• Rolf (10/5): - Die Vermieterin hat uns vom Vaporetto abgeholt und war auch ansonsten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war ruhig gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchte. Wie wahrscheinlich viele Wohnungen in Venedig war auch diese Wohnung etwas dunkel, aber wer hält sich in Venedig schon lange in der Unterkunft auf...? Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

• Tom (10/5): Hidden gem in the heart of Venice - It’s well designed, seamlessly incorporating the historic character with modern conveniences. The location is very convenient, close enough to the tourist attractions, but far enough from the constant crowds. Nothing really - the place is hard to find, but the hostess graciously met us at the boat dock and led us to the apartment, even helping with some of the luggage.

Personal welcome from Selena who met us from the water bus stop (having given great advice about transfer from airport). The apartment is lovely - a fabulous base for two - comfortable, well equipped, very central but amazingly quiet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend with no hesitation.

• Miguel (6/5): Good apartment well located - Very close to the center of Venice, confortable bed. Air-conditioned wasn't working and because we arrived on a Friday and left on Monday it couldn't be fixed during our stay which was a bummer because the temperature that weekend was awful.
• Alicia (8/5): We had the best stay at this apartment, Selina was a great host and I would definitely recomend. - The location of this apartment was great, easy walking distance to the water taxis, St Marks Square and other attractions. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay and was very comfortable. Unfortunately the air conditioning was broken during our stay however Selina provided us with a fan which we couldn't have lived without. The bedroom could do with blackout curtains as there is a light that shines through during the night.

The host was great, met us at the boat station, spent a bit of time to guide us and give us suggestions on what and how to visit. I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone. 10/10 No complains.

It was very clean! the owner was very kind and accommodating it was deep in the center of Venice which meant a lot of twists and turns. the stairs were difficult with heavy luggage
