• Costa (9/5): - Apartamento amplo, localização excelente, extremamente limpo e cheiroso, tudo bem organizado. Não tivemos problemas para acessar o prédio, tudo muito prático e rápido. Nossa única dificuldade foi a internet do quarto que infelizmente não estava funcionando.

• Maisa (1/5): PÉSSIMA NÃO E IGUAL DAS FOTOS E TUDO SEM MANUTENÇÃO - Eu já estou a 20 dias hospedada, no início achei que tinha feito uma boa escolha mas só foi decaindo Péssimo, falta limpeza, falta de suporte, falta manutenção nos apartamentos, hoje eu mudei de apartamento e simplesmente me colocaram em um imundo, chão sujo, louça suja, sem pano de pia, sem um pano de chão, e ao deitar pra dormir depois de toda essa confusão simplesmente não tem coberta só um lençol, solicitei no meio da tarde os panos e não fui atendida obviamente agora 20:00 provavelmente não vão trazer coberta, pior hospedagem que já tive em toda minha vida, pelas fotos e tudo lindo mas chega aqui todo quebrado, e o pior eles não fazem devolução, eu tenho mais 7 dias nessa porcaria, inacreditável parece que eu não tô pagando que eles estão me fazendo um favor!!!! Erraram senha quando passaram pra entrada, erraram a rede e senha da internet, pede suporte e o suporte não sabe ajudar, inacreditável estou incrédula que vou ter que passar 7 dias aqui ou perder meu dinheiro.

• Monica (7/5): Preço bom e equipe atenciosa - A cama é excelente, roupa de cama limpa e macia, bons travesseiros. O espaço é amplo e bate um lindo sol na varanda de manhã. O atendimento da equipe é rápido e atencioso. Precisa revisar a manutenção dos objetos de maior uso. E trocar por itens de maior qualidade/durabilidade. Com uma decoração básica, as cadeiras são simples e estavam com os parafusos soltos quando chegamos. Também poderia ter uma leve decoração para o ambiente ser mais acolhedor.

• Caroline (1/5): Um local que não promove a confiança, segurança e comodidade! - Infelizmente a minha experiência foi extremamente desagradável! Escolhi a acomodação tanto pela localização quanto pelas comodidades que constavam no booking, porém ao chegar o Wi-Fi não estava funcionando, utilizei da vizinha os 5 dias que fiquei. Além disso (que foi o pior pra mim), eles tinham colocado uma cafeteira diferente que apresentaram nas fotos e descrições (até aí ok), mas a cafeteira estava faltando peças e quando eu contatei a acomodação perguntei a eles o que fariam e deixei claro que eles só poderiam entrar com a minha presença, simplesmente não respeitaram o meu pedido e no segundo dia entraram na acomodação sem a minha permissão em um momento que eu não estava, sendo que todas as minhas coisas estavam lá dentro. Como a chave do studio era digital e eu estava sozinha, fiquei extremamente insegura de ficar naquele local! Pedi que me posicionassem quanto ao chamado que foi aberto e nem retorno me deram! Não indico pela falta de respeito e a falta de senso que tiveram comigo!

O banheiro não tinha suporte para colocar as coisas, o secador não funcionava, a área da piscina é a própria piscina não estavam tão limpas, não dava para usar e a piscina não é aquecida, é inviável entrar em uma piscina sem aquecimento!

E poderia ter um edredom mais grosso, pois nós turistas, não estamos acostumados com o frio de São Paulo rsrs

• Maurits (4/5): Below average, but location is good and services of the building are nice (partially) - There is a (minimal) gym and sauna. Since the first moment I entered the room had an extremely strong odor/smell that is really uncomfortable. When I entered I thought about canceling, but luckily I got used to it soon enough. However every time when we came back from outside, the smell is there again. Leaving the window open or the ac on or off, didn’t impact it. There is something in the apartment that is causing it. Then, there are some weird spots on the wall and it looks really dirty (maybe related to the odor). The apartment lacks some atmosphere and I think simply putting something on the wall like a print or fake painting would make it so much nicer. It’s just not so nice to sleep in a room that feels completely empty. Then the beds. It would be really nice if you add some sort of holder that keeps the beds together. Now it’s really annoying when the beds shift apart and that happens basically every time. The bathroom has a towel hanger, but it was broken. There is a coat hanger, but it only has a single hanger, while the studio is mean t for1 or 2 people. The laundry service is really bad and overcomplicated. Gym weights are strange, number indicating of weight is unreadable and only goes up to 9 kgs. Lastly, the pool is very cold. Basically too cold to use.

• Vanilane (4/5): No good - I didn't like the apartment, some things were broken and the apartment was dirty I booked the apartment thinking that I would be able to use the gym, as I had a sporting event in São Paulo and I would have to do sports every day. I sent a message and they said they would send me the card to access the gym, but that never happened. If I had known that the gym was not available, I would not have booked it. So if you want to use the gym, do not book this apartment, as it is not possible to use it and they do not mention this in the profile.

The cleaning, bed set, and bathroom set fees were separate from the room rate, which needed to be paid every time, which was a big inconvenience. Some of the customer service representatives were rude and unhelpful. The window blinds were not enough to cover the bright sunlight.

• Raphael (9/5): Excellent apartments, with a beautiful view from the balcony. - Really nice room, that came with A HD TV, Nice balcony, fridge, freezer, cooking facilities and nice clean bathroom. The staff was friendly, one of the best places I have ever stayed at, and I will definitely book again, next time I am in Sao Paulo. The only issue I had, was that I had booked to use the washing machine, and I was told I would get the QR Code, so when I arrived to use the washing machine, I was told that somebody else has booked. So after I spoke with the nice staff. They booked me in again, and I got the QR Code, and was able to wash my clothes. Personally I would prefer if we book in and we just use the traditional way with coins, rather thsn having to use technology. But the staff were very helpful and very nice, and the facilities where excellent.

Good to relax for a few days. - It was all clean I could sleep very good the Bed was great the Room was big and everything was new and had a good Quality. Also the Personal was friendly. I couldn’t enter the gym or the Sauna with my Code I guess there were needed some extra card or something or fingerprint which was not given to me.
