- Kathryn (8/5): A good short and convenient stay. - Large comfortable room, friendly staff. Easy to reach from train station. One small thing… we enquired on restaurants in the area and they didnt tell us their own restaurant was open… so we ate in St Moritz without realising. Nothing major but was surprised it wasnt mentioned.

Das Gebäuse selber ist eher etwas älter und nicht sehr gut gepflegt, aber das Personal war zuvorkommend, das Frühstück war sehr gut, und die Reception flexibel, wo wir unser Gepäck am Abreisetag im Hotel lassen wollten.
- Marianne (3/5): - Das Zimmer und die Sauberkeit doch die Matratze ist schlecht zu weich und durchgelegen Das Frühstück es war nur tostbrot Fleisch und käse angedört vom Vortag, und der Service kann kein Deutsche Sprache es fehlt am Chef der Besitzer es hat kein chef de Service!

- Toniélle (10/5): Experiência incrível nos Alpes Suíços - Chegamos durante nevasca e um pouco antes do horário do check-in. A equipe do hotel mostrou extrema consideração e nos permitiu entrar antecipadamente no quarto. O atendimento excelente, assim como a comida. Os quartos são grandes, limpos, jogo de cama muito bom e localização com vista espetacular. Não seria bem não gostar, apenas acredito que poderia melhorar a experiência se tivesse opção como Netflix na televisão.

- Wiep (7/5): - Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was schitterend. Ontvangst bij de receptie was erg vriendelijk. Helaas werd er geen koffie/ thee aangeboden bij het ontbijt. Aangezien wij de enigen waren voor het ontbijt(naseizoen voor hun/ meivakantie voor ons) kan dat een reden zijn geweest?....

- John (9/5): A cozy, familiar-feeling spot right there in pretty Samedan, and with good value. - Friendly front desk staff member who we ended up feeling very familiar with as our stay was lengthened. We appreciated the tasteful decoration and cozy hallways and stairwells to walk around and explore the hotel. The lighting in the room wasn't great, especially in the washroom; too bright in the toilet and too dark in the bedroom. There was also ample room for furniture but this wasn't really taken advantage of so that room, though large, felt somewhat cavernous.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Gepflegte Zimmer. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut stimmig. Alles war wunderbar.

Das Badezimmer wahr extrem dunkel (trotz Licht an) sodass man sich nicht rasieren oder duschen konnte ohne das die Türe offen stand. Leider war auch kein Frühstück oder sonstige Verpflegung möglich. Nicht einmal einen Kaffe Automaten oder eine Bar im Hotel.

- Caroline (6/5): - Location was good for the train station, the main reason for our stay here. We returned here two days after a one night stay, in a decent room. Given a room which was awful, smelly, carpet ancient and very drab, in much need of renovation. Refused room, offered a better room on higher floor which also needed new carpet (dirty, stains), bathroom was very dark due to only one bulb in mirror light, had to leave door to room open for extra light. Reception staff seemed very indifferent. Unaware we would have to pay 10chf for car parking too! Very disappointing compared to similar hotel stays during our Swiss holiday.

- Anna (8/5): Komfortables Hotel ohne grösseren Luxus aber mit allem was es braucht 😊 - Die Lage war sehr praktisch und das Personal äusserst freundlich! Wir durften das Gepäck ausnahmsweise noch eingeschlossen lagern vor der Abreise, was sehr nett war. Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut und vielfältig, 45min vor Ende wurde aber kein Rührei und Speck mehr nachgefüllt. Dies finde ich ökologisch gesehen zwar gut, mein Partner hätte aber gerne Speck gegessen, aber nicht gerne genug um extra nachzufragen ;)

- Camilla (7/5): Great family weekend with Engadin Frauenlauf at its best! - Breakfast was nice and the possibility to have a room with a separate part for our grown-up daughter. Very nice to be in the old part of Sameden. The bathroom could use some work in terms of upgrading it. Conditioner is needed for women with longer hair as well as a hairdryer. The halb-pension dinner at Mamas is not worth it. Mamas is a very loud place with high stress for the personnel after 7pm. It made me sorry to see their struggle. The pizzas are excellent though.

- Gian Reto (10/5): Alles in allem Top ! - Es hat etwas urbanes an sich, das das Hotel schon sehr lange existiert ! Auch das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, vor allem während des Frühstücks. Das Badezimmer war etwas zu penetrant mit Chlor behandelt worden, leider. Sonst ok !
