Phil (3/5): tHIS APARTMENT WAS WELL OVER PRICED FOR THE CONDITION IT WAS IN. - location ok. all furniture broken and covered by blankets.Down staires bed was very bad all loose and unstable. BATHROOMS HAD MOULD ALONG THE BOTTOM TILES AND ON SHOWER DOORS ECT. DINING TABLE ALL LOOSE,PAINT COMING OFF STAIR RAIL..
