• Nicolas Alejandro (10/5): Excelente. Repetible. Recomendable 100%. - Simplemente increible. Un lugar con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar una estadia excelente en Roma. Fabio su anfitrion, un 10, siempre atento, disponible y con las mejores sugerencias. El alojamiento tenia todo lo que se necesita para un grupo de 4/5/6 personas. Eramos 6 y fue espectacular. Hay un supermercado al frente que es comodisimo. A tener en cuenta q la estacion de metro mas cercana, manzoni o san giovanni, quedan a unos 15 minutos caminando. Para epocas de verano, es un poco incomodo. De todos modos, estan a punto de inaugurar la nueva linea de metro en Roma y hay una estacion a 150 mts! Aun no disponible (08/2025).

• Mark (9/5): A large, clean apartment within walking distance to the main Rome and Monti attractions - This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Rome! The apartment is large, there's plenty of space for multiple people staying. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, air con is very good throughout and there are plenty of the facilities you would expect in the kitchen / bathroom areas for example. The property has 2 balconies - the views from them are not too exciting but there's plenty of space on them to relax in the morning or evening. No noise from adjoining apartments Checking in takes a bit of thinking first time you do it. You collect the keys from a lockbox, use key 1 to open some gates, then key 2 to open the main building and finally key 3 to open the apartment. Fortunately the host is absolutely wonderful and provides extensive instructions with plenty of pictures to guide you. So, a large spacious and comfortable apartment Minor points to note, all of which are no fault of the property itself, and mainly to do with distance. First, we found the colosseum is around a 15 walk away, then you need to navigate roads etc to get to the entrance. Bit further than is ideal but not massively so. The nearest Metro station is around 10 to 15 minute walk away at a brisk pace (which is a bit inconvenient if it's very hot!). And finally, the apartment is advertised as being in the Monti area, which is technically true 'but' everything you want to visit in Monti (shops, restaurants etc) are a fair walk away (again, 10 - 15 mins). So, just be aware there's walking involved for wherever you want to go - in case you have any mobility issues. But, given the relatively low price for a central Rome apartment of size, these were in my opinion more than fair trade offs Would recommend staying here!

Fabio was very helpful, he provided us good recommendations, was very receptive to our needs, we had a great communication. For our next trip to Rome, for sure this is our first option ( and a great one ). Strongly recommend, you would not regret and your stay in Rome will be more enjoyable ❤️
