Phòng tắm có mùi , nv vào dọn phòng khi mình đi ra ngoài cũng k báo. 2 giường đơn gọp lại thành giường đôi, wifi 3 phòng dùng chung 1 cái, Chị chủ giới thiệu tour hạ long bay 1 ngày khá ok, nên mình tin mua thêm tour đi sapa 2 ngày, nhưng kq khá tệ hại, tour 2 ngày 2tr2/1ng nhưng chỉ đi đc 1 bảng cát cát, rồi đi bộ 12km qa vùng quê thăm các bảng làng,

- Chih Yun (8/5): - The hotel is located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, which makes it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions like The Train Street and Chả Cá Thăng Long, a well-known spot for traditional grilled fish. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area, so everything you need is within walking distance. The hotel itself is a bit old, so it’s best not to expect a high standard of cleanliness. However, the room was spacious, and I especially enjoyed having a balcony.

Separate shower cubicle which is rare in SE Asia and was appreciated. Large comfortable bed. Coffee shop downstairs is amazing too. Due to the location on the street of butchers selling meat over the road in the morning it can smell quite pungent and this travelled to our room once.

The staff at this hotel are super friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in with a balcony was great — you could sit and watch Hanoi go by! Nothing!

- Ken (4/5): Will not come back - Get one room upgraded I booked 2 rooms and end up with 1 room for a night but the second was for only 3 hrs. Similar thing in Danang: want to book 2 rooms but end up at least 3 times with one family for 4 adults. End up finding myself outside Booking. Back to this hotel, The location is bad with butcher and fish stalls all around and piles of garbage thru the night.

Вид с окна на улицу где торговали местные с утра до вечера было шумно, но мне это особо не мешало я.включадп музыку.. Был телевизор, но русского канала не было... Чайник в номере.. Кровать большая, но матрас жёсткий, особенно подушки...Прожила я в номере с 5 февраля и 9 утром рано на самолёт.. Пожить несколько дней можно, есть номера дешевле но комната без окон.. Не плохой отельчик, советую.. Все нормально! На несколько дней подходит если не привередливый!

I do understand its a budget hotel but the door have a small windows which make soundproofing a joke No cups but have electric kettle so what the point ? How much a cup costs? Stays for a week but only cleaning once . Cleaning is a joke too , only tidy the blanket and rubbish not even thrown The shampoo/ shower holder have no labels on it . Its good for a day stay and of course l wont be back

It was fine but for me it was enough for one night only. The cleaning in the room is not fully good. The bed for me it was not comfortable at all with a really solid mat.

Le personnel était très gentil et avenant. Nous avons eu une aide bienvenue pour organiser nos excursions. La fenêtre donne sur un mur. La chambre n'était pas d'une propreté impeccable (beaucoup de poussière sous le lit, quelques cheveux de ci de là).

Rue calme et pho délicieux au pied de l'hôtel ! La dame a la réception présente en journée parle français et saura vous donnez de supers informations et vous réserver le ou les bus nécessaire ! L'équipe est toujours dispo et à vos soins ! Petit truc en plus :quelqu'un vient directement à l'hôtel pour la carte Sim du téléphone Il n'y a rien que je n'ai pas apprécié. Je dirais plutôt que le ménage est assez sommaire. Les lits ne sont pas vraiment confortables mais comme dans tout le Vietnam !

- ceonha (7/5): Comfortable stay, though the room was a bit small. - Great location! I stayed for 2 nights with my girlfriend, and we were able to walk to all the food places and landmarks, all within 1 km. This saved us a lot of Grab money. The staff was friendly, and there was hot running water. There was Wi-Fi, but we couldn’t access the internet and had to use mobile data instead, which was only a mild inconvenience. Our room was a bit small, so I would recommend booking a 2‑bed room since it’s much more spacious. Other than that, it was overall a positive stay.
