• Cisse (2/5): L’état des lieux , le lit pas confortable, - Pas du tout aimé La surface, la chambre etait un local de storage pour le nettoyage
• Aysegul (6/5): Prima verblijf voor 1 of evt. 2 personen, grote voordeel is de locatie dat heeft veel goed gemaakt. - Geweldige locatie, erg centraal en alles dichtbij, kon in principe alles lopend doen. Was ongeveer 15/20 min lopen van Antwerpen centraal. Ook heel veel kastruimte wat best wel fijn was, kon alles makkelijk uitstallen. Er zat een haartje op de wc bril, verder was alles oké. Ik had eerlijk gezegd ook niet heel veel verwachtingen gezien de vorige beoordelingen. Ook is het ontzettend gehorig, je kon letterlijk elke voetstap horen van de mensen boven! Dus als je een slechte slaper bent zou ik je deze plek niet aanraden eerlijk gezegd.

• Paul (2/5): ausbaufähig - hallo es hat mir leider nicht gefallen warum das ist einfach zu beantworten. das zimmer glich einer Grabkammer. die Heizung hat obwohl sie ausgeschalten war die ganze Nacht komische Geräusche gemacht so ein Klicken das Wasser im Waschbecken war heiß stellen. die Tür ließ sich nicht gut verschließen das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber und ein riesengroßer Schrank in dem nichts war außer Schmutz belastete meine Augen. da die Heizung Stimme Geräusche machte und nicht aufhörte damit obwohl sie nicht mal an war der ich Angst alles könnte hier jederzeit in die Luft fliegen

Dat is dan ook het enige Sleutel werkte niet aan de binnenzijde van de deur Koud water lavabo werkte niet. Enkel kokend water Elke stap in heel het pand is hoorbaar Het bad buigt centimeters door als je erin staat Sleutel branduitgang ontbreekt Ik ben anderhalf uur van mijn avond verloren met wachten op een slotenmaker. Argument was dat het Tomorrowland is en als het me niet aanstond ik “vrij was om te vertrekken”

• Emir (1/5): Felaket ötesi - Sadece konumu güzel, hijyen, konfor ve imkanlar sıfır. Konumu dışında herşey felaketti. Ev ahşap olduğu için ses izolasyonu sıfır ve komşular 2 gün boyunca partilediler. Uyku uyuyabilmeniz mümkün değil. Komşular İspanyol İtalyan asilli dans etmekten şarkı söylemekten uyutmadılar. Güvenlik’i çağırmak zorunda kaldık. Onun dışında hijyen çok kötüydü ve oda resmen dökülüyordu. Fiyat performans dengesi resmen adam dolandirmaca. Memnun kaldığımız tek şey konumuydu gerçekten şehir merkezinde her yer 5 dk yürüme mesafesi. Sakın burada kalmak gibi bir hatada bulunmayın, onun dışında ses konusunda şikayette bulunduk görevli arkadaşlar sorunu çözdü ama tepenizde yürürlerken bile sanki ev başınıza yıkılıyor. Hiç memnun kalmadık para verdik diye mecbur kaldık. Rezil bir yer , gidipte rezil olmayın . Yıllardır Avrupa’da geziyorum bu paraya bu kadar rezil olmamıştım.

• Brigitte (2/5): Nie wieder! - Vor der Anreise eine Anfrage gestellt, die ignoriert worden war. Vor Ort fing es beim verdreckten Hausflur mit schmuddeligem Teppich an und hörte beim schmutzigen Lichtschalter auf. Dazwischen Sofakissen als Kopfkissen, Vorhang nur an zwei Enden befestigt, ein weiterer Vorhang fleckig, Badezimmer mit schwarz-schimmeligen Fugen etc., Treppe war mehr eine steile Stiege und mit Koffer kaum zu bewältigen. Auf einer der Etagen standen Müllsäcke (Kleidersäcke?) auf dem Flur. Da ich kein Internet hatte, gab man mir den Eingangscode telefonisch, das war aber der falsche, so dass ich abends um 21.00 Uhr auf der Straße stand. Kein Mitarbeiter erreichbar. Auf Mailbox gesprochen, dass ich ohne Code die Nacht draußen verbringen müsse (Bis heute kein Rückruf). Bin dann auf kreativen Umwegen an den richtigen Code gekommen. Habe dort aber nicht mehr übernachtet, stattdessen wieder nach Hause gefahren.
• imad (1/5): Niet boeken of je bent je geld kwijt, slaap liever op straat. - Locatie AFRADER! Perongeluk 1 persoon in plaats van 2 personen geboekt. Bij ophaling van de sleutels. €25,- extra bij moeten betalen voor de tweede persoon terwijl het normaal maar €5,- tot €10,-meer is. Het was er ijskoud in de kamer. De verwarming deed het niet. In de badkamer hangt er een riool lucht. Geen suiker aanwezig voor bij de koffie die er lag. De kamer oogt op foto's groter dan het werkelijk is. Minimaal beweegruimte. De deur om de kamer binnen te komen is een glazen deur waar je bijna kan doorkijken. En staat helemaal niet stabiel. Kan je met 1 duw open geduwd worden. Nu begrijp ik waarom de sleutels gewoon in de kamer op tafel mogen blijven liggen en de deur mag open blijven bij het uitchecken. Zodat de klachten de volgende ochtend niet bij hem geraken wanneer je de sleutel zou moeten terug brengen. Het is in één woord, Degoutant om hier zo veel geld voor te durven vragen. AFRADER!

• Evy (7/5): Gezellige kamer - De locatie was top. Het was proper. Het was fijn om een koelkast te hebben en 's morgens koffie te kunnen maken. Je hoort de boven buren als ze praten of rondstappen.
• Hannah (3/5): - Very central to Antwerp old town. Multiple flights of stairs with no light in hallway, very dangerous. Room was old, in need of refurbishing. Towels in bathroom(hand towel and bathmat) were visually dirty. Multiple hair balls on the floor.
• Tovar (6/5): - Estaba súper central, para ubicar todo buena conexión bus tram Las llaves de la ducha del baño. No sale agua fría suficiente para graduarla, o me bañaba con agua fría o con agua caliente. 😔

• Telmo (9/5): Superb - Very nice location. Good apartment The keys were easy to receive, although in another location, but no email with additional information. There is some confusion and desorganization in that part.
• Brechje (3/5): Do not go here - Good central location. Acceptably clean inside room. Misleading and potentially fraudulent description.This is not an apartment. It is a room with a bathroom converted in the rear. The cold water in the sink inside the bathroom did not work. Meaning the only source of potential drinking water was in the bathtub. The implication is that dish washing is done in the bathroom sink. Unfortunately since the cold water does not work it means that the sink water becomes excessively hot. The "front door" to the room is a glass French door which does not inspire security. The lock on the door feels incredibly weak and a firm push would break the door open. The host provides a curtain which does little to block the outside corridor light. Walls and ceiling are thin and everything can be heard. Host permitted entry to very disruptive people who made excessive noise for over two hours between 2 and 4am. We complained to the host but they ignored us despite them saying we could contact them anytime via whatsapp. Stairs are very steep and would not be suitable for elderly persons. Condom was outside our room on the stairwell. The location to pick up the keys is 20min walking distance. I get the impression the host owns many properties and cares little for the quality of their guests' we'll being.

• Dries (1/5): Stay away - Room was relatively clean. Fridge and water boiler were nice to have. This place is 'managed' by a third party local organisation that handles bookings, cleaning and the exchange of keys in the name of the original owners. Unfortunately they handle more than 100+ apartments on various platforms (Airbnb, booking,..). This is way above their heads, resulting in chaos and mismanagement, without customer respect. Remember you're just a number here; all they want is your money. Avoid at all cost.

• Jacobus (4/5): Not more than 1 night - Excellent location and you get what you pay for: very little! Extremely noisy. The appliances were broken and also the door is broken. But for only 40 euros in the center of town, one can not complain.

• Yelvin (6/5): For this price, I was not expecting perfect. But still they need to tell truth aboit room. - Location was good. Room was not clean, and room door has glasses which you can see room from corridor. They had curtain to cover it but still you do not feel safe.
• Fabian (9/5): Lovely room in Antwerp - Tidy and comfortable room equipped with fridge and tableware. The bathroom is stocked with extra towels and shower products. I picked up the keys near the train station and walked to the room without any problems. Great size and location. The only difficulty that I encountered during my stay was connecting to the wifi.

Very close to Groenplaats (and metrostation) and Grote Markt The apt was facing an inner patio and was very quiet The price was very good I didn't like to wait 30' before being able to reach the desk (attended by one person) to be handed over the key. I didn't like climbing the stairs until the 4th floor (flat #4.5) I didn't like the backbraking folding stairs
