• Mostafa (1/5): - Unfortunately, this was not an apartment at all—it was more like a garage or parking space that had been converted into a rental using temporary walls beneath a building complex. There was a strong damp smell, and the hygiene was terrible. There were insufficient facilities for washing dishes, and the door opened directly onto a very dirty street. • Maria Victoria (5/5): La realidad del apartamento - Era espacioso para manejar a mi padre en silla de ruedas. La persona de contacto no nos explicó nada, tuvimos que comprar fregona, cepillo, y diversos objetos de cocina, le reclamamos sartén porque la que había estaba inutilizable, estaba todo descuidado en general.No había acceso de rampa para entrar y salir con la silla de ruedas, tuvimos que reclamarla en muchas ocasiones y Leonardo la persona de contacto no respondía ni nos atendía con rapidez. La comunicación con el contacto Leonardo no era clara, tuvimos dificultades con él . El acceso a internet y la TV nunca funcionaron bien, tuvimos que utilizar un ordenador nuestro como router, todo fue una lucha para conseguir cosas que estaban en la descripción del apartamento y luego o no funcionaban o no estaban. Los sofás y sillones muy sucios, las almohadas y colchones tenían manchas y compramos fundas. Había pocas sabanas para las camas pequeñas. Pocas perchas para colgar en el baño.

• Arwyn (10/5): It was a perfect, welcoming place to stay - The property is perfectly located, very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and decorated
• Mar (7/5): Good - It had everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Ceilings are very high and the apartment gets cold. The wall between the two bedrooms is very thin.
• Cori (7/5): it was good! - spaced is very good and good equipped. The construcción next building all day was very noisy; especially if you need to work (start at 8am) and the apartment in general is very cold - recommend to have additional heating (only 1 bedroom have heating) in the dinner and living room and the other bedroom are very cold.
