• Claudia (1/5): La peggior esperienza della mia vita - Grave presenza di muffa sulla parete del letto e finestra, con odore intenso e persistente tale da rendere l'ambiente insalubre e difficilmente respirabile. Irrespirabile anche per la quantità di profumazione ambiente spruzzata per tentare di coprire l'odore della muffa. Ritengo inaccettabile che una struttura 4 stelle assegni una camera in tali condizioni, con evidenti rischi per la salute e un comfort nettamente al di sotto degli standard dichiarati e pagati. Inoltre ho trovato la porta della mia camera lasciata aperta dopo il servizio di pulizia, circostanza immediatamente segnalata alla reception. Nella stessa occasione ho constatato che il pigiama che avevo lasciato da me piegato sul letto, l'ho ritrovato gettato a terra. Si tratta di episodi gravi che denotano scarsa attenzione e mancanza di cura verso l'ospite. Inaccettabile non aver ricevuto nessun rimborso o scontistica. Se mi avessero comunicato che la stanza fosse in quelle condizioni non avrei accettato di pernottarci neanche gratuitamente. Ero in vacanza a Roma, e il mio soggiorno in questo hotel ha trasformato la vacanza in puro stress, tanto da anticipare il mio ritorno a casa. Davvero vergognoso !

Não há ganchos para pendurar as toalhas, nem a de rosto. Também não há prateleiras para colocar nada.

• Marifé (3/5): Me parece una mala broma - Nos alojamos en el Hotel Rinascimento a principios de enero. Habíamos reservado con tarjeta de crédito a través de Booking.com. Según lo acordado con Booking.com, pagamos el importe total de la estancia al hacer el check-in. Sin embargo, el hotel retuvo el 25% del importe total unos días antes de nuestra llegada. Este procedimiento es común en hoteles de todo el mundo para evitar cancelaciones o gastos derivados. Sin embargo, lo malo es que, casi un mes después, el hotel no ha abonado ese 25% en mi tarjeta Visa. Pero lo peor viene ahora: es bien sabido que, en caso de incendio, no se deben usar los ascensores. Durante nuestra estancia en el Hotel Rinascimento, las escaleras del primer piso estaban bloqueadas por una pared de madera con un cartel que decía "Prohibido el paso". Al parecer, se estaban realizando obras en el primer piso antes de las fiestas, pero no durante ellas. No hubo obras durante los cinco días que dura nuestra estancia. Por lo tanto, en caso de incendio en el Hotel Rinascimento, ni los ascensores ni las escaleras habrían servido para escapar, siendo las ventanas de las habitaciones que dan a la calle la única vía de escape para los huéspedes. Una decisión audaz por parte de la dirección del hotel, como mínimo, considerando que se trata de una medida ilegal y, además, con el recuerdo aún fresco del incendio en los Alpes ocurrido tan solo dos días antes. El hotel debería haber permanecido cerrado al público durante las obras.

Reception staff very helpful local knowledgeable re bus service. Great AC. Easy check in out Kitchen very basic. Limited coffee and milk. Floor in room could be cleaner . We had dirty feet after shower.

We only had one incident when we dropped off luggage, the car behind got very impatient and got out and punch my daughter-in-law in the face. It seems not all Italians are friendly.

• Gil (10/5): great choice for an affordable hotel, close to everything and of high quality - The hotel is located in a few hundred meters from some of the old city attractions like Piazza Navona, Campo Di Fiori and The castle and still away from the masses of tourists. Perfect location if you want a quiet place and still close to everything. Although it is a tiny hotel, the room is spacious and breakfast is surprisingly rich and tasty. The staff are super friendly and helped is few times and guidance and special requests.

I recognize that its high season but for not much more you get way more room and facilities. Wasn't impressed I had to pay the "city tax" twice. Once with Booking.com and then hotel staff chasing me out in the street after morning check out. Not cool.

Room and bathroom was big enough for a family of 4; delicious breakfast; the staff is very friendly, proactive and helpful.
