• jayvee (6/5): Great location but average accommodation - Its in the heart of mt bawbaw village. Place is spacious and price is ok for an overnight stay. Staff has been helpful The place is old and not cleaned properly. The lights in the kitchen area isnt working well so its hard to cook and do things in the kitchen. Same in the bathroom only a single light out of 4 is working. we asked the staff for help and she's very helpful but she can't do anything aside from reporting it. Also its weekend so no one is there to fix it.
• Clare (7/5): Great location and nice and warm. - Blind in one of the bedrooms was broken so there was no blind (it was on the floor). The fan and vent in the bathroom needs a clean and the bedroom without the blind was quite dusty and there were tissues under the bed.

The property was not well-maintained, with cleanliness falling short of expectations. The decor felt outdated, and the pricing seemed a bit high for the overall experience.

• Gilbert (7/5): So so... Food was best part and views - Location was fantastic and so was food etc! The state of the bathroom, spider webs, dirty glass on door of shower, tap came off got water in shower, dirty fan/heater cover, mould on windows in Bathroom.

• Yingchen (9/5): Overall it is a good apartment - Excellent facility, fairly new. Full equipped with pots, plates, bowls etc. Great size apartment for a family Check in time too late. Strictly at 3pm. Quite some distance from receiption/car park to the apartment. You need to move the luggage for around 400m
• Ser (6/5): Expensive and only if you don’t mind the long way to your apartment. - Right inside the ski village, warm heaters in each room,even the only toilet was heated. They gave us more blankets and comforters when we asked for them. The apartment was right in the middle of the ski village, you have to drag your luggage through the front gates and walk 250m to your apartment. Thereafter, two long flight of steps to get up to your doorstep. Not for families with seniors and young kids. Only one restaurant in Service after 5pm.
