• Norma (6/5): Good location but noisy - Great location close to main area. Comfortable and clean. Set up for self catering. There is a change in floor level throughout flat causing a step. At night this is dangerous as it's hardly visible and runs through bedroom and bathroom. Fell down it first night. Needs underfloor warning lights or coloured edging. Shower needs update. Very poor sound insulation. Could hear noise from outside, was awoken by people sitting on street 100m away talking and laughing at 2.30a.m. There was a festival with rock band in Santa Croce Square close by which kept us up till late. May be unfortunate timing but apparently the square is a regular venue for events.

• Gloria (10/5): Exceptional - Asia was waiting for us at the apartment and show the apartment to us, she always was reacheable on messages and or on the phone, she welcome us with a bottle of wine that my friend enjoyed, the apartment was clean, good location, very safe, a mini market just a few steps outside of the apartment, we recomend Santa Croce da Elena, if we come back to Florence again we definitely stay here again. • Vasu (8/5): Great location safe clean and spacious beautiful apartment. Felt like home. - Tasteful interiors, spacious, kitchen appliances cutlery etc condiments provided. Host followed up to ensure we got in and all was good. We were provided with a bottle of lovely wine ! Blankets didn’t seem too clean so we didn’t use it. More body soap could be provided. Lots of mosquitoes in the apartment. Some more smaller steel pots would be good as the one we used had to be hand washed.
• Robyn (9/5): Pleasant, comfortable and clean apartment in Florence! - Host was very accommodating. We were welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco, which was so nice. Apartment has 2 elevators, air conditioner, is updated, modern and clean, washing machine was a big plus! Enjoyed the 2 beautiful balconies! Good restaurants near by. Nothing!
• Evyenia (10/5): Great location in modern spacious apartment - It was nice and a great location it had great ammenities and the host was very helpful for the couple of things we needed. It’s a quiet area and much closer to everything than it looks on the map, it would only be a 5-10 minute walk to the centre. Maybe a couple of extra towels to be provided but nothing that would stop me from staying again.

• Parul (10/5): Exceptional - Best location to stay in Florence. Most of the places are walkable with kids. Asia had recommendations for restaurants which served delicious food. The apartment had a lot of natural light which we prefer. As a host, Asia is wonderful and very accommodating. This place is highly recommended
