like it. But then said later that they tried call the day before. So it obviously hadn't just happen. We booked a studio apartment and planned our route to wembely with 30 mins until check in and less than 2 hours until the doors openned we had no option other to accept the different accommodation they said they could provide, we got sent to a flat share at portobello apartments, it looked like squatters lived there mail on the floor empty beer bottles on the stairs. On arrival dirty towels on the bed, the bed was unmade and dirty sheets, and the room had not been cleaned. No cups in the community kitchen. This was the room we were given when our chosen accommodation was changed on us with 30 mins before check in. We had to travel to a different area, had to pay more travel. And we have not been compensated at all, even tho on the phone they said they would refund some of the money. Since the stay they do not answer our message and do not respond to bookings.com. This complete experience caused so much stress that it is disgusting that owners can treat people like this and carry on doing it. The original studio was back up to rent with in days of our date.....so nothing was true.
- Anthony (8/5): Very good -
- Ashleigh (10/5): Excellent value for money will definitely book again. - Very clean and comfy. Perfect place for a couple of nights. Everything you could need. 5 minutes walk to the tube. Perfect location for Wembley.
- Fernandes (7/5): Good -
- Michelle (10/5): Great place for a short stay - Perfect for our overnight stay. Great location as we were going to a gig at Wembley.
Really clean and comfortable.
- Holly (4/5): Unsatisfied, glad we wasn’t staying longer than 1 night - The location is close to the tube station. From Willesden Green it’s 3 stops to Wembley Park. The shower didn’t work - either boiling hot or freezing cold. The room wasn’t cleaned & turned over before check in (3pm). We didn’t receive the check in details prior to arrival which made us late to our concert. We had to call the owner to send us all of the details and get a cleaner out. The owner was helpful and sorted the issue, but it’s very poor for a 3pm check in not to be cleaned & organised before our arrival.
- Piotr (8/5): Good for a short stay - +location
+self check-in
+nice equipped kitchen -tv was hung to hide - it was impossible to insert the plug into the socket (who did this?🤣)
-no cosmetics in bathroom
-the water in the shower did not drain
- Courtney (3/5): Disappointing sgay - The location to the tube was good. Every noise below and above made we could hear, people were shouting and slamming doors the whole time we were there. To top it off, there was a giant caterpillar on one of our towels and the bathroom was not clean. The shower went from really hot, to fine to cold and the pressure was minimal. The tap in the kitchen also has a hole in it.
- Imre (10/5): Reasonable pricing, honest listing, good access to Central London - Exactly what I was looking for, honest listing (which is probably the most important thing and seems rare on booking.com these days), perfect for 1-2 persons for a couple of days (I was on a work trip for a conference and extended my stay). Reasonable pricing, efficient use of space and highly functional. Lots of restaurants on nearby Walm Lane, comfortable distance to Jubilee line via Willesden Green station. Nothing major, everything was as expected. There could be more power outlets, maybe with USB ports to better accomodate international travellers. Maybe a lamp/reading light near the bed as the main lights are very bright and cannot be controlled from the bed (there was an LED decor light above the bed but it did not work). Window was a bit fiddly.
- Katherine (2/5): Not Wonderful. - The location was ok. Note that Willesden Green station has stair access to platform, no elevator or escalator. Trains were easy to get to central London. TV and kitchen/washing machine also ok. Apartment was changed by host the night before arrival to a much smaller upstairs apartment. Very Small refund offered and provided when host was questioned 2 days later. On arrival, the foyer and stairs were dirty and the apartment had not been cleaned from previous resident, despite a message telling us the apartment was ready for early checkin. The host was rude when called and said he would cancel the booking, as we had nowhere else to go after a day of travelling, we decided to stay. The apartment is incredibly small- no room for luggage for 2 people and the bed is against the wall, so have to climb over each other. The walls are thin and we could hear people talking in other apartments until 10pm at night.
- Costanza (8/5): Very good -
- Keita (8/5): Very good -
- Shyam (7/5): Good -
- James (10/5): Easy check-in and great host. - Clean and comfortable property. Nothing.
- Joanne (8/5): Very good -
- Mohammed (7/5): Good - Multiple shops and restaurants near the studio. Also the metro station is near by.
Quite and clean. The password to open the door was wrong. We stayed 1 hour in the street with all our luggage and it was very cold until we were able tp contact the owner . It was cold and the heater was set up to turn off automatically. The water was cold as well.
- Oleksii (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (9/5): Compact and Bijou... - Everything was satisfactory, the washing machine was a bonus. Would have liked a bedside lamp.
- Thayane (9/5): Superb - Comfortable bed, great kitchen so you can prepare good meals in peace. Good bathroom with hot shower for cold days, the heater works very well.
- Elena (6/5): Pleasant - We were unlucky in that when we arrived the room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Someone came to clean the room after we let the landlord know.
- Matthews (8/5): Very good - The room was best, comfortable and quiet The instructions to enter the property weren't very clear
- Kay (6/5): Great location and Value if your on a budget - The location of the property is great. 5 minutes to the underground and has a lot of shops and food places nearby. The property also has an oven, fridge and microwave to cook if we wanted too. Property was safe and secured and well lit. Had all amenities we needed and bed was ok. The walls were quite thin. Can hear everything upstairs and around us and even someone singing quite loudly. If you want a quiet place to stay and is at the accommodation majority of the time, I would find somewhere else (we stayed from Friday - Sunday weekend). The shower was kinda weak but I guess for the price and the value, it is definitely better than others I have stayed in.
- Anthony (9/5): Superb - Great location. Shops, cafes etc just around the corner
- Patrick (8/5): Overall a comfy place, very well located in Willesden Green where i needed to be. - When facing some minor issues in the flat, the host was very prompt to resolve them, first class service! Some bits and bobs to fix in the flat to make it impeccable.
- Tap aerators to change
- Slightly lean back cabinet and fridge as the floor not quite leveled up.
- Place the tv mount in a more convenient place maybe.
- Vivek (8/5): Very good -
- Catherine (9/5): Nice, clean room with kitchenette 5 minutes from Willesden Green stop - 5 min walk from Willesden Green station. Lovely old neighborhood. Room was large with a small kitchen, fridge, microwave, TV and restroom. Nice shower. Comfortable bed. Maybe a binder with nearby attractions.
