- Erica (7/5): location was fantastic close to transport, the best pub (the Union), restaurants, cafes & shops - location was great space was adequate and comfortable for my short stay kitchenette and fridge all good, quite cosy A little cold at night. There was only a very thin extra blanket - an extra warm blanket or doona would have been good bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain - needs attention Window sills needed a clean - quite dusty

- Peter (8/5): Was exactly what we needed for our visit and introduction to the Fitzroy area. - Excellent location. Quiet and comfortable. A bit more space would have been useful. Minor issues included a dirty wine glass in the cupboard and the long life milk cartons in the fridge were 12 months out of date.

- Lisa (8/5): Comfortable, clean, prime location! - Very comfy bed, clean and tidy. Left us some biscuits! The location is amazing, just a stones throw away from Smith Street and Brunswick. Lots of free parking nearby, was an easy check in with a responsive host Rubbish disposal should be included with the cleaner for the price paid.
- Roberto (10/5): Great Location and Room - The accommodation is in a prime location close to all facilities, bars, restaurants and shops. It's only a 5 minute walk to Smith Street. The room was clean and secure. I wished the bathroom was a little bigger but that's only because I like to have lots of room to move around in the bathroom, some people might like the smaller bathrooms.

Room was quite small, however you don’t spend a lot of time inside. Too much to do outside. Cafes, pubs, restaurants etc.!!
