• Jane (10/5): Spacious and comfortable stay only minutes from the sights of Florence. - The location of Oltarno is fantastic as it isn't as busy as the city centre but is only a few minutes to the Arno river and therefore only a few minutes more to the city centre. Close to the Boboli gardens and close to bars, restaurants, markets and gelato. Lots of boutique shops and small ateliers. The apartment itself is cool and airy, quiet and very large. Beds were comfy and bathroom was good. Nothing really, possibly an explanation on which recycling bin was for what. A very easy fix.

• NMS (9/5): - Appartement proche du centre historique à pied, tout en étant au calme. Quartier très agréable. La cuisine gagnerait à avoir plus d'équipements, tout comme la petite chambre.

• Torben (10/5): - Wunderschöne große Wohnung. In direkter Umgebung unendlich viele Bars und Restaurants, in 10-20 Minuten sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar.
• Sabrina (10/5): Saubere, schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage - 4. Stock, aber die Treppe war gerade breit genug, um auch mit einem großen Koffer rauf zu kommen. Dafür war die Wohnung sehr hell und nicht so duster. Schöne Böden Einrichtung und überall waren Insektengitter angebracht, sodass man nachts unbedenklich lüften konnte. Bad mit Fenster! Obwohl ein Zimmer klein war, konnten 2 Erwachsene (einer davon 1,86m groß) darin gut schlafen. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Nett waren auch die kleinen Willkommensleckereien. Das einzig negative ist, dass man im Wohnzimmer leider den Verkehrslärm bei offenem Fenster hört. Wenn es geschlossen ist, fast nicht mehr. Ansonsten sehr gute Lage mit vielen, guten Trattorien in der Nähe. Sehenswürdigkeiten gut Fußläufig erreichbar. Wer lecker Frühstück sucht, wird in der Pasticceria "buonamici" fündig, die in ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist und alles frisch in der angeschlossenen Backstube zubereitet.
• Jakub (9/5): Comfortable, clean apartment with excellent location - Very nice and comfortable apartment strategically located short walk from the Firenze sights. At the same time you are very close to grocery stores and lots of restaurants. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. We had a great time there. The host is welcoming and communicative. Wi-Fi worked really well, even for job-related calls. In several reviews I spotted negative comments on the stairs. We did not find it problematic at all. We had a little misunderstanding about tourist taxes that the host collects separately from booking via PayPal. The host asked me to pay him taxes for all of us, while there are children below 12 years in the family who are exempted from the tax. It was a bit strange as the host knew the age of my kids from the booking form and he should be better informed about the tax rules than me visiting Firenze for the first time. When I objected the host lowered the tax to the correct amount.

• Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - We loved this place! The location was perfect - quiet but central and within a short walk of everything. We didn't mind the climb up the stairs as we only had light luggage (backpacks). The place was clean and bright with views and an elegant atmosphere. It had all the amenities described. We'd love to stay again some day.

• Shonagh (9/5): Oltrarno, perfect location for a Florence break - Perfect apartment for us. Located in great trendy area near to lovely restaurants, amazing bakers and lots of proper vintage shops.15 minute stroll got you to all the places you want to visit. Apartment was super clean and aiiry. Coffee pods for each day was a nice touch. It's up 4 floors, 70 something steps which kept us fit. Host was super responsive via messaging. Key box entry.

• Claire (10/5): A great place to stay in Florence - This is a great apartment an easy short walk from the super tourist area. Excellent food nearby. There are 4 flights of stairs- but we were prepared and it wasn’t a problem.
• Trish (9/5): Loved Florence and the location. - Location price and lots of sleep area. The four flights of stairs. We over packed as we were on a 21 day trip so heavy luggage. But also we have some knee and back issues. However for a young group it’s the perfect house.
• Evelyn (10/5): Spacious and good location - Great location. Great and helpful communication. Spacious apartment. The second bedroom is smallish. Ok for kids, maybe a bit small for adults. Lots of stairs, but not a problem, just be aware.
