• Dr. Wolfgang (8/5): Alles okay - Große und helle Unterkunft. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen Die Schlafcouch ist ein bißchen hart.
• Anke (7/5): Stadtnähe topp, sehr ruhige Strasse - Wir hatten ngegeben, dass wir zu Viert kommen, es war aber nur das Brtt bezogen. Wir haben das Schlafsofa selbst als Bett umfunktioniert und fanden aber die Bettwäsche und Bezüge dazu im Zimmer.
• Kathrin (9/5): - Eine sehr schöne Wohnung zentral gelegen. Stadt und Red Bull Arena gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider waren wir mit dem Fenseher überfordert haben ihn leider nicht angekommen. Parkplätze mussten wir leider suchen. Nachdem wir einen hatten sind leider für uns zusätzliche Kosten angefallen.
• Jeanette (6/5): Nicht tu empfehlen. - Die Entfernung zum Hauptbahnhof war prima. Wir waren total genervt und enttäuscht. Wir haben ca. eine halbe bis dreiviertel Stunde vor verschlossener Tür gestanden. 8 mal telefoniert bis wir einen Code für die Öffnung der Tür erhalten haben. Buchungsnummer wurde erst nach dem 2. Telefonat gefunden. Wir haben für 4 Personen gebucht hatten aber leider nur drei Decken zur Verfügung. Man wollte uns eine Decke bringen, was auch nicht funktionierte. Möchte ich nie wieder erleben.
• Andrii (2/5): Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit dem Hotel Arbio. - Die Lage des Hotels war für mich günstig, ich habe kein Frühstück bestellt. Als ich dieses Hotel gebucht habe, stand in der Buchungsbestätigung, dass mir ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt wird. In Wirklichkeit wurde ich getäuscht – es gab keinen Parkplatz, ich musste mein Auto auf der Straße abstellen und es wurde beschädigt. Die Fenster in meiner Unterkunft waren schmutzig, kaum Licht drang durch sie hindurch. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche ist undicht und das Wasser läuft einfach über die Küchenmöbel, man muss sie zusätzlich abwischen. Ich bin Arzt und bin zu einem medizinischen Kongress nach Leipzig gekommen. Ich habe für dieses Hotel 247 Euro bezahlt – letztendlich wurde ich beim Parkplatz betrogen, die Fenster im Zimmer waren staubig und der Wasserhahn in der Küche war undicht. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit dem Hotel Arbio. Die Gründe habe ich genannt.
• schmidt (5/5): - Die Lage und das Haus Keine Antwort auf meine Bitte einen Code für die Tür zu übermitteln und ein fehlendes Laken zu besorgen. Als Antwort auf meine Fragen bekam ich die Standard Mail. Kaffee Becher im Schrank waren schmutzig, Kaffeefilter alle. Wir haben neue gekauft.

• Margitta (7/5): - Die Lage war hervorragend. Leider hat im Bad der Duschvorhang gefehlt, so dass beim duschen das Bad trotz größter Vorsicht sehr nass wurde. Die Info nach der Buchung, über die Lage der Wohnung (Etage) war leider nicht vorhanden.

• kristin (8/5): - Groot bad, zeer goede verwarming, ruimte, gezellige sfeer in oud gebouw. Rustige ligging. Mindere kookuitrusting, veel potten maar geen pan. Tegenstrijdige informatie omtrent noodzaak tot afhalen sleutel, verkeerde informatie op welke knop er moet worden geduwd om binnen te geraken (verkeerde naam). Geen enkele informatie ter plaatse met praktische tips, codes enz.

• Alessandro (10/5): Nice trip and very nice room - Room bigger then expected. Full support on how use the codes to unlock the doors. Very close to the venue we wanted to visit. Fast internet connection. Maybe I would have added 1-2 more towels. And also, cable tv was not working, only Youtube.
• Agne (9/5): really great flat - spacious, clean, well arranged - spacious flat, nice kitchen, clean. Feels like a proper flat for a longer stay. The flat looked better than expected few little things can be improved: missing jacket hooks at the doors, missing light switch at the bed. The shower needs reparation, the system was unstable and worn out
• Kristian (5/5): Nice stay (apartment facilities fine- nice location- and Leipzig in summer is well worth a visit) except the problems de - Location was very pleasant. The building was a charming old one. Same for the apartment. Major problems with gaining access upon arrival. Remote opening via ‘smart’ lock not working; key lock box shown in pictures non-existent; no local staff available or contacts to solve the issue in person (Friday evening until Sat late afternoon). Access issue resolved thanks to neighbour letting us in (who stated: ‘ah they still have not fixed this? You were not the first ones’). Having said this, staff over phone friendly but not always responsive and/or able to provide much needed support. On the positive side: the costs for hotel night (needed bc we couldn’t enter flat for about 20 hrs) will be reimbursed.

Nice kitchen with a dishwasher and contactless check in was super easy We had booked for three people but the third bed was not made and we had to find sheets and set it up ourselves

• Phelia (10/5): What a great place! - Excellent location. We arrived on bikes and it was great to have secure bike parking for our stay. The apartment is spacious and quiet and had everything we needed. Close to the old town and main station so that was a major convenience. Honestly, we could have stayed longer! Next time! Can't think of anything!!!

• Marco (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is very nice in a charming building located in a very quite and nice area. Very comfortable bed and modern kitchen! We requested the baby bed, but all its equipment was missing (mattress, blanket, sheet and pillow)! We also found dust on the carpet next to the sofa and the wardrobe the bathroom was very dirty. Besides all the dishes were still in the dishwasher!

• Svitlana (10/5): I will sincerely recommend these apartments to friends who will come to Leipzig. - This is a great apartment, located in a beautiful building, with a beautiful authentic staircase. It is located very close to the center, it is very convenient to walk around the city. I wanted to rest, so it was also important for me that the street and the house were quiet in the evening, it met my expectations and I was able to sleep well. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The bathroom is cozy and clean. I also liked that the hosts sent instructions with a very detailed explanation of how to open the door and where the keys would be, I didn't have any questions. I will sincerely recommend these apartments to friends who will come to Leipzig. I would advise adding some brighter lighting to the room, as well as spare blankets in case it gets cold, although we weren't cold)) But I don't consider it a drawback, it's more of a personal preference.
