I would like this place if I would never take a shower. Pictures is not according to reality In the common corridor, there were 4 matrasses for non registered guests

Put three mattress in lobby charge money without giving a shit to customer . They don’t even pick the call when they received the money. Makes lot of noise by watching his phone on full voice and always on phone wake up in morning by taking louder on phone .
• Hans (10/5): I am glad of my luck and will come back if ever i need a safe place in Surrey - A quiet and really clean place, a suburban safe haven. I booked one more night right away when i saw my room. The housekeeper is a righteous and wonderful person, I was injured in a scooter accident the first night and came there very late and he helped me bringing ALL my luggages and even my escooter in the room for me without asking nothing else than me having some good rest. This is truly a charming place to stay one or few nights! Thank you! Nothing
• Terence (4/5): Harry was the best part of this stay - Harry was very attentive. Went above and beyond. And very likeable. Had parking in the driveway, which was good. There was no AC. House was like an oven. They did offer a fan, but I don't believe it would have cooled the room. I was also very concerned that the doors didn't have locks. Harry was there, but I ended up locking my luggage just in case. Doors could have been fitted better, so it wasn't so hard opening and closing them. The room wasn't as pictured either.

• Gurleen (3/5): Not at all cozy and never romantic - The location of the house was good, walkable to nearest bus stops. The house was not clean. There were spiders and mosquitoes in the room. The room was too hot. We stayed for 2 nights, and every night after midnight, someone would knock on the door, and then go away. When we reached, our room was not even ready, and we were told to stay in another room, which was still a much better one. And then the next day, we were told to move to our booked room, which was way worse than the expectations. The washroom didn't even have a proper shower, and no toilet paper. Overall, I would say stay there only if there's literally no other option, and you really need a cheap location.

There constant loud noises through the evening & night, the door would shake & rattle everytime someone upstairs was walking. No amenities, poor wifi & cell connection. No staff help either.
