• Thomas (9/5): Bon emplacement et confortable - Notre hôte était très réactive et a sû gérer rapidement certaines situations délicates. L'appartement est agréable et bien décoré. Nous avions loué une voiture et avons pu nous déplacer très facilement dans les différents quartiers de Miami car le logement est bien situé. Il y a des horaires pour l'utilisation du lave-linge.

• Michael (7/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt - Schöne ruhige Gegend, nicht zu weit weg von den wichtigen Stellen in Miami, jedoch ist natürlich aufgrund der Größe der Stadt ein Auto notwendig um alles gut zu erreichen. Zu Fuß gibt es jedoch alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs in der Nähe. Die Zimmer waren Großzügig geschnitten und schön eingerichtet. Die Klimanlage hat super funktioniert. WLAN schnell. Es wird mehrfach drauf hingewiesen die Nachtruhe einzuhalten, wegen den Bewohnern unter der Wohnung. Diese sind allerdings sehr laut. Alle sind Nachts um 3-4 Uhr vom Fernseher oder Musik aufgewacht. Das Klo ist nicht im Boden verschraubt.

The kitchen was well-equipped, and we had a pleasant stay overall. While some of the furniture was a bit dated, it was still fully functional. We have no major complaints and would definitely stay here again.

• Benjamin (9/5): - Schnelle Reaktion des Besitzers auf Defekte Waschmaschine. Würde direkt durch eine neue ersetzt Klimaanlage etwas laut. Spülmaschine kippt beim kompletten öffnen.

• Alfredo (9/5): Bastante cómoda, muy buena para un grupo de amigos. - La ubicación es muy tranquila, el vecindario es bastante bonito. Está un poco lejos (solo un poco) de South Beach, en auto me tomaba 40 minutos ir hacia la zona de playa.

• MP&D (7/5): - Appartement propre et bien équipé. Il est situé dans un quartier pavillonnaire calme. Conforme aux photos. Séjour trop court pour parler des déplacements en transport, nous avons tout fait en voiture. Il manque de la vaisselle et des couverts
• CARLOS (9/5): Excelente - Rua aprazivel, calma e local muito tranquilo. O apartamento é decorado com muito bom gosto. Parabenizo o cuidado da proprietária. Cheguei à noite e o apartamento fica na parte superior de uma outra casa. Ressalto que é totalmente independente desta casa, mas o acesso é por uma escada. Alerta pois não é acessível para deficientes, mas não é o meu caso. O problema é que o numero deste apartamento está na parte superior e em local escuro. E para quem chega à noite simplesmente não enxerga o numero do local e fica um bom tempo procurando e até acha que está no endereço errado. Fácil de resolver, é só iluminar o número à noite. O Apto é excelente.

• Katherine (8/5): Lovely home - Comfortable bed, good views with large windows. Nice decoration and cozy. Good restaurants nearby within five minutes drive. The coffee maker does not work. The laundry hour of 3 pm to 9 pm is too short. By the time we come back from dinner, there is not enough time to wash and dry clothes. It will help if can extend hour to 10 pm.

• Adriana (9/5): The stay was very good. Everything was clean and we had the stuff we need to live (silverwear, pans, cups, etc). Good lo - The property is in a good location, a few minutes of uber from almost everything. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. One of the beds makes a lot of noise and the person who stayed there had to sleep on the couch at least for a night. The dishwasher was hard to manage because the drawers come out of the machine, but we did our best to handle it. The property doesn’t provide detergent to put in the laundry which doesn’t make sense because if I’m just staying for a few days I’m not gonna buy a whole bottle of it. They provide shampoo and that we usually bring with us, it’s controversial maybe. The toilet is wiggling and if you go there during the night it can be kind of annoying the noise.

Great communication with the host * for me the double bed is small for two adults, but unfortunately it's a US standard, which I don't understand :). * in the bathroom try to drill more towel holders into the wall, maybe instead of the pictures, which are nice, but I'd rather hang 4 towels somewhere :) * I was missing a power source from the wall to charge my phone right next to the bed on both sides * but otherwise I RECOMMEND.

• Alec (4/5): Extremely disappointed - Very promising and professional add. Also semi clean. None of the backyards amenities were in working operation, no hookups for heaters, chords were missing to hook up other “fun” things. Everything was put away that was promised in the ad. I booked this property for the amenities and relaxation that the ads portray. And honestly received none of that.
• Rachel (8/5): Comfortable - Clean and well organized. Nicely decorated. The air vents were filthy and there was dust in the air. Also some basics - like more than more coffee mug and a baking sheet - were missing from the kitchen.

The apartment is clean, modern and the furnishings are well thought out. The laundry access in the building was very helpful. Gabby was super responsive to emails, and check-in was very easy. Would be useful to include a recycling bin and a laundry hamper, but these are very minor suggestions.
