• Petr (9/5): Hotel blízko letiště. - Hotel je snadno dostupný z letiště. Má hezké a pohodlné, leč společné balkony. V okolí jsou obchůdky s potravinami, restaurace a jídelny. Byl nám přidělen jiný pokoj, než jsme rezervovali, ale to se ihned vyřešilo, včetně přesunu ledničky mezi pokoji. Fotografie na www.booking.com se nám zdají poněkud zavádějící, neboť působí tak, že pokoje mají vlastní balkony a jsou mezonetové. Hezké a prostorné balkony jsou společné pro všechny pokoje na patře, ale během našeho pobytu jsme byli jejich jedinými uživateli 😉. Vzhledem k tomu, že Guayaquil není úplně nejbezpečnějším místem, při odchodu z večeře, kdy již byla tma, jsme se necítili nejkomfortněji.

• Christian (9/5): Buena opción para un alojamiento rápido - Está cerca del aeropuerto, el personal fue atento a los requerimientos que le solicitaba, las habitaciones fueron buenas, el lugar es tranquilo y seguro para estar con familia y en especial con niños. Estuve una noche, tal vez no hubo nada que me disguste.

No llegué a conocer el hotel porque la mañana del día en que debería haber hecho el check in recibí un wassap diciéndonos que había un problema con nuestra reserva y que nos derivaban a al Hostal Murali, que fue donde en realidad nos alojamos. ( al parecer es de la misma propiedad). Me parece poco serio para una reserva hecha con muchisima antelación ( creo que alrededor de dos meses). Menos mal que por lo menos nos derivaron al otro hostal también cercano al aeropuerto y con parking privado, aunque nos cobraron lo mismo y yo creo que es algo inferior a la categoría del que había contratado. Que no fueran formales con la reserva hecha . Dijeron que era un problema con el tumbado de la habitacion ( no sabemos muy bien que significa eso).
• Adriana (9/5): Todo muy bien! - Muy cerca de lugares para alquiler de vehículos, tiene cocina para uso de los huéspedes, todos muy amables, tiene estacionamiento. ¡Estuvo todo muy bien! Me di cuenta el último día que había cocina, quizás mejorar la comunicación o indicar las amenidades del lugar.

Yolanda helles is with everything we needed and was always reliable via WhatsApp. She Helges us organize Taxis. Would definitely recommend!

• Chantal (1/5): Horrible - Horrible experience Booked a room here and after arriving at 22pm (after receiving confirmation of a late check-in by the hotel) they said they had already given away the room and the hotel was fully booked. They put us in another hotel, what took another 30 minutes to arrive. Room was noisy.
• Elissa (6/5): Spacious Rooms, Sleep-Deprived Staff, and a Kitchen Straight Out of a Horror Movie - The rooms were massive, the aircon worked like a charm, and… well, that’s about where the positives end. The staff seemed severely understaffed, so much so that I started wondering if they were cloning the one guy on duty. I swear, he was there for over 24 hours straight, running on pure exhaustion and possibly spite. If I worked those shifts, I’d be a ghost haunting the lobby by now. Speaking of the lobby, good luck getting inside! Since the one person working had to clean rooms, check people in, and probably fight off an existential crisis, they couldn’t always hear the doorbell. I briefly considered camping outside. And then… there was the kitchen. Imagine a place where hygiene goes to die. Limited supplies, questionable cleanliness, and a general vibe of “you might get food poisoning, but hey, at least the aircon works!” I wouldn’t be surprised if a cockroach union had taken over and was running the place. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean kitchen and functional staffing, maybe keep searching. If you’re into large rooms and an immersive How Long Can One Employee Survive Without Sleep? experience, this might be your place.

• Federico (9/5): Good place near the airport and a shopping mall - -The hosts, Carlos and Andrea, were very friendly, and helped me with some extra requests, such as keeping my bags for a short trip to the Galapagos, and doing my laundry. Thanks! - The place is very close to the airport, like 15m walking - There's a large mall nearby ("Del sol"), and they have lots of options for food and shopping - Hot water, AC, etc, room had all things needed, as well as it was clean - The place was a little bit difficult to find on Google Maps, but I did mention that to them, and they'll look into it. - Perhaps the owner should invest in a power generator. The power outages in Ecuador are too often and for like 4 hours or so, so it would be good for the guests...

• Madeleine (7/5): Close to the airport! - Very close to the airport. Big rooms and efficient air-condition. Friendly staff. Very hard beds. Problems with taxi transfer to airport. Had to wait 30 minutes for the “taxi” to come which ended up being a private car.

• Traci (6/5): Get the cab instead, spend a lil more money to go somewhere better. - They really did try. Staff tried to translate English. The rooms were clean, the water hot and the the AC worked. Beds comfortable. They sent a compact car as a “shuttle” for probably about 2-4 times the price of a cab for 4 people with luggage. It was hilarious. The taxi drivers were laughing. We didn’t. We had told them 2x there were 4 of us. When we were set down it was a sketchy door to go in, not a standard entrance. It was obviously a lil on the rougher side of the airport. After touching down in a foreign country with a not so great reputation, we were all wondering if we were about to be kidnapped or something. But it was fine. They didn’t advertise that we had to pay for the rooms in cash which was an inconvenience. They won’t use the card you gave them in booking.

Very friendlt and helpful customer service which was so important to us as newcomers to Ecuador and Guayaquil. Bathroom has absolutely no space to put simple items being used ( toothbrush, make up). A little shelf easy to solve this. Also a mirror in bedroom could help. There is a huge amount of space in the bedroom but no place to put clothes. A comfy chair and footrest would add so much value to this large bed room. Communication system can be improved even for those who speak Spanish fluently. The breakfast was good but not up to par with those of other cheaper places in Ecuador .

Its a rooftop terrace we used, but im not sure its for the guests or not. You always have to ring the doorbell to get in and its not always the receptionist is close by. Had to wait sometimes. Would be much more convenient with our own key.
