• EVGENIIA (10/5): - The place looks quite extraordinary for the area in a good way. It is like an oasis in the middle of noisy old town. The hotel is new and fresh. The staff at the reception is extremely nice and helpful, as well as other staff of the hotel, including cleaning and dining service. Wonderful view from the upper terrace, where it is pleasant to have breakfast. For those who value cleanness this is just the right place. Maybe very tall people will find standard rooms a bit cramped. We are small people, so it wasn't a problem.

• Ramazan (10/5): Очень приятное впечатление - Очень приветливый и клиентоориентированный персонал, всегда помогали с вопросами: заказ такси, заказ еды, рекомендации по местам для посещения. Есть живописная терраса, на которой можно посидеть почиллить, но, единственное, там плохо ловит вайфай. Завтраки нам понравились, обычно есть два варианта основного блюда, и много разных дополнительных вещей: снеки, десерты, овощи и прочее, кофе/турецкий чай тоже понравились. Сами номера небольшие , но эргономичные и стильные, очень порадовало наполнение: халаты. набор для бритья, щетки и прочее. Очень хорошая локация , чтобы исследовать старый город, при этом рядом есть метро, поэтому добраться до других точек интереса тоже не проблема, также мы ездили до азиатской части на такси через тоннель и получилось очень быстро.

• Kate (9/5): - The hotel is newly renovated, everything is well designed. The rooms are small, but the layout is good. I was alone, could be a bit tight with two people and bags. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and there were so many little extras that shows they put in the extra effort. Sahand was amazing! The beds are so comfortable and the breakfast had lots of options. There was an issue with the booking system when I stayed, which resulted in a delay at check in, as my booking was not found despite me already paying days before. Then I was asked to change rooms after one night, again due to an issue with the system. The staff handled it amazingly, but I recommend management to update the system, as it was unpleasant. The area is ok, there’s a metro and tram line nearby. However, I didn’t feel super safe traveling alone there after dark. Soundproofing is just ok, I could hear the people in the neighboring rooms talking and the noise from the road can be loud. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Les réceptionniste Ali et Ousmane vraiment rien à dire toujours le sourire accueillant. Alors ce que j’ai pas aimé, j’ai trouvé la chambre un peu trop petite, surtout avec deux bagages de valise, c’est pas évident de circuler dans la chambre.

• Bianca (10/5): Definitiv absolut empfehlenswert - Ursprünglich hatte ich nur zwei Nächte gebucht und wollte dann wechseln, bin dann aber doch die kompletten 8 Tage geblieben. Für mich war die Lage Ideal, da keine 2 Minuten von der Metrostation Yenekapi entfernt. Blaue Moschee und Co. bin ich regelmäßig zu Fuß gegangen 2,5 km, etwa 30 Minuten). Die Gegend mag sicherlich Geschmackssache sein, allerdings muss ich gestehen, hat sie mir sehr gut gefallen (so dass ich wie gesagt nicht mehr wechseln wollte) und ich hab mich auch als Frau nicht unwohl gefühlt. In der Nachbarschaft entstehen immer mehr Hotels und man hat alles mögliche an Geschäften und auch Taxis direkt vor der Tür. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind alle unfassbar nett, immer bemüht und sprechen jeden Gast mit Namen an. Auch die Zimmer sind echt schön. Das Hotel ist noch ziemlich neu (Mai 2025). Eigentlich nichts. Dass die Zimmer klein sind, sieht man schließlich vorher, keine Ahnung, wie das immer wieder Leute bemängeln können. Ich würde noch ein paar mehr Kleiderbügel hinhängen, weil ich sechs Stück doch etwas wenig fand, wenn schon kein Kleiderschrank da ist. Ansonsten hab ich aber nichts zu bemängeln. Gerade das Badezimmer war ziemlich gut aufgeteilt vor allem auch mit viel Stellfläche beim Waschbecken, was mich als Frau schnell nervt, wenn kein Platz ist.

• Amir (10/5): - Everything was perfect, the main location is very close to the metro and tram, we arrived at 8 am and got the room immediately, we didn't wait at all. The hotel staff was very friendly and even offered us gifts.

The hotel itself is beautifully modern, clean, and stylish, offering a really comfortable atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The location is perfect — just tucked off a main road, which means everything is easily accessible without the noise or chaos you’d usually expect from a busy area. It felt peaceful yet central, which was ideal for exploring Istanbul. The staff were absolutely excellent throughout our stay. They attended to every need, were consistently welcoming each time we walked through the door, and carried themselves with total professionalism. Their English was perfect, which made communication so smooth. Their warm attitude genuinely elevated our experience. The only downsides were that the room felt smaller than expected for a Queen Suite, and the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted, so we weren’t able to control the room temperature ourselves.

• Tom (8/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, empfehlenswert - Die Lage war ok, entspr. dem Quartier. ÖV in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal überaus freundlich. Beim Frühstück versuchen sie europäischen Gepflogenheiten gerecht zu werden - klappt nur bedingt. Doch es war ok. Das Hotel kann nichts dafür, doch es gibt einen Teil der Kundschaft, welcher nicht besonders angenehm ist ;-)

A 6.emeleti szobákban reggel rossz hallgatni a 7.emeletről a reggelizőben tologató székek hangját!Esetleg egy csúszást segítő tapaszt lehetne tenni a székek lábára.
• Robert (9/5): Kényelmes szálloda, remek személyzet - A szálloda Fatih negyed széli részén helyezkedik el, egy nemrégen épült, modern épületben. A környéki házak sajnos nagyon kopottak, a tengerre nyíló kilátás igaz, azonban a szakadt háztetők tűnnek fel először. A környék mérsékelten zajos, kicsit koszos, a környékben több építhezés is zajlik. A szobák világosak, de kicsik (olyan mint egy hajókabin), jól felszerelt, az ágy kényelmes volt, a fürdőszoba is ennek megfelelően kicsit szűkös, a zuhanykabin tágas volt, a wc kagyló elhelyezése szűkíteti le a teret, az ember előre hajolva eléri a szemben lévő falat. A fürdőszoba felszerelése jó volt, sampon, tusoló gél, fogkefe, fogkrém mind rendelkezésre állt, hajszárító, köntös és papucs is van. A szobában volt széf, és TV is (ami 2 nap után sajnos nem működött, bár a török adókon kívül csak a hírcsatornák voltak, így nem igazán volt rá szükségün, és nemis jeleztük a portán), minihűtő, bekészített vízzel. A reggeli a 7. emelten kialakított étkezőben került kiszolgálásra, annak berendezése kifejezetten igényes, de a hely itt is szűköcske. Amennyiben az idő megfelelő a felső teraszon is lehetett reggelizni, innen pompás panoráma nyílik a környékre. A kávé ízletes volt, a felszolgált ételek minősége kifogástalan, mindig volt egy két meleg fogás (rántotta, párolt zöldség, kolbász, sült krumpli) is. A pincérek segítőkészek voltak mindig. A recepciósok sokat segítettek, különösen Sanhand volt mindig nagyon szívélyes, amit kértünk rögtön teljesítették, segítettek a hazautazáskor a transzfer megszervezésében is. Isztambul főbb látnivalói nincsenek messze, akár gyalog, vagy az I-es villamossal könnyen elérkhetők inne. A környéken számos üzlet és áruház is található, így az isztambuli programok fontos eleme a shoppingolás is csak egy karnyújtásnyira van. ilyen nem volt

• ANTON (10/5): Прекрасный новый отель с гостеприимными и внимательными сотрудниками - Идеально новый отель, чистота и дизайн интерьера на высоком уровне. Да, номер может показаться небольшим, но нас на самом деле всё устроило. Всё новое и чистое. Ночью тихо. Из нашего номера был вид на город в сторону моря. Прекрасные вежливые и общительные сотрудники ресепшена. Местоположение в целом удобное. Прямо рядом метро, от которого с одной пересадкой до аэропорта IST. В 5 минутах ходьбы остановка трамвая Т1. Да и остановка автобуса в аэропорт тоже где-то близко. Район вокруг контрастирует со стильным интерьером самого отеля. Грязновато, магазины, ремонты. Но это особенность района. Зато рядом супермаркет небольшой, метро, обмен валюты и популярная точка с balik durum:)

• Petra (10/5): The warmest hotel recommendation in Istanbul☺️ - When it comes to location it is positioned very good just some minutes walking from metro, train station or bus, enabling you to reach an point. Both reception stuff and the stuff working during breakfast were exceptionally nice and always ready to help, making our stay even more comfortable. Also related to rooms big shoutout to the lady in charge of cleaning - rooms were extremely clean and she made sure nothing is missing. Hotel itself is newly opened, which is definitely a big added value to it. All in all this hotel is a warmest recommendation to anyone visiting Istanbul 🙂

They even went out of their way to find an open pharmacy during a national holiday and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The hotel itself is brand new, very comfortable, and offers a lovely city view. The room had excellent lighting and was always stocked with fresh drinking water. They also provide all the complimentary toiletries you may need. Overall, a wonderful experience — I’ll definitely be back!

L’insonorisation est remarquable : on est en plein centre, mais parfaitement à l’abri du bruit de la rue. Les lits sont très confortables, tout est neuf, propre et soigneusement entretenu. À mon arrivée, une sélection de délicieuses friandises m’attendait dans la chambre — une attention vraiment appréciée ! Pour mon anniversaire, j’ai même eu la belle surprise de recevoir un gâteau personnalisé, délicieux et préparé avec soin. Le personnel est exceptionnel : professionnel, chaleureux et polyglotte. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil impeccable et cette expérience mémorable !
• Olga (10/5): - Абсолютно новый и супер чистый отель! Удобные кровати, отличное освещение, красивый вид на город, особенно под дождем. При заселении в номер, меня ждали орешки, сухофрукты, яблоки, мандарины, конфеты, сумка шопер с Стамбулом, бутылка чая и 4 бутылки воды, который добавляют каждый день. Также в номере всегда имеются вилка и нож и все необходимые банные принадлежности, включая мочалку, зубную щётку и пасту, ватные диски и палочки, а также тапочки. Не нужно ничего брать с собой, все уже имеется там. Супер вежливый персонал. Мой самолёт задержался и я не могла сообщить о задержке, но меня все равно ждали на рецепшене и встретили в 4 утра с улыбкой и словами поддержки.

• Domonkos Adrian (10/5): Luxus - Hihetetlenül kedves fogadtatásban volt részünk , mikor megláttam élőben a Hotelt nagyon boldog voltam ,hogy 1/1 ugyan azt kapom amit a képeken láttam. A recepciós fiuknak külön köszönet , fantasztikus lendülettel várnak minden egyes alkalommal ahogy vissza tértünk aznap a szállásra mindig örömmel és mosolyogva fogadtak ami teljesen családi hangulatot teremtett. Mindenben rendelkezésünkre álltak , nem volt olyan kérdés amiben ne tudtak volna segíteni. Ha biztonságos ,luxus és tiszta körülményekre vágysz Isztambul szívében a pároddal vagy a családoddal bátran ajánlom és következőben is nyugodt szívvel választom a Lunet Old City Hotelt. Not free but there is parking place for car, which is very important at this place of city. Very very smiling and pleasant staff at the reception and kitchen and cleaning.... all was really very nice. Also the room was very clean and new. Nothing to complain about, even teeth brush and other things were on place. Free water, tea, cattle.... shortly everything was pretty enough. It exceeded my expectations for a 3* hotel. Maybe some people will prefer a bigger room but for me is more important cleanness and all new furniture etc. Even the bed is perfect.

• Kuntida (10/5): Highly recommend - I had a wonderful stay at Lunet Old City Istanbul. The hotel is beautiful, new, and very clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk to both the metro and tram. The staff are incredibly kind, polite, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. I was especially impressed by Ali, Cem, Sahan, and Osman (apologies if I misspelled any names). Everyone went above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. You can truly feel their great service spirit, and I must compliment the management for such well-trained staff. The restaurant team was also lovely, everyone was so friendly and attentive. The chef always had a bright smile and made sure there was plenty of food for everyone. Breakfast was excellent, and having it on the rooftop with a stunning sea view made it even more special. It was such a warm and memorable experience, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely return on my next visit to Istanbul. Just one note for future guests: the rooms are quite compact, which might be a bit tight for travelers with a lot of luggage or those who prefer more space. Nothing

• Katerina (6/5): Upplevelsen blev mycket frustrerande och förstörde hela vistelsen, trots personalens försök att rätta till misstaget. - Att det var nytt och fräscht Vi betalade extra för ett premiumrum eftersom standardrummen var för små, men ändå fick vi ett vanligt rum där vi knappt fick plats med våra resväskor. Personalen skyllde på ett systemfel och erbjöd oss gratis frukost, trots att vi redan hade betalat för frukosten. Det kändes som att vi blev lurade, och först efter en hel del diskussioner fick vi det rum vi faktiskt hade bokat. Upplevelsen förstörde mycket, och även om personalen försökte göra sitt bästa efteråt kommer jag aldrig att bo där igen.

• Patrycja (10/5): - The hotel is really amazing, very clean, very comfortable bed, cosy and modern rooms. Great location for walking in the city. And the most exceptional thing is the staff, they honestly would do anything to make your stay super comfy and amazing, especially Sahan and his collegues they made our stay 10xtimes better. But in general hotel is great and i hope they will keep their service on this level. We really liked the breakfast, especially local cheeses, and in general it was fresh and tasty everyday.

• Elena (10/5): - El hotel es nuevo y está todo impecable. Las habitaciones y el baño muy pequeños pero suficiente para dormir y descansar. Camas cómodas y almohadas . Los geles y cremas del baño de muy buena calidad. El personal excepcional sobre todo Sahan y Cem y otro chico alto que no sé como se llama y siempre nos daba dulces. La única pega es que el baño olía mal y no lo limpiaban bien. Muy muy recomendable.

• Ricardo kemp (10/5): A pleasant stay in Istanbul - The hotel was very new, which you saw everywhere. When we first arrived we got a nice welcome by the super friendly staff. The rooms were nicely sized, not huge but perfect for a couple of nights. The bathroom was well equipped and clean. The beds were super comfy and they also included bathrobes for the guests. Breakfast on the 7th floor was also one of the highlights of the hotel. They have a very large selection of fruits, bread, meat, cheeses, vegetables, yogurt and some little sweets. The location was also perfect, with a short walk to the tram and bus stops. When we left they also ordered a taxi for us to the airport. Nothing
