• Ghislain (10/5): Un séjour inoubliable à Louxor! - Nous avons passé un moment absolument merveilleux en famille dans cet appartement. Si vous hésitez encore, allez-y les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus. Ce que nous avons particulièrement aimé : L’accueil exceptionnel : Notre hôte a été d'une attention remarquable du début à la fin. Très réactif, il s'est occupé de toutes nos demandes avec une grande gentillesse. L'appartement : Il est beaucoup plus grand que ce que nous imaginions et vraiment très confortable. On s'y sent tout de suite chez soi. L'emplacement: Idéal. Vous êtes littéralement à deux pas du Nil. Le ferry est accessible à quelques minutes à pied, ce qui vous permet de passer de l'autre côté très facilement. L'atmosphère le soir est calme et détendue ave un rooftop fantastique! L'organisation des excursions : C’est le gros point fort. Notre hôte a tout géré pour nous à des tarifs très corrects. Nous avons ainsi pu profiter : d'un repas fantastique sur le Nil, d'un tour complet des temples et des tombeaux de la région. Seul regret : notre séjour était trop court pour organiser (entre autres) l'excursion vers Assouan et Abou Simbel avec lui. C’est une excellente raison pour revenir ! Nous conseillerons cette adresse à tous nos contacts de passage à Louxor sans aucune hésitation. Merci encore pour tout !

A very pleasant and comfortable stay, especially if you’re looking for an authentic experienc - Nagar, the owner, is a fantastic host who provides great recommendations and makes you feel very welcome. The breakfasts are spectacular, served on the rooftop with a beautiful view of the Nile. The apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated in an Egyptian style. The neighborhood is lovely and located right in front of the Nile, making it very easy, quick, and inexpensive to cross to the other side of Luxor by boat. It’s a great place to stay while visiting Luxor, and much calmer compared to the busy city center. The internet was not working during our stay.
• RenJie (10/5): With the best roof top view hotel. - Nice place to stay, it’s a huge flat with several rooms. Roof top has a great view of Nile and mountains. We are supposed see the balloons but due to the weather conditions, no flights these days. Overall it’s a good place especially for family. And safe as well.

Logement très propre, eau chaude ok et tranquillité. Un toit terrasse absolument superbe vue partagée entre le Nil et la vallée des rois. Commerces à proximité. L hôte est accueillant, disponible respectueux, soigneux et propose lui aussi d être votre guide ou chauffeur pour vos visites si vous le souhaitez à prix attractifs. (15´euros pour les sites situés sur la même rive de le guest house ) Il propose également la pension complète si vous souhaitez manger sur place. C est le seul gestionnaire des lieux : il est partout : repas, visites , accueil, gère les différentes problématiques qui peuvent survenir durant un séjour comme une arrivée tardive causée par les habituels retards des vols domestiques. Je suis arrivée à 3 h du matin avec mon fils et pas de taxis ni UBER à Louxor. Son chauffeur est venu nous récupérer en toute sécurité. Il est certain que je reviendrais un jour

• Mira (7/5): Vi havde et godt ophold og sætter pris på Nagars store indsats for at sørge for vi havde godt. - Ejeren går et ekstra skridt for at sørge for at man får en god oplevelse i Luxor. Han tilbyder at planlægge turene til en fair pris. Morgenmaden er fantastisk og der kan også bestilles aftensmad. Udsigten over Nilen er også fantastisk. Dørene og vinduer åbner og lukker ikke godt hvilket medfører at det bliver koldt indenfor om natten. Køkkengrej var ikke så rene. Og lydisolering i bygningen er dårlig.

A szállás hihetetlenül szép, nagyon igényes, teljesen felszerelt: mindenféle fürdőszobai piperecikkek, felszerelt konyha, mosógép. Hatalmas az apartman, nagy terasszal és szép kilátással. A tetőterasz pedig csodás látványt nyújt a Nílusra és Luxorra. A reggeli remek, nagyon kiadós és finom, miközben csodás panorámában gyönyörködhetünk.
• Etienne (9/5): Excellent experience, awesome value. This place will be incredible once all the rooms and completed - Nagar is an excellent host who went above and beyond to help. I appreciated his flexibility and help in booking a day trip to Qena. The breakfast was very generous and had several choices to pick from. The room is ... wow. It's a whole floor with a large kitchen, a large living room and surrounded on 3 sides by a huge balcony with view on the Nile and the Luxor temple. The villa is undergoing renovations and my room had some missing things, like the washing machine and some furniture. Nagar did his best to support (thanks for the laundry!).

• Mikhail (10/5): - Останавливались в отеле на 1 ночь. Огромные аппартаменты в египетском стиле. Есть большая собственная терраса, где вечером можно посидеть. Чисто и комфортно, все продумано до мелочей. Переправочная пристань и хорошие недорогие рестораны в 2-3 минутах ходьбы. Попросили хозяина сделать ланчбоксы, через 15 минут привезли полную сумку еды. На западном берегу Нила есть много комфортных отелей, при этом здесь спокойнее и дешевле. За такие небольшие деньги - данный отель однозначно рекомендуем.

• Deborah (10/5): Great Host and Beautiful View! - We needed to spontaneously book a guesthouse and found Nagar Guesthouse. We were really happy with our stay and the owner - Nagar - went out of his way to give us a good stay and even drove us to the airport himself! Also the other employees were great and the view from the Rooftop is truly stunning. We would come back any time! If you plan on using the kitchen, you should bring your own cutlery and dishes, etc as there weren't enough cups, etc available.

• Isabelle (10/5): Une adresse au top - Vaste appartement très confortable dans un immeuble soigné, doté d’un grand balcon et d’une très belle terrasse sur le toit sur laquelle un (très copieux) petit déjeuner est servi au soleil, face au Nil, avec en prime le sourire radieux de Sahar. Localisation idéale, sur la rive ouest à qqs minutes du ferry pour Louxor et à proximité de tous les sites de la rive ouest. Nombreux restaurants dans le quartier. Le patron, Nagar, est absolument charmant et s’évertue à rendre agréable le séjour de ses hôtes. Toujours disponible et serviable, tres professionnel, il peut organiser toutes les activités possibles en un tour de main. Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable, merci Nagar !

Possibilité de prendre un bateau en face pour traverser le Nil . beaucoup d harcèlement le bateau pour Quatre 70 livres.
• Peter (9/5): Amazingly helpful owner! - This was amazing for the price; I kept waiting for there to be a catch, but there wasn't. The apartment is massive and very comfortable. It has the most amazing balcony with a view of the Nile. The bathroom with tub is so large that you feel like you're royalty. The included breakfast was far better than most. Washing machine with detergent was a nice touch. This place has 3 bedrooms and could sleep 6 comfortably. The best part was Nagar the owner. He took extra care to meet my every need even when he was busy--he even personally drove me to the airport and checked in on me to make sure I arrived at my next destination safely. He's a genuinely good man in a city where everyone else is just trying to make money off you. You feel safe and cared for when you're at his property. The owner also can arrange a driver to see the sights at prices far below what you'll find elsewhere. I was so glad I didn't book a car for the West Bank in advance, because using his driver was way better and more affordable (taking two short taxi rides cost more than using his driver for the full day!). He also can arrange the other things affordably like Nile boat rides, etc. All you really need to do is book one of his villas and then he'll help you with the rest when you arrive. I can't say enough good things about Nagar and his place. It was excellent. I'll be staying there again. It was a 4th floor walkup, so my particular apartment probably wasn't good for elderly visitors. The TVs are dated, and sometimes the apartment felt eccentric: No dining room table to go along with the full kitchen, for instance, but a large table outside on the balcony. The bed in the second bedroom was slightly better than the one in the master bedroom, weirdly enough. No coasters on the bottom of chairs. Little things like that. But the apartment was so grand and wonderful overall, and at a great price, that I easily could overlook its eccentricities.

• PHILIPPE (10/5): I love LOUXOR - Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Très bon accueil. Les repas (végétariens) étaient excellents et le petit-déjeuner très copieux. Nagar est très disponible toujours avec le sourire. Il peut tout organiser vos excursions, vos repas..... Je recommande cet établissement. Encore un grand merci
• Lilia Drahan (1/5): - Terrible 😞 The apartment itself is not bad for the money, but getting there is a big problem — you simply can’t reach it using the given address, it doesn’t exist. At the bus station the owner came to pick us up and drove us to the apartment for a price “cheaper than a taxi”, which later turned out to be 3€, while he tried to charged 15€ 😞 Then we were taken to an abandoned, unfinished, dirty house where nothing worked at all (I’m adding photos), and he called it “even better”, promising to move us the next day (it was late and we had no other option). He did move us the next day, but we lost a half a day waiting for moving. The “rooftop pool” promised in the listing didn’t exist even in the project 🙂 and so on in the same style. The breakfast was actually good though. I do not recommend apartment at all.
• Larose (8/5): Séjour agréable à Louxor - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement, spacieux et bien situé près du ferry. La terrasse du logement est agréable et il y a aussi une grande terrasse sur le toit. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, égyptien et copieux. Les problèmes de pression d'eau récurrent. Notre hôte est très avenant mais c'est avant tout un homme d'affaire. Soyez bien clair sur le montant et les activités qui vous seront proposées. Les taxis sont très faciles à trouver et pour un prix très raisonnables et vous serez plus libres de vos déplacements.
