• Francisco José (6/5): De lujo nada - La cama era muy cómoda Mucho mueble de ikea, césped artificial levantado, cables con alargadores, colcha del sofá con mancha de lejía, puerta de acceso al exterior rota o con cartel de no abrir, la piscina no muy limpia. El proceso para coger la casa fue un tercer grado, y dar dinero en reserva 300€, nunca habíamos visto eso. De lujo nada, una cosa normalita

• Hagens (8/5): - Alles is aanwezig in appartement en de host reageert zeer snel en goed. De douche! Je moet tegen de muur aan staan om enigszins onder de douche te kunnen. Druk van het water is slecht. Het wassen van lang haar is niet mogelijk.

• Jose Manuel (10/5): - La casa estaba completamente equipada y preparada para entrar a disfrutarla. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue muy fluida y tuvimos una estancia muy confortable.
• Cristian (2/5): Una ESTAFA. Intentarán robarte tu dinero y no darte el alojamiento. - El dueño del alojamiento intentó por todos los métodos engañarnos y quedarse con el dinero de nuestra reserva. No nos facilitó nada, solo se acogía a leyes que no aplicaban. Ofreció de todo menos ayuda. He hecho cientas de reservas a través de Booking y otras plataformas y jamás he tenido una situación tan mala como esta. Las reviews no parecen reales. El alojamiento aparece en Google Maps con fotos subidas recientes y en una ubicación totalmente diferente. Pinta por todos lados ser una estafa. Leed bien el anuncio antes de reservar. Exigen condiciones únicas que si “no las cumples” se quedarán con tu dinero. Sin embargo, ellos no cumplirán en tiempo y plazo para que tú puedas pagarlas y así tendrán excusa de que tú no lo pagaste a tiempo. Te darán ultimatums y no intentarán ayudarte, solo presionarte. Tened mucho ojo, si tenéis otra alternativa no lo penséis y no vayáis aquí.

Merci à vous ... - Rien, la personne ne s'est jamais présenté sur le lieu de rendez-vous et de ne pas répondre au léléphone L'hôte a encaissé la totalité de la somme du séjour d'un mois mais elle s'est jamais présenté au lieu de rendez-vous fixé à 17h et a décidé de ne pas nous rembourser et elle n'a plus donné aucun signe de vie jusqu'à aujourd'hui.
• Michiel (4/5): Teleurstellend - Fijn huis Fijn huis, geen fijne ervaring 3 minpunten: 1. Camerabewaking buiten en binnen. De camera' s worden ook door de verhuurder bekeken op de momenten dat je in het huis en de tuin aanwezig bent. Het afschermen van de camera' s op deze momenten is niet toegestaan. Dit is geen veiligheid, maar inbreuk op de privacy. (één camera hangt overigens binnen naast de badkamer/ slaapkamers boven) 2. Bezoek is niet toegestaan. De verhuurder houdt actief in de gaten of de regels m.b.t. bezoek worden nageleefd. Zij geeft aan dat dit voortkomt uit wet en regelving m.b.t. verhuur. Toestemming vragen voor bezoek behoort wel tot de mogelijkheden, maar houd er dan rekening mee dat er extra betaald moet worden aan de verhuurder voor een extra verzekering ( 150 euro om 6 personen 1 avond op bezoek te laten komen). 3. Borg niet met medewerking van de verhuurder teruggekregen. De verhuurder meende recht op onze 500 euro te hebben, omdat de camerabeelden door ons zouden zijn gemanipuleerd (wij hebben deze afgedekt op de momenten dat we thuis waren) en omdat wij meer mensen in het huis zouden hebben laten verblijven ( niet correct). Paypal heeft in dit geschil anders beslist, gelukkig. Conclusie: Een fijn huis, maar voor ons een heel onaangename ervaring.

• Louise (10/5): The beautiful Villa Casa Mareluz in Aguilas - My partner and myself have just had a wonderful week at Villa Casa Mareluz. The property has all the essentials required for a comfortable stay. As we only stayed for one week, I was particularly thrilled that I didn't need to buy certain toiletries; Maria and the team had it all covered. The villa is absolutely spotless, we could clearly see that a lot of effort goes into the preparation of ensuring everything is as it should be. I have to say the main bed is probably the best I've ever slept in! The location is great for exploring the coastline and the cities and the food is delightful. The team was constantly available, extremely helpful and very committed to ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. I will definitely be staying here again! This wasn't a concern for myself and it's not much of a negative, however my partner would have liked to have been able to watch a little television at times. We weren't able to navigate the controls to enable subtitles but that was probably just us! Also, there was no kettle but again that wasn't a concern for us as we made use of the coffee machine and I'm sure if we had asked then the team would have helped.
• Clark (10/5): 100% Recomendable - La casa es preciosa, luminosa, y los exteriores nos permitieron disfrutar mucho de un fin de semana romántico. El dormitorio principal es precioso y muy cómodo, el colchón, y las sábanas de calidad. La limpieza impecable y la piscina un lujo. El trato con María José la anfitriona ha sido muy especial, nos hizo sentir como en casa y estuvo pendiente a nuestras solicitudes e incluso nos preparó una bienvenida porque era un aniversario. Lo recomiendo 100%, este verano regresaremos con la familia.

• Rodriguez Caballero (8/5): Casa tal cual fotos - La atención de María José estuvo excelente pendiente de todo, surgió un imprevisto y enseguida resolvió. La casa es tal cual las fotos, todo estaba muy limpio y no le faltaba detalle.Está a diez minutos del centro de la ciudaden coche y a cinco está el Carrefour,Aldi,Action .... y si es cierto que para moverte necesitas el coche para todo. La urbanización es muy tranquila. No puedes dejar de visitar el Castillo ,el paseo marítimo,la playa Amarilla (espectacular) ,la taberna del pimiento , las pastelería Ramón Romero ,... Si alguien me pregunta por casa Mareluz sin lugar a dudas se la recomiendo cien x cien.

• Erja (9/5): Perfect place for a peaceful holiday. - The apartment was extreamly cosy, clean and full of light. Exellent kitchen, beds and linen. Big TV and comfortable sofa. Nice and area, garden and terrace. Everything was perfect. We will come back! The sleiding door´s lock was broken and we could not open the way from living room to the terrace.
