- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - Beautiful blend of a modern design in an old historic building I really liked the look of this place and I hope the owner is able to improve the air conditioning situation. Four levels but only 2 of them with AC. We couldn’t even use the other levels. I might have enjoyed it in cooler weather but we were very uncomfortable during our stay.
- Anonymous (2/5): Left after the first night. False adverising. - Hosts responsiveness. Nice door man. Left after the first night. Terrible smell throughout the apartment that somewhat lessened after 24hours of doors/ windows open (smelled very damp and made the air heavy, not associated with drainage). Host attended property after our stay and advised that my concerns were an exaggeration (lol). Pull out bed broken. Very old bedding with pills and very smelly. False advertising re aircon, 2x portable units across 4 floors. Basement area stinking of mould and inhabitable, 1 tiny desk fan for large area, no air flow. Poor state of amenities. Random construction ladder in the lounge area? I would not stay here again.
