• Natalia (10/5): I highly recommend the place - I highly recommend Giuliano’s place. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, very close to the central station. The metro station was just a few minutes away from the apartment. Giuliano is a very good host, the communication was instant and the check in instructions were very clear. I would definitely book again :) Everything was good.

• Kim (8/5): Was a great little sanctuary for resting and a recharge, with everything we needed - Loved the apartment, plenty of space and very nicely furnished. Just under 5 mins walk from the Milan Central train station. Host Giuliano was very accommodating and helpful. The instructions received for getting into the apartment were at first overwhelming, but the actual process was alot easier than anticipated. The building elevators are probably overdue for refurbishment/replacement.

• Greg (10/5): A cut above the rest. - Everything! This is an outstanding accomodation. Secure access provides comfort. Lift to higher floors. Additional security on apartment floor. Beautifully fitted out modern apartment, with lots of storage options, large living areas, comfortable bedroom, large bathroom & kitchen with modern appliances. Our host Giuliano provided clear entry instructions with photos and also provided dining tips from the local area. Always contactable, and responded quickly to our queries. Would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone. It’s only a short walk to Milano Centrale Rail, Metro and Tram stops. No complaints.

The unit was nicely appointed, very clean and modern and there were plenty of food and convenience options around. The air-conditioning in the bedroom was noisy so we had to have it off overnight.

Can't get better than this - Detailed step-by-step guidance which was very intuitive and easy to follow There were few occassions during our stay where the concierge / guard did not open the door hence need to wait 10-15 mins until someone came out

• Lorenzo (8/5): Good stay! - Clean and spacious. Easy check in and lots of suggestions by the owner. There was a coffee machine with 8 coffee capsules, just enough for us to take in the morning for the time of our stay. The bathroom is big and the shower is huge. We didn't use the kitchen but is well furnished. Location was also good, very near to the central station and to the metro station, it was easy to travel around and get to the center of Milan. The apartment is located in front of a busy road so it's kind of noisy in the night especially in the weekend. But my father and mother in law slept in the bedroom and were not disturbed at all, while me and my wife slept on the sofa bed in the living room and it was a bit harder for us to fall asleep because of the noise and maybe because the mattress was not very comfy.

Very friendly and helpful host - Giuliano ;) One minus - is the windows' sound insulation. I am a sensitive sleeper, so the noise from the street disturbed me a bit, but other family members had no problem with that. That is why I always travel with earplugs :)

• Thi (9/5): Great stay in Milan! - Apartment is very close to the transaction, less than 5 min walk from Milano Centrale. Our host sent us very detailed instructions on how to self check in and any issues he would reply promptly. The apartment was so nice, clean and spacious. We even had free water bottles waiting in the fridge when we got there. It is on a main road so you can hear the traffic at night but thankfully it is not too loud (host gave us earplugs too which was very considerate).

It was a self check in with key box which was very simple as the host sent clear and detailed instructions. The apartment itself really exceeded our expectations - the photos on the listing did not do it justice. It was very modern, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect, only 5 minutes walk from central station and a few minutes from the Metro. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return to Milan. Nothing negative to say about this apartment - everything was great!

I would definitely stay here in Milan. Very apt location for metro, central station, shopping district etc. Really Nothing. Everything I liked.
• Graziella (8/5): Very good - The apartment is conveniently located just a short walk away from the train station, with bars, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets in close proximity. It is modern, tidy, and quite spacious. The self-check-in process was easy and fast, and the host was very helpful and responsive. The mattress in the bedroom could be improved as it is not very comfortable. Although the host informed us that we could store our luggage at a nearby hotel, it would have been helpful to know beforehand that there was an additional fee charged per hour. Furthermore, the luggage was kept unattended near the reception area and not even inside a secure location.
