• Dan Alexandru (8/5): Cute apartment in good location to city and station. Close to lots of restaurants. Good amentities and apartment looks a - Optimal location, good amenities and as deacribed/in the pictures. Communication and checkin information was good. Beds uncomfortable and pillows very flat! Would recommend you replace mattress in main bedroom and have hotel style quality pillows. A matress topper for the sleeper couch would also make it mote comfortable to sleep on! Shower leaks water.

• Igor (10/5): Отличая квартира, но жесткий чекин и чекаут - Отличные просторные апартаменты. Превосходное месторасположение. Сам дом с внутренним двориком очень итальянский и аутентичный. Есть кондиционер и все необходимое для жизни. Очень строгие правила заселения и выселения. Когда платишь 120+ евро за ночь ожидаешь, что не нужно будет мыть посуду под угрозой штрафа. Мне нравится идея онлайн регистрации, но когда тебе пишут, что нужно срочно ее пройти заранее иначе отменят твою бронь - это как-то жестко.
• Tetiana (8/5): - Инструкция по заселению была понятной. Наличие кондиционера очень спасало в эту жару. Диван на кухне продавлен по середине и спать не удобно. Через закрытые окна слышно весь шум с улицы, хорошо, что под окнами нет шумной дороги! На второй день нашего прибывания поломался лифт! Для нас это была проблема!

• Siddharthab (9/5): Superb - Checkin was complicated otherwise good location right in the heart of China Town. Close to all the restaurants and supermarket. Nice clean place with all things needed for a short stay The bathroom door was broken. Checkin can be made easier. The sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable.

• Karyna (2/5): I do not recommend this accommodation. - This was one of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve ever had. The apartment was freezing cold, and when we reached out to the hosts for help, they completely ignored us. No heating support, no extra blankets, not even a simple pair of slippers to make walking on the icy tile floors bearable. The lack of care and basic hospitality was really disappointing.
• Belac (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, really clean, spacious, lift to get to apartment, little balcony that overlooks the street. Great value!
• Mihail (1/5): Worst experience - my worst experience ever. The staff are very arrogant and lie a lot. Thermostat under lock, you cannot change the temperature or the heating working hours.They do that to make more profit based on "heat law" that is used as an excuse (locals not heard about that law, and i can guarantee the staff dont have at home this heat limitation). The apartment is not properly isolated, so at night it is getting very cold because of "heat law" that says you cannot use heat during night. It's hilarious how these companies are not banned. The staff lied about the bathroom door, they said its fixed, and guess what, it is not! Two couples using same bathroom with a door that cannot be closed. Wonderful! Don't book here if you don't want to be tortured.
• Martin (7/5): Good property. Bad check in process, need improvements. Central heating disconnected, we must turn it on, the apartment - Well equipped. Washer. Hair dryer. Universal adaptors for powering the cell phones. Kitchen was perfect. Check in is almost imposible for people from outside Italy. If you land in Milan, first thing buy a sim from an Italian carrier. The check in process requires you to call a number, so you need a phone. If you manage to get in the first door (as we did, asking the Chinese neighbor for his wifi pass) the second door may be closed (as it was for us) so you’re in problems (just like us). With some Gods help, you probably get to the stairs and then is like any other self check in. Central heating has a lot of hour restrictions (Ask for state regulations) that we didn’t find in all our way over Italy. Just in Milan. Unbelievable. When we get inside the apartment, it was freezing. The central heating was activated only for hot water, not for heating the unit. We manage to activate both functions. Will be amazing that the proprietary get inside previously, set all the heating, and wait for you, with the unit in perfect conditions, and properly check in. Not this way.
• Branimir (9/5): Nice, new and modern apartment in live part of town! Good value for money, we liked it a lot! - Recommended for 2pax or family of 4 because when you make sofa in kitchen it gets very tight to walk, but we didn't mind. Clean apartment, new modern WC, room and kitchen (well equipped with all features). Location is fine, even with balcony facing the street it was quite quiet. Nice part of Milano, we walked to city center and it took us 20-25min. You can do groceries and have coffee&pastry just around the corner, and also plenty of restaurants for day&night plans. China town and Navigli are best parts of town even though Milano is very clean and nice city so you can't miss. Couple of suggestions for owner (this will not lower your score because we like this apartment): -WC doors can't be closed and key does not work -Window in kitchen can't be opened so that part of apartment is always dark -You have a leak from shower, silicone it and it will be fine! -We found out some information only after check out as it was sent on our email, you can switch to whatsup or other apps as that is faster way of communication. -I prefer more ''human'' contact than reading info on mail -Second pair of keys would be nice.
