- Mariana (7/5): Not the safest location but the building and apartment are nice - The rooftop of the building is super cool, it was definitely the highlight of our stay. The convenience store inside the building is also a nice facility, even though a Brazilian tax number (CPF) is required to subscribe to the store's app. I found the entrance unsafe and inconvenient. There are two main gates, the first one gives access to the street and the second one, to the building. However, the second gate only opens after the first gate has closed and there's no alternative way of opening the second/internal gate like a tag or a key, only by contacting the doorman, but the intercom of that area between the two gates doesn't work properly. For example, when I had to receive an ordered pizza in one of the evenings, I got stuck between the external and the internal gates, and I had to go outside of the building to contact the doorman and indentify myself again so they could open both gates. This made me feel pretty insecure because the neighbourhood of the building is not safe.

- Alcides (7/5): Custo benefício razoável para 02 adultos e 02 crianças. - Boa localização. Possível caminhar a pontos turísticos. Cozinha bem aparelhada. Limpeza satisfatória. Veículo ficou na rua, pois não foi autorizada a entrada na garagem. Porteiro sem Informações e pouco disponível para auxiliar. Sofá cama para duas crianças muito pequeno e desconfortável. Faltou chuveirinho no toallet. Um dos elevadores com defeito. Controle de entrada para hóspedes não moradores deficitário.
