• Faure (7/5): - desayuno muy completo y las instalaciones en buen estado. el estacionamiento, es bastante complicado para ingresar con camioneta y algo que creo que tendrían que modificar es el check-out (pero calculo que debe ser algo de todos los apart) entras a las 16 hs y te dicen que a las 11 seas puntual para retirarte. Me parece que estaría bueno extenderlo un poco más mínimo por el precio que tienen.

• BORRELLI (8/5): Confortable y ameno !! - Las áreas comunes y amenitis muy bien , el estado de conservación y mantenimiento de la cabaña muy bien, los espacios generosos, muy bien !! Un poco viejo aunque en perfecto estado el mobiliario y los baños y cocinas merecen una renovación !! El resto 10 !!

• Ivan (9/5): Очень приятное проживание, особенно для семей, с отличной программой детских активностей. - По аргентинским стандартам это семейный отель очень хорошего уровня, особенно рекомендую его для семей с детьми от 4 лет. Но если младше ребенок, то тоже будет интересно. Программа детских активностей разнообразная и хорошо организованная. Аниматоры ежедневно проводят мероприятия, в которых участвуют как дети, так и родители, создавая тёплую, вовлекающую и приятную атмосферу. В целом отель предлагает комфортный и продуманный отдых для всей семьи, особенно выделяясь качественной работой команды анимации и разнообразием досуговых возможностей и отдельный СПА центр, который можно забронировать на 50 минут только для своей семьи. До оборудованного пляжа можно дойти пешком. В момент заселения процесс прошёл корректно и быстро, однако предоставленная информация была довольно ограниченной. Нам выдали ключ от номера и карты доступа в СПА, но не рассказали в целом о сервисах, активностях и ежедневных программах отеля. Лишь примерно через сутки проживания, уже самостоятельно, мы узнали, что в отеле есть широкий и действительно интересный спектр активностей, особенно ориентированных на семьи с детьми. В качестве рекомендации по улучшению считаю, что небольшой welcome-брифинг при заезде, устный или в виде понятного информационного материала, значительно улучшил бы впечатление гостей с первого дня.

Muy lindo el sector de recreación para infancias El desayuno podría mejorar y la amabilidad del personal también. Agregaría juegos para niños y hamacas.

• Eugenia (1/5): No volvería. - Hotel muy viejo que fue muy bien redecorado. Incomodo el acceso/salida de las cabañas, ya sea caminando y con respecto al estacionamiento. Hay escalones sin señalizar, de noche es súper resbaladizo, no recomiendo gente mayor. Desayuno muy básico, salvo si pedis alguna opción para que te la hagan a la carta. Mesas muy incómodas. No me gustó el desayunador, excepto por la decoración. El spa, no me gustó. Hay te reservar y está siempre tomado. No hay reposeras en la piscina, los dos días me senté en el suelo.
• Nicolás Alberto (7/5): Buenas instalaciones, mal servicio. - Las instalaciones del complejo estaban muy bien Me vendieron la comodidad del departamento como para 5 personas y la realidad es que no había cama para un 5to huésped, sino que era un catre que salía del sillón, incómodo. Cuando les dije que no queríamos que uno de mis hijos duerma incómodo en el catre, y que preferíamos que duerma en el sillón, nunca vinieron a poner las sábanas, y tuvimos que hacerlo nosotros. Otra cosa, pedí el desayuno en el departamento y en 2 de los 3 días lo tuve que reclamar porque nunca lo enviaron. Personal de recepción poco dispuesto. Por último, al hacer la reserva avisé que tengo un niño con autismo algo “ruidoso”, y nos pusieron al lado de un matrimonio con un bebé recién nacido. Más allá de la impaciencia de los vecinos para con nuestro hijo, la gente se recepción no mostró empatía con nosotros y nos pidieron que tratemos de que nuestro hijo no hiciera ruido (un nene con autismo que hace sonidos y salta todo el tiempo). No hubo una buena planificación en la distribución de los huéspedes. En fin, estuve en otros hospedajes en Cariló, y claramente no volvería a Cariló Hills.

• Sergei (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast. Communication via WhatsApp – with a menu and useful information. Heated swimming pool. The hotel is located close to infrastructure and the beach. Heating in the room. Hot water does not appear in the room immediately; you need to wait a little.
• Pawel (10/5): Relaxing stay in the middle of the forest close to the beach - I like the location surrounding by nature but close enough to the action. I like the comfort of the bed, the size and cleanliness of the bathroom, the equipment provided in the kitchen (lots of glasses, cutlery and trays) the daily cleaning, the supply of towels for indoor and outdoor activities (like swimming and spa). I enjoyed the facilities, gym, spa and heated pool outside. The staff was very helpful and responsive. We enjoy the parilla outside for barbecue. Breakfast could use a bit more variety or at least with a better quality for the eggs (at least free-range eggs) for this type of establishment. The oven in the apartment is old and could be changed as the door was not always closing properly but it worked. The living room could be a bit more welcoming, it's a bit small for 4 people (kitchen and dining area).
