Azizul Rahman (5/5): The facility could have done better. Quite disappointing. - Location. Price. Parking is by the hour, neither free not flat rate. We informed the premise we were checking in at 3pm. Got delayed and arrived at 4pm. The cleaning crew (1 person) was still cleaning and refurbishing the unit. Drinks leftovers still in fridge. Unfortunately he was not doing a thorough job. Repeatedly pointing out to all the hairs, dirt and trash he was missing. Finally gave up at 5:30pm… even though the unit was still not satisfactorily cleaned. We were tired and needed rest. Towels were sent up only around 7pm. Smart TV internet was disconnected. After so many messages back and forth was only rectified around 8:30pm. No drinking water dispenser.

Location was good, walking distance to Komtar, CitySquare, shops 3. Unit space is good 1. Debris was not clear during our check in hence the unit had unpleasant smell 2. Common toilet also had unpleasant smell 3. Kettle need to replace, when i try boiling water there will be black particles came out. its does not come from the tap water as we used mineral water to boil.

Siva (1/5): Very bad experience. Think Twice - Location and everything else was nightmare for 3 days 2 nights stay The second bathroom completely not usable due to drainage smell. The smell was too strong until can’t event enter the bathroom. Poor WiFi. Can’t get WiFi in the room. No maintenance at night. Have to wait until 10am for the maintenance to arrive. No hot water supply due to heater coil spoiled . Stayed at unit 22-02. The management company should check the property before renting .

We heard from other guests that this isn't the first time it has happened and also it wasn't the first day of the issue. A/c in the gym was also not working so we didn't want to use it. A/c in the room gave off a stale smell that was uncomfortable for us as we are sensitive to odours.

Room key for elevator is NOT working durning my whole stay of 20days. every time I need to ask guard to open the door or take cargo lift. 2. Bathroom pipe storage door is missing and they have no willing to change a room for me. they didn’t try to fix as well. All I got is a certain to block the pipe. 3. Sofa makes me itch. 4. All bathroom tape is moldy. 5. Pillow is yellow. 6. No staff can provide on site assistance. the staff in lobby only serve customer above 30 floors.

Lim (7/5): Overall a good experience:) - Please see below the good n bad. Window latch mostly spoiled, don't feel secured. Toilet locks also spoiled. No pots n pans to cook. Netflix a bonus. I actually requested for high floor and also upgraded my room booking, but given 9th floor only :( Good that place was clean and dust free. 7 eleven nearby good for getting food to munch and drink. Overall a nice stay:) My second time staying in Suasana, previous one bedroom apartment was nicer, but was 5 years ago.

Abu (5/5): A stay on 23 & 24 Jan @ 18-07 Suasana Suite - I appreciate the free parking The check in arrangement was a bit haphazrad. It was a surprised that I have to pay a deposit, when I book @ Booking.com. I don't have a .Malaysian Bank account and has to get TouchNGo wallet to do the deposit and to date yet to get my refund. No one reply to my email, Some improvement,: 1. your cutleries (3 glasses, fork n spoons, plates and bowls) are laid out on the dining table it's odd. Why not kept in the cupboards. 2. The hall flooring and the bathroom are having spots everywhere. 3. Why are there 6 empty Ambi Pur containers everywhere. The cleaners are expecting us to do the housekeeping? 4. Do let us know you only provide 2 bathroom towel and nothing else. I had to purchase my own bath and shampoo gel. 5. The remotes batteries are also down, so I to just use one report for both fans. Iam given one main door key, since the key pad is broken so it disruptive when both are outside and running different errands. 6. And there is no keyhole or safety door latch.dangerous when you don't know who is knocking at the main door 7. Could you have a teapot and since you cannot drink from the tap, need to buy a big bottle of mineral water at the 7Eleven downstairs. Hehe. at many of other apartments I took there is a hot cold dispenser, the pot you provided had already having stains so I choose not to use it But the amenities and F& B around are great. Just which you could provide a direct WA no or email to expedite summoning your actions or response Do advise that there a great F & B options on the 33A floor, also self service launderette,gym and great pool too

Farah (8/5): My experience before and after the stay at Suasana. - This is my 3rd time staying in Suasana, firstly because its near CIQ, have variety of rooms for me to choose and they have apartment type which can accomodate to my whole family. 1) swimming pool , the kids area under renovation i think. my nieces missed out the morning pool fun. 2) I didnt like how inconvenient the payment is. I already paid through this booking.com app for the room via VISA and then on the day itself I found out I have to download Touch n Go app to make the security payment. It was really stressing for me because in the app said the RM200 payment can be made at property. but on the day itself someone whatsapp me and I thought at first it was a scam so I didnt reply. I checked and clarified with the chat on the booking app itself and its true I have to reply to the whatsapp and download the Touch and Go app and set up account etc. After the holiday, i want to get back my RM200 but its so tedious, i have to do verification and need a Malaysian friend's help to pass me the RM200 while i transfer from my Touch n Go to her app because I cannot transfer back the money to my bank account. Im scared to make booking here again because of such payment platforms and im the only one handling booking stuff in my family.

Till there is like crach when i force it like something is stuck at the door when there are nothing at all. But surprised there was no disposable toothbrush or toothpaste at all. Luckily we brought from home

Kamisah (7/5): Room conditions - Room was spacious and clean. Team was friendly. Upon request for bdae surprise, they even offered to give a cake! Thanks to your team! Upon booking didnt realised it was not direct booking to Hotel. Instead we booked thru the residential owners. 1) 10th floor and facing other rooms - we don't like. I used to stay SS at level #30above. 2) The rubbish chute outside the room was so smelly. Smell very bad till entered the room & along the lift. My sons cannot take it when they had to throw rubbish. 3) Toilet sprays both not in good conditions and main toilet hose spray leaking. 4) Plus neighbour next door was group of foreigners and their unit so smelly/dirty.

Sandor (2/5): Avoid these scammers at all costs, do not prepay because they will not deliver what was promised - My son liked the pool on the rooftop. I booked an apartment for a family of 3, with a double bed in a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. When we arrived, only the double bed was made and only 2 towels were provided. When I requested the management to make up for these shortcomings the response was a smug, agressive denial, even though they were fully aware that I was with my wife and a young child. The management did nothing to correct their mistake and to make our stay acceptable, but since it was late evening we had no choice but to stay there (the money, of course, was already prepaid). I am warning everybody not to book with these hosts, since in case of any problems they are not going to help, they will potentially trap you in a bad situation and with the price already paid you have nothing in your hands. They just want your money and not to fulfill their end of the bargain. Also, the apartment is rather run-down, dirty and not matching the photos online.
Lawrence (5/5): Passable - We were told to go to letter box to obtain the keys. But at 3pm, I checked the letter box, there was no key. I checked with staff at lobby. They were unable to help because they work for Suasana Hotel and not UHA Management of the apartment 18-07. Had to call the person via watsapp before the keys were deposited in the letter box. The tv in the unit did not have free channels. When I follow the instruction manual, it always direct user to Netflix which require paid subscription. The tv was not tuned for viewing. Washroom also occasionally has foul smell from the piping sanitary system. Sofa in living room had stain on it. Request to extend check-out by 12pm ; initially the staff reply before 12pm. On the day itself staff send message to check out sharp by 11pm otherwise there will be penalty. It will be last time I will opt for Airbnb apartments.
Shaban (7/5): Suasana suites is pretty sweet - I like the location of the place very convenient. Quite spacious. The common bathroom ceiling needs to be repaired as there is black mould growing above.very unsightly n gross.
Roger (7/5): Comfortable apartment in good location - Swimming pool is good. Many of the apartment lights needed replacing, which was done, at my inconvenience. TV did not work. The management company texted me at 8:00pm on my last night to remind me to put the key back in the mailbox. All this information was on the original PDF document. So, I was made to feel like a child who could not read and follow instructions. I was not contacted and advised how to get the key to enter the apartment. I had to find an internet connection and ring the owner, who then put me in touch with the management company. After multiple WhatsApp text messages, I was finally sent a PDF with a combination lock code to open a mailbox and retrieve the apartment key. From that point onwards, things became much easier.
