- Aimee (1/5): Disappointing and heartbreaking - Sadly, there was nothing to like at the property. Anything thinking of booking please remember this isn’t affiliated with the Hilton at all. When we first walked in, we were overwhelmed with an awful stench. Everything was filthy. If there is a $150 cleaning fee, I’m curious to what the cleaner actually does. The beds weren’t made and looked like they had just been pulled up from the previous guests. The towels provided were dirty.
The bathroom and shower in particular, smelt like urine. There were about five or six various types of shampoo and conditioner left in the shower from previous guests. The shower floors were filthy and would recommend wearing thongs in the shower.
The fridge smelt weird and the freezer needed to be defrosted. There were no cups of we wanted to have a drink, however at that stage we probably wouldn’t have chanced it. The washing machine stunk and was filthy. Previous guests clearly didn’t know how to use the washing machine and placed the powder in the top where the fabric softener should be and have clogged the machine. The sink in the kitchen is also blocked. There has been a zero maintenance done on this property at all.
We could not stay, we had to get out of there immediately and thankfully were able to rebook elsewhere. Booking.com were able to reach an agreement with the property owner to refund our money.
- Upendra (5/5): - Location We were supposed to get the keys for check-in at 3pm, had to walk to the mini mart back and forth till 6pm from 3pm paying for parking multiple times for the keys as it was misplaced by the cleaner or deliberately we were put on hold, very bad management with that otherwise it was good.

- Christina (6/5): It was a comfortable stay especially for a family with young children. 2 bathrooms is always a win. Good to have a place - The location was exceptional! Convenient. Parking included which is a bonus compared to most accommodations in similar locations. You don’t need to drive around. Could be cleaner and better pillows would elevate the comfort factor. Was a pleasant stay nonetheless. Not too fussy for value of the money.

- Renae (6/5): Goo location, appliances need instruction - The parking and the location The fact that there was no instruction book for all the things that are supposed to work in the apartment. Things that need attention:
The coffee machine. The capsules just drop straight thru. How to work the microwave, need to supply Non stick cookware, needed wifi on TV to access netflix etc

- Vince (7/5): Good location - Good location, centre of Surface shops. Key location was difficult to find, no parking near pick up, no signs, no street numbers, pick up was in an arcade amongest other shops. Took a while to find and had to walk for 20mins to find.

- Petrina (1/5): Most disappointing stay we have had in any property over the last few years that we have used booking.com.au - It’s very sad to say…. There was nothing to like in this property. The rooms were small. The bed was uncomfortable. The sheets used on the bed was from Kmart fitted sheet. It was discussing. We spent a lot of money for our 3 night stay. But it was very disappointing and upset to walk in something that bad. Every thing in that apartment was disgusting and disappointing. The cleaning was disgusting. The shower and bathtub had mould on the tiles. The cleaners left the previous person dirty floss in the bathroom. The kitchen was very oily and grubby. We had to wash every utensil before we could use it. I have pics. The air-conditioning shut off every hour and we had to get out of bed to restart it and the list goes on.
We got in touch with the host and they’re pretty much said it is what it is deal with it or you can go and find something else
We know now doubt we should we ever use booking.com.au ever again I experience with Airbnb has never been like this.
If you like, I could upload pictures about the property. I wish you guys did some research or actually had a person on the floor to check on the properties that you offer to tourist.
- Bree (6/5): Fine, but a bit of an effort. - The location was good for what we wanted. The apartment was a good size. We requested linens for the sofa bed and there were none. It was late when we returned so could do nothing about this. There was no extra linens anywhere. It was a bit of an effort to collect keys and find the apartment. Whilst there are detailed instructions, they are a mile long and it was a bit frustrating. The wifi wouldn't connect. Not a huge issue, but a bit annoying. The lifts take FOREVER at certain times as the building is large- so don't book an Uber until you are on the ground!

Apartment had beautiful - The location and the view Mouldy sofa bed, dated furniture, holes in curtain, staff at Hilton refused to let us access the luggage trolley and pool, and were very very rude.
In the blurb on booking there was hype about the apartment having a private pool which did not exist.

Did not refunded security deposit taken for additional access card. - Location Initially mentioned that we are receiving 2x access cards for the apartment as we were 5. That did not provided. Instead the owner asked us to pay a security deposit of $100. That has not refunded as of today even after sent few reminders. Very unprofessional.
