• Olga (9/5): Bello - Trovare il sacchetto delle pulizie nell'armadio di una delle stanze che emanata un cattivo odore, però ho apprezzato la velocità con la quale hanno risolto questo piccolo problema .

• Isabelle (9/5): Emplacement fabuleux pour séjour inoubliable 🤩 - Emplacement génial ! Centre ville mais très calme,près de tout à pied. Logement tout confort. Nous étions deux couples avec 2 belles chambres et une salle de bain par chambre. Je recommande ce logement à 100% pour visiter Séville dans des conditions optimum😀 Rien!

• Javier (8/5): Perfecto para unos días en Sevilla - Apartamento muy moderno, equipado y cerca de Plaza de Armas. A pocos minutos del centro y con todos los servicios muy cerca.

• Claudita (10/5): Todo estupendo, todo maravilloso. - Este apartamento es realmente maravilloso y ofrece servicios impecables para disfrutar de una estancia única e inolvidable. La ubicación es inmejorable; a pocos pasos de la plaza del celebre Museo de Bellas artes y a 10 minutos de la Catedral y sus alrededores. Cerca del apartamento hay cafeterías, bares, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados y el Museo de las ilusiones. También está a pocos minutos de la estación de Plaza de armas y del Puente del Cristo de la Expiración a través del cuál llegas con facilidad al Centro Comercia Torre Sevilla y de ahí a Triana. El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades y está muy bien equipado y adornado con gusto. El atmósfera es dinámica y relajante. No hay ningún tipo de ruido de calle y se duerme divinamente. El Staff es muy amable, profesional y disponible. Realmente te acompaña en cada momento de tu estancia. La TV es smart y tiene canales satelitales de todo el mundo.
• Brasset (6/5): Super appartement pour 4 mais pas préparé pour la 5e personne : pas de couette, de serviettes, le drap du canapé n’a p - Emplacement propreté. Vous êtes pris en charge par une IA et du coup elle ne repond pas à votre demande quand ce n’est pas prévu dans son programme. Il a fait froid malheureusement pendant notre séjour et nous avons quatre couettes pour cinq personnes.!! J’ai demandé une cinquième couette pour la deuxième nuit mais personne n’a répondu. dommage car l’appartement était très bien.
• VARGHESE (4/5): Great location but pretty disappointed with our stay. Having an AI Chat BOT is good but should always have a human opera - The location was probably the only aspect that we enjoyed during our stay. Communication from the team was very poor. We arrived on a rainy day with no information about location access. Communication through WhatsApp was a waste of time because we were dealing with a AI BOT. Eventually we had to call a number who advised us that the key is in a locker which was located in another building. We were advised this was because the team wasn’t aware when we were arriving but I had already conveyed my arrival time a day prior and also advised them that I haven’t received any link for an online checking. Obviously an uncomfortable start to our stay. The living room electrical window shade wasn’t working and so was the cooktop. The cooktop eventually got fixed.

Posizione dell'appartamento centrale sulla via dello shopping con locali carini - Appartamento molto curato e rifinito con addobbi natalizi cool che creno atmosfera. Bottiglia di vino all'arrivo. Info sulla città pronte sul tavolo Host super carina e gentile Zona TOP. Ci ritornerò nulla

• Miriam (8/5): Prima schoon en modern appartement - De bedden en compleet inventaris keuken met vaatwasser en tabletten. Tevens voldoende toiletartikelen en handdoeken. Modern ingericht. Zoudrn kunnen bellen bij aankomst maar namen de telefoon niet op. Wel appen met kantoor Half uur van tevoren bellen voor sleutel werkte niet. Moesten ruim 45 minuten voor 3 uur aandringen via de app dat we wel telefonisch contact kregen en om 3 uur erin konden. Verder warm in appartement. Wel gelukt om de luchtverwarming omlaag te zetten. Ramen komen uit op overdekte binnenhal. (Het is daar verder wel heel rustig en stil overigens)

• CHAROULA (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή στην υπέροχη Σεβίλλη!!! - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ άνετο, καθαρό και πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο, σε υπέροχη τοποθεσία στην παλιά πόλη, ήσυχη και ασφαλή αλλά κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα,τα μαγαζιά, τα εστιατόρια. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

• Denise (10/5): Excelente - O apartamento era excelente, tinha tudo e mais alguma coisa. Tudo novo e a decoração de muito bom gosto. Não se houve nenhum barulho. O fato de não ter lugares para estacionar, obrigou-nos a colocar o carro no estacionamento do El corte inglês, e pagamos 37€ por dia. Não há nenhum lugar para estacionar nas zonas circundantes.

• Hansjörg (10/5): Super Unterkunft - Das Appartement ist in zentrumsnaher und doch ruhiger Lage, in einem schön renovierten älteren Haus. Es ist alles sehr schön und recht hochwertig eingerichtet, auch die Küche war sauber und wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Bei uns waren keine Wünsche offen, alles bestens!

• Declan (10/5): Exceptional - The location is really great, the apartment is fitted out to the highest quality with superior design. The aircon was great and so was the wifi. The late night check in required a long walk to collect the key. I knew this in advance and packed my running gear.

Location, size, amenities- it’s hard to beat this (only dimmable lights would give it a crown that nobody else can achieve) We extended by two days as everything else would have meant a downgrade. Thanks to the team that made it happen And thank you for helping us unload the car when we parked in front of the apartment
• Brenda (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious with all kitchen facilities. Very central location and very quiet. We did not meet the hosts as we arrived late but they were very helpful by text and email.

• Zahra (3/5): Poor - Train was delayed but the host was really understanding and still stayed to check us in! Location wasn’t too bad, cafes and supermarket nearby. 15 min walk to main area/attractions Bed was comfortable. Spacious. Big towels. Felt safe. A damp smell throughout the apartment, maybe because of the washing machine. It was full of mould and needs a good maintenance clean. We were relying on using the machine during our stay and chose the accommodation based on this but didn’t use it. Floors could have been better cleaned, including the shower floors. Crockery was dirty and chipped. One bowl was very badly chipped and could hurt someone if they weren’t careful. One woven chair has a hole in it and flooring is broken under dining table, really annoying because if you sit there you have to keep fixing it (I have seen this in previous reviews. If something is broken, it should be fixed as soon as possible, not being left for multiple guests to deal with). Soft furnishings were dirty. sofa had so many stains, we didn’t sit on it. Exposed nails in the bedrooms are dangerous. Sockets in bedrooms were very high. Your phone was dangling above the bedside tables when charging! Not enough space to walk around the bed in one room. Windows open into the foyer so there’s no fresh air.
• Azlina (8/5): Good but need some repair - The apartment is right in the centre. So it's very easy to reach all the relevant touristic places It is also in a newly renovated building with proper decor. Check-in went smoothly, the staff sent some info for point of interest like what to see, where to eat, etc. The double bed is not really a double bed, it's made of two singles side by side While this might be fine, as in the end it was for us, it would be nice to know first. Likewise the second bedroom, which was worked for our teenagers boys, but not for us (parents). The furniture's are basically ok, minimalist bohemian style, but some actually slightly broken (one chair actually with a hole in the middle, and the wooden pavement under the dining table was broken too. I think it's better to repair it before the guest are coming or just put it away from the apartment. The floor was a bit dusty too.

• Stephen (8/5): Not a great start to get into the apartment late at night but once we got in, we enjoyed our stay. - The location and the fact that it had a washing machine. It also felt safe which was important to us. The fact that we received advice that someone would meet us at the property and then we were advised that we had to pick up the key from another property which we did after getting a taxi from the train station. We then had to walk quite a distance (at 9.30pm) dragging our luggage across the cobblestones. When we arrived at the apartment, we were not able to open the door with the key. We rang the management group and were told to turn the key to the left - still wouldn’t open. A staff member finally came to meet us and told us to turn the key to the left - we then turned it to the right and it opened the door. If we had been met at the apartment, this stressful situation would not have occurred (very disappointing). The young lady who came to the property was very nice and apologetic.

• Sajia (8/5): Fantastic apartment, highly recommended - Beautiful apartment, very clean, furnished with everything we could need. Very quiet surroundings, close to city centre. We were very comfortable Would have been better if the flat could have been a little more kid friendly. There were some glass bottles and vases as decorations which I had to remove for the safety of my small kids. I would have loved a rug in the sitting area for the kids to sit and play, rather than the cold hard wooden floor. These small touches would make all the difference to families with small children

• Slavka (10/5): Very good choice - The location is very central, and the flat is on the ground floor. It is a quiet street and separated with a big entrance hall from the street. Space is really big, there were only 2 of us so we each had a bedroom and bathroom, plus big kitchen and living room. As it is ground floor, there are windows facing the inner courtyard only. Flat is well equipped and clean, and it looks exactly like the photos. Also, check-in in person was ok, Marzana sent us lots of ideas on what to do while in Seville. There is nothing to complain about.

• Endeis (10/5): We hade a lovely stay! Everything was so clean, new and comfortable! - The city center was in walking distance so that was super convenient! If you'll be staying in Sevilla this apartment is perfect! They also had plenty of basic necessities like, towels, shower gel, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets. They even had some olive oil, salt and vinegar which I really appreciate because I always end up buying these items! It was great! Thanks a lot!
