• Tarbaby (6/5): E14 3JA accomodation - The accommodation was spacious but not elegant. The room was big. The toilet and bath were clean and presentable.. Parking was easy and off street. A large freezer and fridge freezer were available to store consumables. The wardrobe was spacious and more than enough for two people. The host was communicative and instructions were easy to follow. It is situated in a convenient location with quick access to transport and convenience stores. The host's attention was directed to the condition of the microwave and kettle, which were individually in need of replacement and rescaling. The bed was tired and sunk in some areas. Window was covered by a sheet and could not be opened. There is a greater need for attention to detail as this is a hospitality product sold to customers.

• LauraMarie (10/5): Amazing accommodation. - Absolutely everything, great value for money. A brilliant location to get in and out of many areas of London and Rob went above and beyond to make the stay an amazing expierence. Nothing, everything was perfect and I would give this a 10/10 recommendation.

• Marriam (3/5): I was utterly disappointed with my stay here and I would suggest booking somewhere else cleaner. - The location of the place is good being a 9 min walk from Crossharbour dlr The first day I arrived I was put into a room which I hadn’t booked to because of maintenance issues in the room I had booked purposefully because of the en-suite and had paid extra for that room, then when I asked for compensation for the night I was told that it would be considered and then asked for a follow up to which there was no reply. I had then been transferred to the en-suite room the next morning and when checking out the bathroom there were toenail clippings on the rug and when I had messaged I was told to have a look in the dryer and if there wasn’t one available that I will be given one the next day. That’s something that put me off the whole stay as it showed how the place was not hygienic at all! Upon changing the bath mat I tried to have a shower which was not warm at all and when speaking to the cleaner to ask if he could have a look at it to get it warm he said it’s not powerful and that that’s the best it will be. I will not be returning back here at all!

• Natalia (3/5): La casa muy sucia en general - La zona es muy tranquila y el lago nos gustó porque tenía muchos patos, peces y tortugas. La cocina sucisima en general, suelo sucio, microondas, nevera y mesa de la cocina..todo sucio! El baño es compartido y también muy sucio, cosas por medio, cepillo de dientes usado, champús tirados por el baño, un vaso asqueroso en el lavavo..la cadena del bater sucia..y por último la habitación: la cama muy dura y las almohadas eran más bien cojines o almohadas enanas y planas. Una de las dos ventanas del ático rota y no se podía abrir..los cajones sucios y un armario de tela asqueroso también. La moqueta de las escaleras muy sucia y el jardín de la parte de delante estaba sin arreglar, no estaba en uso , no había donde estar. Una pena, porque la casa estaba en general en estado de abandono y una sensación de suciedad por todas partes. No lo recomiendo en estas condiciones de poca higiene.

• Tanay (1/5): Unpleasant - Location, cleanliness and owner responsiveness There was no key in the external lockbox for self check-in, which required me to contact the owner to gain access. After entering, I discovered that the door to my room had been damaged and could not be locked. I reported this to the owner and was informed it had been caused by the previous occupant, but no action was taken to resolve the issue during my stay. As a result, I felt unsafe and was unable to sleep properly.

• Max (8/5): Peaceful location with a very attentive host. - Rob was amazing. Very helpful and got in touch with me even before I had any questions to ask. The only thing I would suggest is to get a better system to stop the sun light from coming into the bedroom in the morning as one of the blinds were not working properly but this doesnt put me off from staying there again. In fact, I have booked already to go back two more times! The place was nice and the location was very good too. Itis also close to the water front and O2 Arena so it it is a nice areato go for a walk after work. Apart from the blind that wasnt working properly, everything else was fine. However, the blind is not a problem as with a new system or acurtains the proble is sorted!

• Jamie (3/5): Nice location, not quiet - It’s located quite close to a station Unfortunately. It’s in need of safety repairs. It’s extremely creaky and I didn’t sleep for 3 days and eventually left for a hotel. Existing guests were smoking weed with loud music that woke me up at 4am. Smoking I can get over, but the noise was just too much!! I will not stay again. I will say the host seemed to nice and friendly.
• Leo (5/5): - Great location, easy check-in and relatively clean. Responsive and supportive host. Unfortunately there are no curtains and there's a lot of light coming in. Other guests may walk around the whole night and drop things on the floor which could wake you up.

• Anthony (4/5): Pay a little more to stay somewhere a little better. Much to improve. - The property is located conveniently close to public transport. We agreed with the host to check in early. However, it seems this request was forgotten. As a result, we were moved to another share house next door. The quality of the share house was exceptionally poor. Whilst the owner of that house was nice, the house was unkempt, kitchen dirty, room dingy and had paint falling off, door dirty with wear marks and a bed so thin we touched the frame. The next day we were given access to our actual accomodation. Whilst this room was bigger and nicer, there were cracks in the mirror and mould on a side of the ceiling. Otherwise, it was generally clean. The kitchen was also clean but other guests clearly did not clean up after themselves leaving a pile of dirty dishes. Additionally, in the new location, there was a guest who smoked cannabis and as a result, the entire property smelt like cannabis.
• Jael (6/5): - Friendly welcome from the member of the team on site We were staying here to attend a gig at the O2 and on a map it looks very close, but there's no decent direct route there. It's over an hour walk, or a 30 mins walk to the train station to get a tube or a £16 Uber ride there and back. Not the venue's fault, but something for people to bear in mind if that was the reason for their stay. The room was large with it's own toilet, but very basic. There was a TV but it wasn't plugged in and there was no remote. I would have 'elegant' removed from the title
• Darren (5/5): So so. - The location. The shower doesn't work, the shower hose leaked and was not hot , so it was cold during the cold weather.
• Caroline (4/5): For the price it was acceptable. I won’t stay here again. I would rather pay the extra £30 and stay in a hotel. - Bed was basic, clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and I was able to sleep but as a single female traveller I didn’t feel safe in that room. The lock just needs to be fixed and I hope they do. There’s also no fire extinguisher on the top floor and there should be. The room was warm and I’m glad it was cause I also couldn’t close the window so the bed was warm but the room felt really cold. The lock on my room door was lose, the first night I didn’t feel safe, the shower pressure not great but I was able to wash, the extraction fan was on its last legs. It turned off turned on turned off turned on.

• Natalie (8/5): Good value in a quiet area - The view overlooking the small body of water with the bridge and some ducks is very nice and calming to look at. Quiet and gives a sense of safety. Very responsive and accommodating host. the property is old so the doors and the wooden floorboards makes loud noises. It is nevertheless tolerable for us.

• James (10/5): Excellent place, Excellent host - Excellent host, great communication and proactive to help. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, perfect for workers in Canary Wharf. Very easy to get to, check-in instructions are thorough and easy to follow. I come to the Wharf for work very often, and this is, definitely, one of the best place I've been in this area.

• Sally (8/5): Very comftable bed, fantastic location, quiet&serene👍👏 - Beautiful location, quiet and clean. Spacious and secure. Plenty of storage,& great kitchen! Soundproofing was not too good- upstairs was quite noisy walking around, although earplugs remedied this. No sugar, very little milk and coffee available, so bought extra for morning, was only enough for one cup each on arrival but no sugar.

• Richard (8/5): Very pleasant stay. Would recommend and would stay again. - Very comfortable. Very polite and courteous owner. It’s in a very quiet residential area. Lovely outlook onto a small lake. It was a a bit more expensive than comparable properties of the same specification in the area.

We hadden een eigen douche, maar dat viel tegen. Zachte straal en niet erg warm water. Wel goed warm water uit de wastafelkraan. In de gezamenlijke keuken miste ik handleidingen voor o.a. de oven. Ook was er geen hand- en droogdoek aanwezig. Een kleinere handdoek voor bij de wastafel zou fijn geweest zijn.

• Maria.Nisulescu (9/5): Great value for money - Great value for money. Honestly for the price you'll struggle to find anything better. It's not fancy, but it was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The shared kitchen area is fantastic to have. I like super hot showers (scalding hot) and the shower didn't quite go to that temperature but it was still pleqsantly warm and I am sure it's hot enough for most people.

• Barnes (7/5): We were going to the O2 and the property was perfect for that. Great value for money and easy to travel from. - Great location for our O2 visit and really, really quiet For the price it was great!
• Amy (8/5): - Large room with modern fittings and lots of natural light in a super quiet location with a lake outside that gives a quiet feel. Kitchen was immaculate and very well stocked - gave a homely feel. The host was exceptionally good at communicating and helping make sure the guests are satisfied. Noise travelled a bit from the other rooms and have to go downstairs to the bathroom. Downside of being in a quieter location is that it was a bit of a trek from the tube and no shops or food close by.

• Hadi (1/5): I couldn’t stand and left the house immediately - So dirty I have to be honest — when I visited your house, it was extremely dirty, and shortly after, I broke out in a rash all over my body. I’m really disappointed, because that kind of environment isn’t acceptable, and it clearly affected me. I think it’s important you address the cleanliness situation — it’s not just unpleasant, it can actually cause health issues.
