Guest Reviews
- Matty (1/5): Never ever stay there again - Nothing The property was like a crack den it really was poor.
- Charro (6/5): Nada - Localização Às vezes outros quartos ficavam com as portas abertas isso que eu não gostei
- Myrna (8/5): - Near to the Wembley Park station. Well comunicated. Once you are in the hall, it doesn't give a "Luxury" impression, lack of paint and dirty windows. The room could be fantastic If the sink had worked properly, it wouldn’t have been almost clogged. The sofa bed was dirty; I had to clean it first. The cover of the drawer under the bed was loose and fell on my operated foot. The shower handle was not working properly either, and I had to shower with extremely hot water and on top of that, I had to argue a bit to get the third large towel, because we were three guests staying there..
I received excellent assistance via WhatsApp from a lady named May — I give her a perfect 10. However, when I had to deal with “Angel,” he was not very helpful regarding my request for an extra towel, and apparently he had not reviewed the message I sent through Booking.com in which I specifically requested confirmation that there would be enough towels for three guests for a three-night stay.
Lastly, please check the shower doors. They do not close properly, and the entire bathroom floor floods with water.

- Pratibha (2/5): Avoid Avoid Avoid and definitely not the small room number 9. - The location was near buses and train, the only good thing about it. Kitchen if you intend to spend time cooking is adequate NOT LUXURY! Wasted 5 days out of my 27 day stay waiting for people to come fix things
No heat for 3 days, weekend - took a day to get electric heater, small one in room was not enough in winter.
plug outlets in unusable locations - like end of bed
Unkempt, terrible smells - i was spraying bleach, lighting candles
Wifi did not work many times even after they put a booster in and gave multiple paswords, did not work at all last 3 days. The key code did not work at start, had to get latch repaired after i found door open coming back one day
Slug, spider on my pillow one night. The remote "airoperate" support from the Far East is not exactly adequate - demanded video of latch to see it not working etc... WORSE despite my telling them the issues and the wifi problems they continue to rent it out. I heard other guests shouting and swearing at the wifi not working --- it was not like the owner does not know.
My stay was at the back of this house - i went to the front once to find someone who could help me, the smell going in was atrocius, no wonder my room smelt so bad. Dirty walls, floor was unclean too.
One night the neighbor dog was howling as it was kept out inthe cold for hours, despite me trying to talk to it at the fence. This was NOT a stay or vacation that was pleasant.
Still waiting for return of my 100 deposit in case i would damage the place!!!

- Calum (6/5): It's definately not luxurious, but it was suitable and convenient for me - It was compact and perfect for one person There was squatter living in the room next door who was continuously shouting profanities at the top of his voice pretty much throughout the day and night
Wifi was problematic, but the hosts did a good job doing their best to get it sorted
- Magdalena (1/5): Disaster - Location Dirty, rundown ,smelly, noise of a person who lived next room that has no door and dirty and the place is dangerous the main entrance is open to everyone.
- LYNNE (5/5): A place to sleep - Ideal location for stay near Wembley- gig finished at 10.15- we were back and in bed by 11pm!
The walk back is safe. Luxury and suite is a bit of a push. It’s effectively a bedsit. Clean but definitely some wear and tear. Broken floor tiles. Hooks stuck to doors with sellotape. And the garden view is a bit of scrubby grass. But if all you want it for is an easy place to stay when attending an event at Wembley then it does the job.
- James (3/5): - Shower was ok, room was OK as was only to sleep in at ended day The entrance was very poor and unwelcoming. Electrical wires hanging out the wall and walls were absolutely filthy. Dreaded going into room but was surprised it was passable... just. Lock on room door didn't look very strong or secure and a fan of digital entry.
Advert on booking.com describes it as luxury suites. Nothing whatsoever was luxury with premises.
- Charlene (1/5): -
- Hannah (8/5): -
- Sophie (7/5): - It was a good place to stay as we were attending a concert at the stadium.
It was clean and comfortable and staff were quick when addressing any issues which we had none.
- Katie (4/5): Avoid - Handy location for Wembley. After going to sleep, I woke up covered in bites. The room next door to use had had the door broken down and I think someone was squatting in there - also smoking so the place stank.
Way overpriced for what it was.
- Summer (1/5): - Nothing Walked in to a very bad smell in the hallway, wires hanging from wall and damp running down the walls.
Door into apartments does not lock so very unsafe and upon arrival was greeted to screaming and swearing from upstairs making us feel unsafe immediately meaning we had to find another accommodation last minute along with another couple who had the same experiences
I would stay far away from this place as it is far from luxury and not safe at all!!!
- Denise (1/5): HORRIBLE, NO RECOMENDABLE - NADA , LA HABITACION MUCHA HUMEDAD, SE SENTIA TODO EL RUIDO DE LAS OTRAS HABITACIONES, LA TV , EL BAÑO, LO QUE LAS OTRAS PERSONAS HABLABAN.
- Dariusz (9/5): - Bylo ok
- Easha (7/5): It was good excluding some issues - The location was good There was a stupid man in the building who shouted insults.
- Elena (7/5): Buena calidad precio. - El personal fue muy atento porque yo estaba preocupada ya que me habían cancelado otra habitación de última hora. La entrada da un poco de mal rollo y había olor a curry.
- kay ntota (5/5): - Nothing To pay HIDDEN COST
- sultan (1/5): -
- Justin (1/5): Never book again - Nothing couldn’t even get in to the apartment On arrival the entrance code didn’t work couldn’t even get in and so after a long trip and watching football couldn’t get in to the apartment and had to travel home
- Day (4/5): - Clean and beds were comfortable Smell from the toilet
- Stephanie (1/5): - Nothing. The worst accommodation i have ever visited, we travelled home and didnt stay the one night. It was filthy, untidy, grotty, mouldy, dirty, stained, grubby, absolutely horrible.
Ridiculously over priced, to be fair you could pay me for staying there, it was awful. I have put in a complaint with booking.com and have had no answers and the accommodation are taking no responsibility.
- alejandra gabriela (10/5): Great location and perfect stay - Everything was great and the service was very good. Nothing, everything was great.
- Daniel (3/5): Not luxury at all - Location, its proximity to wembley stadium The apartments should be renamed convenient rooms as there was nothing luxury about them at all.
Its a room that they have squeezed a fridge sink and stove top into.
The front door to the apartment felt like it was made of cardboard and flimsy.
When entering the apartment for the first time we were hit with an overwhelming smell of stale cigarette smoke, that even with "airing" the room out would not go away, we actually went down to the local asda to buy air fresheners. After a day in the room our clothes started to smell of this stale smoke.
The paint in the room was peeling away in places and the shower cubicle or whatever you would call it was in a terrible condition. The shower/toilet was so small you would have to keep the door open to make it feel bigger and have room to manoeuvre.
The bed was stiff and quite frankly the bedding had the stale smoke smell and after a quick look at the "apartment" you would instantly question the cleanliness of the bedding.
I don't know what rooms the photos on booking.com are but they definitely wasn't the room we stayed in.
We could also hear every conversation or cough of the room next door, walls must be made of the same material as the front door.
The only thing positive I would say about this is its within walking distance of Wembley stadium.
After paying upfront to stay in these "luxury" apartments they then email you asking for £100 deposit.
I then had to wait 4 weeks after the stay to receive the deposit back, after asking them twice about it.
I held out on reviewing the place until I received the deposit back.
This review is not meant to throw insults at the owners but purely yo warn others that it just isn't what its advertised to be, its not luxury in anyway shape or form and the pictures on booking.com need updating or pictures of every room they make available should have accurate photos of each one.
- TB (1/5): Terrible, the property is of poor quality. Be aware of the deposit of £100 that they fault to tell you about. Honestly j - Location Where to start,
. The main door to the property has to lock, so anyone could enter
. There is a room that has no door and a strange man living inside
. Lights stopped working
. Stinks of smoke
. Ash on window side
. Planks on floor lifting up but they try to cover with carpet
. Still waiting to receive deposit, 10 days later even though I was told I would receive before than but time continues to be pushed back with excuses and irrelevant topics
- Temitope (1/5): I was asked to pay £100 after I had already booked . After several calls to the management, they refused to give me the - I was asked to pay £100 after I had already booked . After several calls to the management, they refused to give me the code . I’ve asked for my refunds of which they intent to take over%60 of my money . I have not received my refund up till now on the 11/09/25 . Can I have my refund back please. I was asked to pay £100 after I had already booked . - Blings (5/5): Familientrip - Die Lage,es gab einen Lidl. Busstationen in der nähe. Check in war einwandfrei. Der Geruch. Flecken an der decke. Fenster undicht. Keinen Tisch mit stühlen zum essen.
- darren (1/5): Do not recommend - Arrived as the cleaner was finishing off, she worked hard any it was clean upon arrival Stains on the wall, blinds damp with staining. The Tv didn't work. The room is nothing like the images provided. Room also smelt of smoke. I had to chase them to get my deposit back.
- Amanda (5/5): The location is spot on for going to Wembley Stadium. Would not class it has luxury accommodation - Close to where we were going at Wembley Stadium Could have been more
- Drozd (4/5): -
- mehfooz ali abro (8/5): -
- Dechezeaux (6/5): -
- Marty (7/5): A good place if you're needing somewhere to stay for an event at Wembly Stadium. - Relatively close to Wembly Park Stadium, Designer Outlet shops and trains. Door was coded, was great not having keys or a card. Brought up an issue with the property and was told someone would check it, nothing was done about the issue. The microwave has no ventilation, the cutlery in the drawer above were too hot to handle. Got badly bitten by bugs, even though I didn't have the window open.
- Azhar (5/5): -
- karen (1/5): Terrible took about 20 pictures of grime - Walking distance to Wembley Stadium Never stayed in such a dirty place , not sure luxury suite is a good name for a dirty bed sit , heating didn’t work , I messaged and they said was on a timer but never came on ,
- Richard (6/5): Just drop the word luxury and people wont feel so disappointed when they arrive. - A twenty minute walk and you are at Wembley Stadium, so if you are after a room to sleep-over in after a concert its very convenient. There is nothing luxury about this accommodation. Its a run down house in an unloved surroundings and room décor was tired. The room was clean, and bed was OK, but there was nothing else going for it. Its a place to sleep. You wouldn't want to be here any longer than necessary.
- Hunt (3/5): -
- Biniam (1/5): The room is so dirty, I stay 4 night but they just give me two towels no bedsheets, no cleaning - It's my worst experience in my life. I never see this kind of guesthouse, Nothing than worst
- Andrea (6/5): - The member of staff on the phone was lovely she was lovely really helpful so thank you 👍 Trying to get the code for the door
- Angel (1/5): AVOID - AVOID AVOID
- Felice (3/5): Disappointing - Location It was not very clean , needs painted , smells very badly of dampness , certainly not my idea of luxury !
- Linda (8/5): Good proximity to Wembley - Close to Wembley. Easy access with code. Clean & tidy. Broken tile on ensuite floor could get cut if bare feet. Informed owners.
- Karen (6/5): Perfect location , outside needs a bit of tidy and a few laminate tiles were loose .. hopefully I gave direct feed back -
- Welma (8/5): Quite good - Accessible Need more refurbished
- Van Noordennen (2/5): -
- David (9/5): -
- Christopher (1/5): Horror Disgusting - It was Disgustingly Horrible Violent man next door with no door on his room
We had to leave n find alternative accommodation
My partner broke down in tears after waiting 12 months for the event
- nathon (5/5): -
- Paola (1/5): Dirty, overpriced and uncomfortable...not recommended. - Nothing. On opening the front door, you are hit with the smell of smoke and dirt. The walls to the hall, stairs and landing were like a squat house. Whilst the bedroom itself was a higher standard, it was hardly luxurious and you simply can't justify the close to £300 per night price tag. The parking at the front of the house was billed separately at £30 per night as its charged £15 per day and a night sleep therefore spans two days. Bathroom was dirty with mold, bed was uncomfortable and the hob in the kitchen didn't seem to work. All in all we were terribly disappointed and wouldn't recommend.
- Jack (4/5): Rooms are looking tired - Stains all over, nothing like what the photos show
- Shona (1/5): Absolute dump - Nothing. Had to repeatedly ask for check in instructions. They were sent while I was travelling down so didnt see until i arrived. Asked for details such as passport info which I hadn't got. Arrived at premises to see if there was anyone around and was confronted by a run down property which looked like an HMO. Group of people hanging around outside being abusive and intimidated. Got straight back in the car and left due to not feeling at all safe as 2 female travellers. After reading other reviews this is clearly false advertising and very misleading. In no way, shape or form is this luxury.
- jenny (2/5): Not Luxury, Just Awful - Location was good for attending Wembley Arena Room was in a house split into apartments, entrance had hanging wires, smelt lawful, and looked like a dump. Room was small, beds uncomfortable, and bathroom old, tired and very very small. The advert said Luxury Appartment, and it was anything but. Deposit took over 7 days to be refunded and had to chase to get this back.
- Monya (2/5): Not safe or luxurious. - The bed was comfortable. It was not in a safe area, the other tenants were disrupting our day and it look 35 mins for us to lock the door. I didn’t feel safe staying at the property and it’s non-refundable after all the trauma we went through.
- Annette (2/5): Dont stay here it's awfull - Nothing Everything
- Steven (4/5): Location was good especially for Wembley so not to have to fight for the tube late at night otherwise ok if you have no - Location was very good for Wembley stadium. 20 min walk! And many pubs and shops along the way as well as location tube station I was really disappointed with the room. It was nothing like any of the photos I’ve seen advertised but of course it was a different room as part of the house. Bathroom needs updating due to broken floor tiles and toilet seat. Doors on shower was awful as kept leaking water on to the floor so had to use towel. There was no spare blanket for the sofa settee. Would have been nice to provide some tea coffee items so was no point having a kettle there!
- MsMorti77 (7/5): Kedves, barátságos volt. - A terasz tele volt szeméttel.
- Tony (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Absolutely nothing Bed was filthy, excrement and urine were smeared all over the front door. Anyone can walk in as front door is always open. No security. Was so bad me and my 15 year old daughter had to pay for another hotel which was an expense I can Ill afford. In process of getting money back but won't hold my breath.
- June (1/5): I had my 15 year old granddaughter and her friend with me to go to a concert. Both were frightened to stay. Sockets ha - Nothing Bad state of repair, health and safety issues, cannabis smell from one room. Not safe
- Ilia (3/5): Scary facility. - Location was ok.
The room is ok to sleep but not luxury. It’s noisy when opening windows (no air conditioning). The entrance was damaged. The house entrance door is not locked and strangers can easily enter and make bad things. This was the first scary scene when we approached the house. A door on the 1st floor is broken. When we got out last morning the entrance door and lobby were additionally ruined. This made our bad experience.
- KARTIK (1/5): -
- Sarah (5/5): Ok, great location, poor quality - The room itself was nice, poorly finished off in shower room let it down.
Ideal location for Wembley Stadium, 10-15 mins walk away The entrance hall was disgusting, electrical wire on display, a room with broken door and junk in the room visible to guests.
Door handle on apartment door nearly come off in my hand.
It was over priced for what it was, but price why hiked up due to Oasis concert.
I would not stay here again
- Graham (5/5): -
- Kelly (5/5): It was ok for a night - It was quite close to Wembley stadium The smells of the neighbouring properties cooking it was coming through the walls
- Darren (8/5): -
- Lee (2/5): Location good but probably worst maintained facility I’ve ever stayed in - Location. Fake advertising. Rooms was mucky sink blocked rusty shower and the smell was unbearable to point we contemplated sleeping in car.
- Cash (1/5): Enough said above - I arrived and left after two minutes as my daughters were terrified to stay in what, could potentially, be described as a crack house. The room would suffice if you could barricade yourself in and have a security guard outside your door all night. A door was hanging off adjacent to us. The state of the entrance hall with hanging down bare electrical wires, dirt everywhere would be enough to put anyone off. I can’t believe this has cost me so much money for 2 minutes. I, like many people of my age, have stayed in so many hotel both for business and pleasure. This was by far the worst ever and simply should not be on the portal for booking . com
Makes me wonder what checks are carried out it really does.
Do not say you haven’t been warned - stay away no matter what the cancellation fee is or better still simply just do not book. The whole building
- Alister (1/5): -
- smith (1/5): Horrendous, we didn’t - Nothing Everything, no sofa bed for the 3rd Adult, dirty, exposed wiring, bathroom filthy and smelt, leak in kitchen, broken stalls
- Yusuf (1/5): -
- Ethan (7/5): -
- Liam (6/5): -
- Sean (2/5): Stay away - Only thing good about here is the location. This place is disgusting. From the smell you enter to the state of the bathroom it's terrible. Kitchenette was battered and falling apart. We got in from Wembley at 1am left at 6am it was that bad.
Be aware there there is an EXTRA £100 to pay once pre registration forms are filled it.
- Arwenna (4/5): -
- Stephen (1/5): Stay clear of these people - That its around the corner from Wembley stadium The deposit is £100 not £50 which they dont tell you also dont tell you that you won't get it back for weeks after chasing it or threatening to report them just like everyone who books with them as reviews show. You dont get the key password if you dont pay the deposit which is all last minute so leaves you with no choice. They tell you parking is £15 a day which again I paid £30 when I got there at night and left first thing in the morning and isn't private parking so clearly won't get a ticket its just a driveway to the property. The main entrance door is always open so not secure at all. The whole experience was ruined because of the money issue seems they taking money off Peter to pay paul if that makes sense. Stay clear......
- Kimberley (1/5): Horrendous - The apartment itself was clean Absolute shit hole , we left the property the same day we in because it was that unsafe for us, the day we arrived we were met with actual shit on the door and walls in the main hall , my friend was almost pushed down the stairs by the men staying on the right appartement next to us his door hanging for dear life in the doorpost when he got out he started yelling and cursing at us pushing the complete door into us , when we came back that same night to charge our phones we got screamed and cursed at again he sounded highly under the influence of alcohol and drugs we packed our stuff and left te property as soon as possible since he saw our door entry code, it was saver for us to stay on the street and sleep at the concert venue than spending even 1 more minute at this property.Ive never felt so unsafe at a property at this one
- Abby Mitchell (8/5): - The apartment was clean and well presented. Quite small but enough for the 4 of us for the night. Handy for the buses and close to Wembley stadium. The WiFi didn't work and there was no tv remote control. The entrance and stairs weren't very clean and tidy. A little selection of complimentary tea and coffee would have been nice.
- Michelle (7/5): - Location ideal for event Very worn in need of redecoration
- Zara (4/5): - The room was lovely, could do with a fan though The entrance and hallways were very unclean. It made my son nervous, door off on a room beside ours
- Andrea (7/5): - The room was nice and clean the location was ok When we arrived we past a room the smelt awful the door was in half we felt very intimidated and scared every time we passed it the was somebody arguing banging doors and shouting early in the morning this room was supposed to be for 4 but only 3 could sleep in it but there was no covers for the othe guest would I stay again the answer is no
- Babici (3/5): Very dirty and not looked after the property. - It was filthy and there were some water marks on the floor above. Which worry me to not woken up with the ceiling over me. The bathroom lights' wires were hanging down, which could have been a potential electric hazard. The main door was always open because, in the middle of the night, a homeless, drunk man would knock on the door to be let into our room to use the toilet. The place needs redecorating ASAP.
- Jason Burns (8/5): - Thought the room once inside was nice The arrival was not good, it looked rough on the outside, then in the hall it was dirty and grubby looking like a squat. Fix this and it's 5 stars all the way.
The WiFi we were sent did not work. Couldn't find the domain
- Dawn (1/5): Good for the location, very bad for everything else - Very difficult to get in the property. After booking via a third party I was supposed to receive an email regarding leaving a deposit. This was not received. When I arrived at the property I contacted the host who seem to not have any idea about how to resolve the issue. In the end I was given WIFI access to complete the agreement form & pay a deposit. Everything but the location!
I was bitten several times on the first week, so needed bug spray. I told the host and was ignored when I requested a manager to attend.
No teaspoons, only one knife, I had to tighten all the pans as the handles were loose.
For a small person the I could not shower without hitting the cubicle or wall. The shower leaked and left damp and mould along the floor.
The toilet seat was loose & the toilet is badly stained.
There are no plugs for the sinks, the bathroom sink is chipped & has no drain guard.
The cleaners seem to arrive late in the day and there's constant banging from 7pm all night.
The room had a humming noise at night.
The roof leaked on me in the night.
If you are there for a long stay, no new towels or bedding is offered.
The clientele is rough, one man threw all this mouldy rubbish and drug paraphernalia outside my front entrance & I had to make a police report for his abuse.
Terms state no parties, but having 9 people going to football in 3 rooms causes a party like vibe. I had to tell them they had neighbours & to respect others being there.
The WIFI kept crashing, when I contacted the host to reset the router, I was ignored.
Shouting & banging from other rooms at night.

- Adam Eccles (3/5): Luxury studios..... My arse - Clean bed and hot powerful shower. Nothing else. The smell of damp, the leaking drain and rotten cupboard underneath the sink, the dripping tap, the disgusting dirty floor and the flies (because of the damp). I wouldn't let my dog stay there.

- Dave (1/5): need alot of improvement - it was close to Wembley firstly the room had no hot water. we were meant to be staying 2 nights but left on the second day as we couldn't shower. Also the tv wasnt working, stains on the blinds and ants all over floor and windowsills. Definitely not a "deluxe" room. did not even stay the two night's it was that bad
