Yasuhiro (4/5): きれいですが、設備が古く、快適ではなかった - ロケーションが良かった電子レンジもテレビもなくとても不便だった。バスの水栓から多くの錆がでてきて、気持ち悪かった。途中で台所の水栓が壊れて修理まで１週間かかった。最後にはヒーティングシステムの配管から茶色い汚物が流れ出してきた。

Jutta Katharina (8/5): - Die wirklich sehr gute Lage. Man war schnell in der Innenstadt und am Bahnhof. Die Wohnung war zwar schön aber es fehlten in der Küche Frühstücksteller oder Brettchen. Ein bisschen Deko hat gefehlt
ROBERTO (6/5): - Palazzo di bell'aspetto. Adeguata fornitura di asciugamani e biancheria da letto. Abbondanza di spazio per i bagagli. Non abbiamo trovato l'asciugacapelli che risultava indicato nelle dotazioni. Nella stanza da letto/soggiorno la luce fornita dal lampadario è terribilmente forte, non ci sono tavolini da letto con lampade per lettura, il divano è troppo ingombrante. Non è possibile fare la doccia se si è alti più di m. 1,40, inoltre il tubo della doccia è guasto. E' scomodo dover parcheggiare sulla strada pubblica: l'ultima notte abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'auto molto lontano a causa dei divieti di parcheggio installati per il Kirchtag (avremmo dovuto essere avvertiti). Non c'è possibilità di sedersi in cucina, nemmeno su uno sgabello: o si consuma la colazione in piedi o si deve andare nella camera da letto/soggiorno.
