• Isabella (10/5): Wir können die Wohnung für einen Städtetrip in Graz weiterempfehlen. - Die Wohnung ist super direkt beim Jakominiplatz gelegen. In der Wohnung selbst ist es in der Nacht ziemlich ruhig, was man aufgrund der Location nicht vermuten würde. Es gibt ziemlich viele Lokale, Imbissbuden und auch Fast Food in der näheren Umgebung. Beim Uhrturm ist man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Man kann aber auch bequem mit der Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür losfahren. Der Self-Check-in war total problemlos und auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern unkompliziert und schnell, wenn es Fragen gab. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab genügend Kaffeepads. Die Möglichkeit das Auto in der Parkgarage zu parken ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt.

• Duc Huy (10/5): - Beds are super comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. Kitchen well equipped and wash machine with dryer function. Communication with the staff was instant and always awailable. We didnt face any issues but I am pretty sure, they would handle anything very quickly. Location is perfect, all public transportations right in front of you. I was not affected by any noise coming from Jakominiplatz. The host provided a parking slot in a nearby parking house (walkable). This is incredible valueable in Graz Center Area. Two things can be a disappointment if you are not aware, and only be confronted with it after booking: No evalator, and you cant park in front of the apartment directly to unload your stuff. We were informed so no minus point from us nothing

• Caroline (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyable city break! - Central location, top quality accommodation with parking. Nothing to dislike. We traveled in late November. The property is centrally located with ease of access to public transportation & high street retail. Christmas markets were a short walk.

Aussicht war cool, bad war sehr schön, Küche gut ausgestattet der Willkommenstrink war nicht gratis, und das bezahlen über den angegebenen Link war nicht möglich, da keine Kreditkarte akzeptiert wurde. Wir haben das Geld dann in Bar im Kühlschrank gelassen.... das hat uns schon geärgert

• Marlies (10/5): Schöne, geräumige Wohnung mitten in Graz - Top Lage mitten in Graz. Alle guten Bäcker sind gleich am Jakominiplatz vor der Tür- perfekt fürs Frühstück. Alle Zimmer sind wunderschön und ruhig, trotz belebtem Platz vor der Tür. Das Badezimmer ist groß, die Küche komplett ausgestattet und es gibt auch Salz, Kaffee, Tee ... Alles bestens und sehr zu empfehlen! Und dass eine Parkgarage dabei ist, ist ideal, denn Parkplätze sind rar und teuer in der Stadt! alles gut

• Amela (10/5): Sladak apartman u urbanom dijelu grada, sa dobrom zvučnom izolacijom, rado ću se opet vratiti. - Objekat je u urbanom dijelu grada, sa predivnim pogledom i danju i noću, ali sa dobrom zvučnom izolacijom, tako da buka ne smeta. Apartman je lijepo uređen, ima sve sto treba. Sve je cisto, uredno, posuda ima dovoljno, kafe aparat, izbor kafe, čajeva. Javni prijevoz je odmah ispred zgrade, tako da su svi dijelovi grada lako dostupni. U blizini ima mnoštvo restorana, pekara i kafica. Osoblje je jako susretljivo, kontaktirali smo mailom, ali su bili spremni odmah odgovoriti. Nemam primjedbu
