• Pauline (9/5): We had a pleasant stay. Property was very nice, as pictured. mattresses were very firm- difficult for sleeping. Some m - Clean, modern, as pictured. Location was different than advertised. No on-site parking . Host refused to disclose even approximate location. We did not know location until 24 hours beforehand. This is not right.
• Guest (9/5): Address needs to be accurate but nice stay close to everything in Vancouver - Location is great, place is very nice for medium-large group. The address that is listed on the sitr does NOT match the actual address. This needs to be updated immediately, we went to wrong address and were late for dinner reservation.
• Olive (9/5): - It was a lovely spot. But kitchen v bare. A welcome bottle of water would have been nice. But kitchen v bare. Bit short on crockery. A welcome bottle of water would have been nice. Some basic items. 1
• Edwin (10/5): Recent stay - It was very easy to book and the place is very clean and comfortable. I recommend and will book in the future again. There is limited parking on the side streets.
• Di (9/5): Really the things we loved about this place far outweighed a few shortcomings. - Beautiful home in good location handy to shops and public transport. The place needed to be better stocked with kitchen aids ie tongs, enough glasses, baking tray, mixing and / or salad bowl. The floors needed to be swept and mopped properly prior to our arrival.
• Kim (1/5): Bad - It’s like the photo, big and clean . The location was different from what was originally shown. The address listed and the location on Google Maps did not match, which was confusing even though it didn’t cause any major issues. Secondly, the listing claimed that parking was available, but the only option was street parking nearby, which is limited to certain hours. During the day, you have to pay if you park for more than two hours. I contacted the host about parking, but they just kept telling me to look around the area without offering any real help. The biggest issue was that out of the three rooms, only one (the smallest room off the hallway) had a working heater. The other two rooms had no floor or heater working, so it felt like sleeping in a freezer for our entire stay. I reached out to the host again, but they only responded by telling me to adjust the temperature and then stopped replying altogether. I would never stay here again. We all ended up getting sick, and it’s left us with the worst memory of our trip.
• Tho (9/5): Superb - Good location. New house A couple of broken item (curtains) but not matter. Location on booking.com map was different to actually location (although does not matter). Still in central location
• Panika (1/5): We were impressed by the look of the property. However, the inside was dirty. We found a few dead flies and other insect - The style and design are very nice. This property is conveintly located between downtown and the airport. The property is dirty and dusty. Hot water doesnt work properly. Bedding is very uncomfortable. And there appeared to be dirty bedding sitting inside of a closet in one of the bedrooms. The on site parking was unclear, but street parking was suffcient. Also they have a coffee machine but it only takes k cups and there are no k cups to be found. We tried to use the sofa bed and found a bunch of hair, dust and dirt.
• Satbir (10/5): Lovely stay in a beautiful suburb of Vancouver. Ideal for a large family or a group of mates - The rooms are spacious. Decor is to the point. The apartment is located at the right distance from most places one would like to visit The smart lock at the front door is temperamental
