- Laura (1/5): Very poor service from this hotel. We booked here as we were due to attend a concert. The artist postponed the show to a -

- Tomasz Podgórski (8/5): Na krótki pobyt bardzo dobre miejsce - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do stacji metra. Samodzielne zameldowanie, wyposażenie (mikrofalówka, toster itp, itd.) W okolicy sklepy , bary wszystko co potrzeba.
- Alice (6/5): -
- Alen (7/5): - Dobro opremljena kuhinja. Če potujute v paru, je prostora v sobi zelo malo.
- Guest (4/5): Describing them as ‘brand new’ is quite a stretch. Bad cleaning. Location easy. Wouldn’t return. - Easy to travel to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for concert.
Managed to get in earlier than original check in time which was useful.
There were 2 fans, pretty dusty (which made me congested), but functional for hot weather. Insect Bites - Both me and the friend I stayed with have now got a collection of insect bites which look potentially like bed bug bites.
Thin mattress - can really feel the springs, wouldn’t be suitable for an older person; I could just about manage.
Dirty - stepped out the shower into the main room and my feet were covered in stuff from the floor, chair was dirty and had a blanket with crud on.
Open skylight windows - felt a bit unsafe and there was no instructions on how to take them in.
No blinds that actually cover the bright light from the skylights - there is a blind below one of them and it doesn’t make a difference, no blind on the other, woke up various times from the light.
Thin walls - someone either had an awful cough or was throwing up in one of the other flats and we could hear the whole thing.
Messy building - leading up to the flat door, there was a collection of someone’s discarded belongings in the hallway (old mattress etc.)
Toilet seat and part of door handle to main door broken - as soon as we got in and shut the door there was something hanging of the door handle (door still locked and worked however), and the toilet seat lid wouldn’t stay up and the whole thing was moving about.
- Pandhika (9/5): Good location for a concert at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - Good location, has 2 fans, no contact check in. Can feel the bed springs, thin walls
- Eric (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jayne (8/5): Would stay again for concerts at Tottenham stadium perfect location - Lovely little flat with everything in the kitchen, owner met us at the fire very welcoming
- Lara (7/5): Good - Convenience of location. We arrived at 3:35PM and unfortunately the room was still being cleaned. We were stood in the hall for another 10 minutes whilst they finished.
The sink plug wouldn't come out and got stuck so we couldn't empty the basin.
The shower line was split so this sprayed out.
There was also tea or food stains down the cupboard door.
Could have been a bit better with how much we paid for 1 night.
- Lorraine (10/5): Excellent and would definitely stay again. - Excellent apartment host was absolutely lovely and very friendly and helpful Nothing
- Tyler (5/5): Passable - Clean and tidy, new appliances. Someone tried entering our room on both days whilst we was inside. Why was this? No curtains, so was very bright inside from 6am.
- Syed (8/5): Very good -
- Sabine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Krzysztof (6/5): Pleasant - Overall, it's not a bad place, but it lacks air conditioning. The room I was using got extremely hot, especially since the windows are located at the ceiling. There is a lot of noice, even on corridor, i wanted to kill cleaning people at 7 a.m. one day, making so much noice on the corridor and cleaning other rooms. One day the door to the building were wild open for a long time, anyone could enter. For the money i paid this is not a good place.
- Robert (3/5): Poor -
- Cindy (7/5): Fair price - The location is great, with a lot of things close, including the underground. The pressure of the shower, there was a confusion during check in, the passcode provided was utilized, but the keys were not available for when we arrived. I had to call the owner and then wait for someone to open the door. Also I had to wait another 10 minutes until the room was ready for us. There was no air conditioning, which in the summer is very difficult.
- Cheryl (9/5): Good value for money - In a good location, lots of things near by. Compact yet well considered also felt safe The outside looked a little neglected & unwelcome
- Marco (7/5): Good -
- Sweeney (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing
- Sharon (6/5): A good location but it is tiny- more hotel room size than apartment size. - Rooms are incredibly small with no windows, only opening skylights in the ceiling. Very cramped for 2 people
- Gill (6/5): Pleasant - Cheap. Good location for concert at Tottenham’s Stadium. One set of towels. No window. Too warm.
- Jessica (9/5): Superb -
- Zahie (9/5): Superb - Fantastic host, always available. More detailed information regarding the collection of keys, as it may be confusing for people who have never used the system.
- Marie8410 (7/5): Good -
- Marie8410 (7/5): Good - The location was great.
- Tracey (8/5): Very good -
- Carol (4/5): Disappointing - It was close to the tube and bus station.easy access to appt. You could make breakfast. The rooms had no sound proofing, you could hear everything from the next rooms and I mean EVERYTHING.
The room was small, even thought we had a king size room.
We were unfortunate that the other quests in appt 1 and 3 decided to come in late at night roaring and shouting , making loads of noise after 1 pm at night and morning.
The room only had one chair for 2 people. It was a very small room.
The bed was totally uncomfortable, you could feel the springs coming through, the bed was against the wall so if you stretched out your leg you would bang it off the wall., if you pulled the bed away from the wall it blocked your entry and exit to the hall door.
- Francine (10/5): Property was clean its quiet close to the station - Clean location value for money
- Georgieva (5/5): Passable -
- Mariusz (9/5): Superb - Location
Apartment equipment Poor condition of the mattress
One set of towels for two people
- Federico (7/5): / - / /
- Georgios (7/5): Good -
- Mat (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ann-marie (4/5): Box living - The location was quite close to the tube station and there were fantastic food options close by. Once inside, I fairly quickly noticed that you needed to be quite tall to reach anything. However, if you were on the larger side, you'd struggle as well.
Granted, I'm rather short, but I really struggled to reach pots and plates, etc.
I was not able to see anything but the top of my head in the bathroom mirror (the only mirror), so I had to just hope that I put my makeup in the right place and my hair didnt look like I'd been pull backwards through a hedge.
Although I could at least reach my clothes as there wasn't anywhere but the door handles to hang my dresses. (A bonus to being short I guess)
No windows, only sky lights in the room and a bed that was aptly described at first glance by my friend as the porn/sex bed. As it had black satin bedding that desperately needed replacing. Along with the mattress as I could feel each and every metal spring. However, probably easily fixed with either a mattress topper o a new mattress.
A bonus quirk of the room was the ability to watch TV while on the loo (if you left the door open) , that is if you could get any channels on the TV. It seems everything needed to be signed into.
I guess it was a decent little box room with ensuite and little kitchen without adequate utensils for cooking. It's not easy to cut an onion with a butter knife...
So if you're a small man or average sized woman who doesn't cook, or mind springs poking you while trying to sleep and enjoy sliding about a slippery bed or need to hang clothes. Then you'd like the stay. Otherwise, you'd probably just find it a bit frustrating.
Best part is the food available near by and the proximity to the tube and bus system.
- Stephen (7/5): This was an overnight stop for an event at Ally Pally. For that purpose it was absolutely fine and good value for money - Property was clean and tidy. Good facilities, nice shower. Easy to find. Convenient for Ally Pally, 30 min walk Paper thin walls, we were kept awake by our neighbour snoring all night! Bring ear plugs because if next door have the TV on at a normal volume you will hear it. Mattress was not the best, felt all the springs
- Vlad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karen (7/5): Good -
- Wissner (9/5): Perfect location for me - and although it is right on Turnpike Lane it was perfectly quiet. - No trash can liners in the kitchen was only thing lacking
- Mariam (8/5): Great value for money - Excellent location, easy to get into central London since nearest underground is a few minutes by foot. Management are superb! They're really easy to get ahold of with great communication skills. They're always happy to resolve any issues and answer questions promptly. It's evident that they care about the comfort of their guests stay. Walls are a little thin. The studios could do with sound proofing as it can get a little noisy, which could be disruptive especially if you're a light sleeper.
- Nathan (9/5): Superb - All good easy to find and was clean and tidy, property very responsive when called with issues or queries
- Jose (9/5): Superb -
- Lisa (8/5): Great little place, massive value for money - Close to ally pally and a great area The people next door were very noisy and we didn’t get much sleep
- Matt (3/5): More of a hostel - Location, and staff Horrificly uncomfortable bed, other guests banging on the walls at all hours, tv but no remote, no heating had to sleep fully clothed with coats on
- Thomas (7/5): Good clean property in a good location - The room was mostly well equipped and quite clean, check in instructions were good A proper mirror would have been good and the mattress was very worn and uncomfortable. Blackout blinds to make it not so bright in the morning would have been appreciated.
- Terence (7/5): Good -
- Juliaw66 (9/5): Great value, I recommend it. - The description of 'brand new' is not wrong. The pictures do not lie.
The place was easy to find and easy to get into, being only a 5 minute walk from the underground and main bus station.
The code for the keysafe was sent on check-in day and entry was trouble free.
There was a fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom had basic toiletries. The bed was comfortable and there was a TV, iron, and hairdryer.
There are lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and there is a pub up the road. Nothing not to like. It was perfect for what I needed.
- Veaceslav (4/5): Disappointing - Freshly renovated room with brand new appliances. Location. Price. You can adjust temperature in your room. Bed mattress awful. Bed linen didn't look fresh. Very small body towels. The owners at some point didn't answer my call and they answered Immediately when I rang from a different number.
- Mr (8/5): Very good -
- Neil (9/5): decent place - nice clean decent price check in couldn't get through to anyone luckily a resident was there as we were unsure which studio was ours other than that though place was spot on.
- Nicola (10/5): Highly recommend for convenience and cost - easy to access, very clean with great kitchen and bathroom. bed was comfortable and it was so quiet you wouldn't know you were In the middle of London. nothing
- Cindy (10/5): Amazing stay, would stay here again - Clean, great amenities, had everything we needed and close to public transport Could have been some tea and coffee but not the worst thing in the world! Make sure to bring an eyemask for the skylights
- Andrew (4/5): Never again! - The room was simply but fully furnished including a kettle, cooker and hob, microwave, fridge and even a washing machine; none of which I needed or used. There was a TV, desk and bed (albeit a very uncomfortable one), tiled floors and a couple of rugs. The bathroom was new and well maintained, although small. I guess £85 is relatively inexpensive for this area; but... I wrote to the host asking how I accessed the room and did not receive a reply until I had called him via the telephone. It would be good if the host's communication regarding access was more timely. Even to just say that, "Guests will receive a message with instructions on the day", would relieve anxiety. And that message should explain which room you are in and what to do with the keys when you leave.
The sign on the internal door to the apartments had folded down so it was hard to find the room.
The bed was very uncomfortable. I'm pleased I was alone as I had to sleep in the middle for fear of falling out; the mattress was very sunken along the edge.
There was no window in the room, which should be highlighted in the description.
The Wi-fi didn't provide Internet Access so is useless.
Worst of all, the walls are wafer thin; I could here everything going on in the rooms either side; very embarrassing. My trusty earplugs once again were useful.
The common area of the block was dirty and full of junk (an old mattress up against the wall and broken furniture).
The area is very uninviting. I actually felt quite nervous/unsafe walking alone at night, even though there are many kebab restaurants open until late.
My one night felt like living in a bed-sit in the 1970s and I will not stay again.
- Steven (7/5): Convenient and well priced for London - Needed a couple of nights in London this was reasonably priced and very easy to get to by public transport No windows
- Keturah (10/5): Exceptional - Everthing was very nice ,very comfortable really nice studio flat was confussed about what flat it was but the owner helped me quickly was resolved I would come back Nothing
- Nashwan (10/5): Exceptional - beast room one my life very cheap very nice room very clean very quiet i like everything in hopefully next time in same room
- Obinna (7/5): It was pleasant - There was no breakfast The cooker being in the same room with the bed
- Mr (8/5): Very good - Good location, very clean and quite
- Preety (2/5): You can get a much better place for less . Don't bother. - The location was great since it's a minute walk from turnpike lane station. It was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. It was quiet at night despite being on the main road . The place is small and cramped with no windows just two skylight. There's nowhere to hang your clothes and no bathmats. Overpriced for what it is.
- Mr (8/5): Very good -
- Jessie (7/5): Good area and clean - I liked the location and it was clean The skylights need blinds as it’s very bright in the early hours of the morning. Struggled to find where the rooms were so could do with more signs. We had an early check in and as we checked in they asked for £20 cash for the early check in, I think this should of been talked about when I arranged the early check in as I think they just added in on on the day, wasn’t best pleased about how they asked so last minute.
- Andrew (8/5): Chose it for location. Perfect for our needs - Very clean. As described. All very new Confusing as to where the room was actually located. More signage would be useful
- Calderon (10/5): Perect balance between price and benefit - Hospitality and tranquility
- Sarah (10/5): excellent - very clean and great location for restaurants bars and ally pally- tube station minutes away. really good value for money too nothing
- Ademuyiwa (8/5): Very good -
- Liam (7/5): Good -
- Demellweek (5/5): Passable -
- Μaria (8/5): Very good - Quiet studio, close to the station as needed I arrived very late from the airport, the lock number was wrong so i had to call the emergency number to open for me. . It was only a body towel I actually needed one for my hair too. Too bright room I needed some darkness to sleep some more .
- Jumale (7/5): Good - Good service I don't like my Room is not working Tv
- Laura (9/5): Superb - Perfect little apartment for our over night stay.
Had two apartments as travelling with friends for a concert. Both good value for money, thank you!
- Wesley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonathan (9/5): Superb - Clean, good location to our other plans and good value for the night’s stay.
- Marius (7/5): Nice little studio apartment 👌🏻 - Easy to communicate with the owner quickly reply in any questions, easy access to apartment. Nice and tidy place enough room for two ppl. If you arrive by car max parking availability for two hours (pay by phone) and free parking just from 6pm until 8am.
No hair dryer, which is handy for most of ppl.

- Yen (10/5): Wonderful stay near tube station and easy access to central London - Spacious, clean and very well-equipped with all kitchen facilities including washing machine as a bonus. Excellent location 3-5 mins walk to tube station which takes about 10 mins to get to central London. A big thank to Ahmed & Kazi for their wonderful host, very kind and helpful people who will go above and beyond to fulfil your needs Nothing at all.
- Yen (10/5): Wonderful stay at this studio. I was a bit skeptical at the beginning due to some bad reviews online but totally surpris -
- Martyna (7/5): Good - It’s a great location, the place has a good potential but needs improvements with cleanliness and facilities. - communication: had to call a few times before someone picked up and sent a staff member with keys. This staff member although was kind didn’t speak much English which made communication a bit more difficult
-cleanliness: the studio wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and there was an odd dead plant
-facilities: although there is a cooker there’s not much equipment- just one small pan; the oven was falling out when opening because it wasn’t properly attached.
- Bec (4/5): Disappointing - Location from the tube station was good There was big holes in the base of the bed resulting in mattress sinking in and sleeping in holes, this was extremely uncomfortable, mattress was more like a topper and very thin resulting in feeling everything.. TV didn't work at all. No tea or coffee sachets for a hot drink in the mornings Hair in the shower that wasn't ours upon arrival.
- Kim (8/5): Pleasant flat in North London, convenient for Ally Pally and Turnpike Lane tube. - Pleasant well equipped flat, close to Turnpike Lane Tube and Ally Pally overground. Good shower, nicely appointed. Velux windows didn’t work properly, bedside unit was tatty and the bed was a bit hard (all reported on leaving). There was a lack of pegs for hanging coats and no wardrobe or rack for hanging clothes (we didn’t need these, just an observation).
- Sandra (8/5): Great location, sdmall property with all needs - Good location convenient to public transport and short walk from shops. Used for concert in Tottenham hotspurs stadium ands was short ands quick to get back. Had all requirements. Very bright with sky lights from 4am
Apart from that have no problem with property.
- Tedy91 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Gemma (8/5): Convenient and comfortable. - Great apartment for convenience and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Bed is comfy enough for 2 people and basic cleaning products provided if you decide to cook there. Great value for money. The walls are thin, so if you're easily woken, take ear plugs. Other than that, can't complain.
- Hugo (5/5): Nice place, different to expectations - Very good location and was easy to find. Room was much smaller and completely different to photos on listing.
- Jayden (7/5): Good -
- Matt (7/5): Good -
- Luke (8/5): Very good -
- Xhimis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elizabeth (9/5): Great stay and value for money. - Ease of booking, location and communication. Tv was useless. Not connected to the WiFi and could not get it to work.
- Aramis (4/5): 'snug' clean, shelter for those with basic or no needs. - the house is easy to get to from the tube station, the internet was reliable, and the room was set back from the street. the bed was clen, the heater was good, and shower water pressure was nice. the room is tiny. the walls are paper thin, and the property is still mid renovation. and for some reason the shower head rail is installed halfway down the wall, so you can't raise the shower above shoulder height.
- Troy-marissa (8/5): Enjoyable stay! - The host was great, there was definitely a high standard of cleanliness too. Bed was super comfy! Would stay again! Very convenient location if you live in North London. Nothing to do with the actual property itself or the hosts but the guests in the room next to mine were a bit loud.
- Barbara (9/5): Superb -
