• Nandana Nuwan (10/5): It was awsom - The location was very convenient, the neighborhood was safe. The home was very spacious for my family of six people. It was well kept and maintained. AC was perfect. All in all it was really good and value for money. Street parking is a bit tight.
• Leah (1/5): Worst booking.com experience - Worst booking experience. Nothing. The host tried to ask for a $100 deposit through e- transfer before he would release check in info, and then cancelled my trip, keeping all my money.

Felt cozy & homey. Comfortable furniture, nice bathroom & didn’t feel like I was going without anything while I was there. It was not pleasant to be woken up at the crack of dawn by a screaming child running around for hours on end. Especially considering I took a red eye flight & was exhausted. It was also surprising because the description claims to have sound proof rooms but considering we heard just about everything going on upstairs during our stay I think that’s incorrect. If it wasn’t for the screaming/running child it would have been a 10/10 stay & experience.

• Kayla (8/5): I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Edmonton. It’s close to everything you’ll need. I will hopefully be - This beautiful basement suite is in a nice neighborhood. The beds are comfortable. It has a nice little kitchen area with all the appliances and dishes. The heated mirror with a light in the bathroom is brilliant. While the ad boasts of an air conditioned suite, there is no air conditioning. The heat wave during my stay made it a little unbearable during the day. They did provide a fan which allowed us to get some sleep at night but it was definitely not comfortable temperature-wise. The entrance to the suite was tricky to find at night because there was no light on outside by the door.

• Henson (10/5): Over all was wonderful and had a great night sleep! - It was very peaceful, nice area, very lovely suite, spaciouse and cozy and fully equipt with everything you need including waher and dryer! Deffinately recomend! We slept in and the host was very patient and understanding for us to get ready and check out! Wonderful! Maybe some pepper and garlic powder and cooking oil that would be the only thing we didnt have that we could have used! The soice rack is wonderful but only missing those.
