This company is fraudulent and a sham and should not have been recommended by booking .com
This should be investigated and the company (if it exists ) should be penalised and shut down

- Marina (3/5): Beware of scam - The apartment was very modern, had a nice balcony with a view of the water. The bathroom was very big and everything was clean. It had everything you needed and was very close to a bus stop and a little supermarket. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city centre but it was still very quiet. While the apartment itself was wonderful, there were problems immediately after the booking was completed. The credit card was charged straight away even though you could still cancel the booking for free at the time.
As we had to change the credit card we were paying with, we were charged for the hotel three times in total. When we contacted the host about this problem, we didn't get a reaction at all at first, and after another message they told us they had already refunded the money. After a long back and forth, we got one of the payments refunded and now the host is not answering our messages or phone calls at all - not even when we were in front of the apartment and couldn't figure out how to get in.
As it stands we had to pay double for the stay.
- Chris (1/5): Avoid. Rude staff, hard to find and overpriced. - Absolutely terrible no correspondence sent on where exactly the accommodation was or how to access it until after the check in time. Apparently an email was sent but a representative apologised for the error so that can’t be true. To top it off we had a passive aggressive man called James who proceeded to tell us he had property all over London and didn’t need our business and proceeded to cancel are booking, we suspected he was drunk at the time of the phone call. Has to get changed in the car for the evening. Not ideal. This is my first bad review of a hotel and I’m 38 years old.
- Robertson (1/5): Awful stay would never return - Nothing The property was sold as a family apartment with one bedroom and bed, the other bed was a blow up bed for two teenage girls. The bed was rock solid. For it to be listed and sold as ‘Luxury’ is false advertisement. The apartment didn’t even have coffee

- Sasa (3/5): Poor - Location is good. They left the keys in the local store, but without the keyfob, which is necessary to enter the building. So we struggled for more than an hour to get in the building. It was impossible to reach the owners. We reserved an apartment for 4 people but there was only one king-size bed without additional bedding. They have only 2 chairs for eating.
- Kate (8/5): Lovely quiet location. - Quiet secure location. Plenty of room for the two of us. The sofa in the lounge is back breaking, very uncomfortable. No bedside lamps. The lounge blinds are not adjustable.
- Oneda_ (7/5): Not operative kitchen as advised on booking - Position and cleaning of the apartment We were informed by the structure only 1 day before our stay that the kitchen was not "operative". However, when asked if the microwave was working, the structure assured it was. On the day of the stay, we found surprisingly that the kitchen area was totally shut off, and the lights in the same area and the microwave were not even working. We had to buy food from outside. No imagine that this was a gift for my girlfriend birthday.
We appreciate that the structure has offered us an alternative accommodation but this was only the day before the stay when we had already planned the stay and what to do in the area. We haven't received any apology or even a little discount for the issue which was on their behalf. For the clarity of this comment, I want to mention that when informing the structure about kitchen not working they have texted "steps to follow" to make sure that the kitchen area was "switched on", but not on the advice provided by the structured work and perhaps they should have resolved on their own before our stay since they knew about our stay, what they had to say when reporting that even microwave was not working was just "strange".
Another problem was the carpet in the bedroom. Extremely dirty.
