• Maria (8/5): - Apartamento amplio y cómodo, con todo lo necesario para estar varios días. Está muy limpio y las instalaciones son muy bonitas, a un paso de la playa. Aunque ya lo sabíamos al reservar, está algo lejos del centro, aunque tiene casi en la puerta la parada de bus directo

Veľkým plusom bol aj nádherný výhľad na more, ktorý ešte viac spríjemnil celý pobyt. Majiteľ bol veľmi ústretový, milý a ochotný – poskytol nám množstvo užitočných rád, za čo mu patrí veľká vďaka. Aj vďaka nemu bola naša dovolenka naozaj výnimočná. So všetkým sme boli maximálne spokojní a toto ubytovanie môžeme len odporučiť.

• Julia (10/5): Great experience - The apartment was clean, comfortable and super cozy. Very quiet at night and just a 2 minutes walk to the beach. There's also a supermarket nearby where you can get everything you need. Would def come back :)

• Axel (9/5): Top en voor herhaling vatbaar! - Proper, goed ingericht. En dicht aan het strand. Centrum is perfect bereikbaar met de bus. Niets noemenswaardig, bleek echt aan onze verwachtingen te voldoen. Dus geen negatieve commentaren van ons!

• Sofia (10/5): Volvería! - La cercanía a la playa y la comodidad del departamento hicieron que mi estancia fuera espectacular. El lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar y sentirse como en casa. Las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones amplias y acogedoras. Sin dudas volvería.

• VIKTOR (10/5): АПАРТАМЕНТЫ ВЫСОКОГО УРОВНЯ - Пожалуй, скажу, что апартаменты даже превзошли наши ожидания. Отмечу высокий уровень данных апартаментов во всех аспектах! Прекрасная квартира в закрытом современном жилом комплексе ( посторонние не могут войти во двор), новая, чистая, с качественной отделкой , вся мебель и техника тоже на очень солидном уровне. Апартаменты, в которых приятно находиться! Однозначно рекомендуем и с удовольствием при возможности вернёмся еще. Хозяин Витторио лично встретил, всё показал и объяснил на хорошем английском ( Витторио, привет Вам из Москвы и еще раз большое спасибо за всё!), далее в течение проживания Витторио всегда был на связи по Whatsapp и отвечал на все возникающие вопросы. В 5 минутах ходьбы пляж Патакона, во дворе жилого комплекса бассейн, которым вы тоже можете пользоваться вместе с жильцами комплекса. Также очень приятным был тот момент, что мы всегда могли найти место на бесплатной парковке, несмотря на то, что был высокий сезон. Всё понравилось. Нет ни одного отрицательного момента. Кто-то писал в отзывах, что это тихий район без развлечений по вечерам, но мы были на машине, и за развлечениями ездили в Валенсию, и нам , наоборот, понравилось, что район тихий и спокойный.
• Dragon (10/5): Great apartment on the beach - The apartment was comfortable, and the view from the terrace was fantastic—you can see the Mediterranean Sea. The owner was extremely helpful, responding swiftly to all our questions and accommodating every request, for which we are truly grateful. The gym, beach, and grocery store are all within 100 meters of the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment could use a bit of refreshing—for example, a new hairdryer would be a nice upgrade. If you’re looking to stay close to the city center, keep in mind that it’s about a 15-minute taxi ride from the apartment.
• Elvira (10/5): Most comfortable apartment in Valencia - Super apartment! It was clean and comfortable. You can stay there, like at home. There is a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, induction cooker/stovetop, microwave oven, electric kettle, dolce gusto coffee machine... It was very kind that there where some coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets and tablets for the washing machine. So we could drink a cup of coffee when we arrived. The towels and the bed linen have a good quality. There is enough space in the bathroom to store your cosmetics and clothes. Beds were very comfortable with large blankets. The terrace is really big. There is a beautiful sea view. The beach is really near and also the Consum grocery store. In the inner courtyard there is a small playground, which is very good if you have children. We were there in March, when the temperature is cold in the night, so it was very good, that we had a good heating inside. We could find free and save parking space at the rear entrance of the building. I can just recommend to book this apartment. If I were to visit Valencia again with my family, I would stay here again! :) A wooden Spoon for cooking would be nice. :)

They provided two chairs and a beach umbrella which is also very cool! Nothing!

• Nazli (10/5): Comfortable and quiet family location - Very clean and pristine condition, everything working well, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Beach equipment and everything provided so it was a very comfortable stay overall The location is right by the beach so it’s great if that’s the ultimate purpose of your holiday but the town was not very lively at the time we visited and although Valencia centre is close and easy to get to, it was a bit too quiet. The nearby restaurants were ok and there is a supermarket 10 minutes walking distance but I would have enjoyed a more lively part of town.
• Lisa (10/5): Perfect beach and city location for Valencia. - Vittorio the host met me at the apartment, kindly allowed me to drop off my suitcase until check in time and then messaged me with lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. This was really refreshing and reassuring after the previous experience staying in the city of Valencia itself where the host was unhelpful. The apartment was really well equipped even providing beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. There was coffee capsules and a complimentary bottle of wine too. Really quiet at night and I had the best sleep due to the blackout shutters and sound proofing. The neighbourhood felt authentically Spanish, just Spanish residents going about their business and probably a destination for Spanish holiday makers. There's a yoga centre, surfing and a municipal gym and pool 2 minutes away. The 31 bus takes you straight into the city in 35 minutes and is on the same street as the apartment. Location wise it's probably the best holiday apartment I've ever stayed in! The pool wasn't open when I was there as it was April but the paddle courts were. I would definitely return. Nothing ! Everything was great.
