• Tanja (9/5): Fräsch lägenhet - Väldigt fräsch lägenhet med ny köksinredning. Lugnt och ändå centralt läge. Vacker utsikt över trädgården och bergen /havet vid horisonten. Fin och vindskyddad balkong. Bra sängar. Rent och snyggt. Snabb Wifi. Rekommenderar detta boende. Vi gillade allt.
• renata (9/5): Well equiped appartment on a great great spot - The apartment is on a really great spot, not only you are on the beach or in the city center in app 5-10mins walk, but the walk itself is mostly a pedestrian zone, and the street where the appartment is , is very quiet and a dead end, which was so pleasant and safe with the kids. Also I have to value the furnishing and other equipment, there was everything one can need - the washing machine, washmachine, stuff for ironing, drying the clothes on a balcony (the balcony itself is great!), all the kitchen equipment needed , including mixers and toast machines, variety of coffee machines, well everything :-). The communication with staff was quick , easy and nice, no problem there either, thanks for everything ❤️ The floor was quite cold, but i guess that wss due to the season, we stayed in april and the nights were still cold outside…

• Brian (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay at Califa 8 and would recommend to others, - Great location. One of the best equipped and well maintained apartments we have stayed at in Nerja. Nice sized sheltered balcony/terrace especially as it was quite windy during our stay. Neighbours dog barking but that is not the apartment owners fault.

• Julian (8/5): Great apartment in central location - It was well equipped, good location and nice apartment Pool area was busy at this time of year. There is no shade around pool. Parking was difficult - the four spaces for the block were taken and I had to drive around for over 30 minutes to find a space locally which I could only leave car until 9pm due to restrictions and then had to circle around town to find another space.

• Olivia (10/5): Fantastic apartment - Super clean apartment with fantastic location to burriana beach and the town. Brand new dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment, pool is great we had it to ourselves most of the time! We’ve booked again for next year!

Great place - The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable with all modern appliances, great shower, balcony, great location for Burriana Beach and an easy 10 minute walk to the Old Town and Balcon with all the shops and attractions. Excellent communication prior to and on arrival It wasn't an issue for us as it was quiet during our stay but there are only 4 dedicated parking spaces for 10 apartment which could be an issue during busy months
• Katep (9/5): Great apartment in brilliant location. - Location is great and this apartment is modernised, clean and included some basic cleaning materials which is useful particularly on a short break. Nothing really, only improvement would be a couple of hooks in the bathroom.

• Anna (9/5): Fantastic apartment - The apartment was in excellent condition, and all appliances and furniture looked brand new. Everything had been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival and has felt fresh. The location was supreme, 5 mins walk from the Nerja biggest beach, and 10 mins from the town very centre. Our son loved the pool despite the fact that the water was still a bit chilly in May. The agent replied to our enquiries very swiftly. The dogs in the next door property that barked into the night sometimes.

• Rebecca (7/5): Nerja Holiday - Couple - The outside space - the terrace area is semi-private, has gorgeous sea and mountain views and is a good size. The pool area - space to enjoy, despite being a shared area. Air conditioning - ample to keep indoors cool, bedroom fan is adequate in the evening despite high outdoor temperatures. Secure - gate with pass code entry plus secure key for main entry and iron gates to lock terrace area. Location - situated under 1km from central area and the main beach. Easy to get anywhere on foot and comparatively calm and quiet in contrast to main central area of Nerja, which can be overwhelmingly busy and noisy. Family friendly - we stayed as a couple, very family-friendly apartments, and spacious for up to 4 people. Bed was comfortable. Dated appliances - fridge had broken compartments, kettle did not work, kitchen counter had burned/melted areas. Cleanliness - not as clean as it could be, marks on floor and bath needed replaced as surface was rough and was grimy looking as was the shower curtain. Dishes/glassware/cutlery also needed a thorough clean prior to use. Accommodation guidebook - dated information, incorrect WiFi listed (differs from one we were sent directly, but we didn't realise until our last day, so signal seemed very poor). Noise - the area itself is peaceful. However, a neighbouring dog barked almost constantly at people walking in the adjacent street (which has a constant flow of people returning from the beach) and then into the night. Basic items - no 'settling' basic items are provided. We had to buy basic items of bin bags, hand soap, toilet roll, salt and pepper. We are used to these essentials being present in accommodation. The water supply was also compromised twice during our stay - both times on a Saturday morning between 8am and 10am.
