• Alessia (9/5): - La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. Una struttura adatta a chi, come noi, rientra solo la sera per dormire e quindi non necessita di nessun servizio. Ottimo il prezzo considerando che siamo nel centro della città. Il bagno era veramente un loculo ed il lavandino era in camera ma per noi non è stato un problema.

• Andrii (8/5): Well-situated clean hotel with tiny rooms - The location is extremely well. The hotel is situated in the Inner City, so everything is in goos proximity. Rooms were extremely clean with everyday cleaning. I didn't like only 2 things: 1) The toilet. Flushing caused the sounds which I'd like to compare with the jet or rocket sound. It was funny, but really scared me few times. 2) The bed was considered for 2 person, but it had two mattresses with really huge hole between them. As I was alone it wasn't such a problem, but sleeping with someone else... It would be, to put it mildly, a challenging task. It is good to know that reception doesn't work 24/7 and to be honest I saw somebody at the reception only 2 times in 4 days. It wasn't a problem for me as checking in and out is possible without any help.

Sıcak su, saç kurutma makinesi vs. vardı. Tesisin bavul saklama odası var. Check-in öncesi ve check-out sonrası bavullarınızı burada muhafaza edebilirsiniz. Odanın tavanında örümcek ağları vardı. Tavan yüksek olduğu için umursamadık. Check-in öncesi tesisle iletişim çabalarımız oldu gerek arama yolu ile gerek mesaj yolu ile fakat çabalarımız sonuçsuz kaldı. Tesiste geceleyin su vs. satın alabileceğiniz bir cihaz bulunamamakta ve ayrıca mini-bar’da bulunmamakta. Fiyatı sundukları çerçevesinde biraz yüksek kalıyor.

• Batuhan (1/5): We stayed at your hotel for New Year’s Eve and booked one night expecting a pleasant and welcoming experience. Unfortuna - NOTHİNKG The hotel room was extremely dirty when we arrived. We entered the room after the scheduled cleaning time, yet there were black hairs all over the floor. There was not even a single bottle of water provided in the room. Additionally, the rooms were very poorly maintained and clearly neglected.

• Kemal (8/5): Fiyat performans - Çok temizdi. 2. Kez konakladık. Konumu mükemmeldir. Google maps kullanıp aziz stephana gidecekseniz merdivenlerden veriyor. Orayı kullanmayın. Otelden çıkıp sağa dönün , düz yürüyün. Merdivenleri çıkması çok zor. Kullanmayın. Odalar çok küçüktür eğer bunu sorun etmezseniz kesinlikle kalınır. Çalışanlar yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı normalde 19€ fakat resepsiyonda konuşup rezervasyon yaparsanız indirim yapılıyor. Açık büfe kahvaltı çok güzel ve yeterlidir. Tuvaletten sifondan çok ses geliyor.

• Tetiana (1/5): Bad facilities and disrespectful staff - The toilets are in very bad condition. Ours got clogged from normal use with toilet paper and flooded the bathroom, showing clear technical and maintenance issues. The staff and management were unhelpful, disrespectful, and spoke no English. They suggested moving us to another room as compensation, but later started texting me on my private number, accusing us of causing the problem and threatening extra charges. We were treated like the problem, not the victims. No apology was ever given. The cleaning lady was also aggressive and rude after we politely asked her to be quieter early in the morning, so don’t expect to sleep in during your vacation. Overall, horrible customer service, very uncomfortable stay, and behavior that felt dishonest and unfair. Not recommended.
• Antria (4/5): - On the positive side, the room was cleaned daily, although it was very warm. The location is about 10–15 minutes from the city center. There was a main door, and then a small anteroom with a toilet and another small room that seemed to be used by the cleaning staff. After that, there was a second door leading to our actual room. Every morning, the staff member was opening and closing this door, making a lot of noise, which was very disturbing. The room itself was extremely small and had only the absolute basics. If the price had been half of what we paid, it would have been acceptable, but it definitely does not offer value for money. Also the bed and the pillow were terrible.

The drainage system in the bathroom is poor, causing water to pool on the floor almost all day after showering. The room only has one key, which is inconvenient for two people.

• Puccio (4/5): Wien ist sehr schön- die Unterkunft nicht ! - Das einzig gute war die Lage . Mehr positives kann ich nicht berichten . Die Liste ist lang. Aber um es kurz zu machen: unnettes Personal, extrem hellhörig , abgenutzte Matratzen , extrem laute Toilettenspülung nachts besonders angenehm !) und die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig . Da ich in Wien bin war die Unterkunft noch eine der „preiswerteren „, ( trotz allem 100 Euro pro Nacht für Einzelperson ) …aber trotzdem kann man dafür ein bisschen mehr Nettigkeit ( in jeglicher Hinsicht ) erwarten , um sich im Urlaub wohlzufühlen.

El mismo día me hablaron, pero no me contestaban a mis mensajes. Cuando llegamos, para sorpresa de mí y de mi pareja, habían ofrecido a otra pareja nuestra habitación, porque esa pareja había tenido problemas con la suya. No nos avisaron, no nos dieron una solución a nosotros, NADA. Para colmo, cuando nos enteramos de esa situación, no nos cogían los teléfonos. Tuvimos que llamar a booking. Leer lo anterior. Vergonzoso el servicio de este ¿hotel?

Da non consigliare neppure una notte - La posizione in pieno centro Le microscopiche misure della camera, il percorso per passare dall’entrata alle camere prevede un atrio praticamente ghiacciato, e poi l’assenza di illuminazione del bagno non finestrato.

Cleanliness was not at the level we expected - It was in a very central location, beautiful and warm, and the breakfast was quite good. The stuff was very sweet. It was not as clean as we expected. There were hairs, and some towels that we assume were left behind from previous guests. In the morning, there was a strong smell coming through the ventilation most likely sausages from the kitchen preparing breakfast since our room was located next to the breakfast area.

• CHRISTINA (5/5): - The location was really good. The room was incredible hot which was great since outside was extremely cold. There was hot water all the time The room was extremely small, we were two persons and couldn’t even get dressed at the same time. The bathroom was too small as well and the light inside wasnt working it was almost dark! As it concerns the cleaning part it was okey but certainly not clean since you could see that under the bed was pretty dirty. We only had half toilet paper as well.

• Gregor (7/5): A nice budget hotel in the city centre, but staff should be educated how to communicate with guests - Nice budget hotel in a very good location in the city centre, a good enough selection for breakfast, big room with a nice bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. Extremely rude and annoying lady at breakfast. There is a coffee machine and a kettle in the room but no coffee. I bought my own capsules for the coffee machine but they didn't fit (of course there are no instructions which capsules to use in the room). Therefore I went down to the breakfast room in the morning before breakfast to fetch an espresso from the machine with the cup from our room to take back to the room. The lady rudely prevented me saying I couldn't take the coffee and the cup to the room. After explaining that there was no coffee in the room and that I brought the cup with me from my room, she still insisted this was not possible and not allowed under any circumstances. The next morning another guest took a coffee with her from the breakfast in a plastic cup. I understand about hotel policy and everything but this has not happened to me anywhere, even in 5-star hotels all over the world. If you don't provide coffee in the room, I think I should be allowed to take one lousy espresso from breakfast in a budget hotel that charges 280€ a night for a room. It didn't ruin our stay, of course, but it still left a sour taste in my mouth.

Durant 3 nuits, aucun lit n’a été fait, les serviettes n’ont jamais été changées et aucun ménage n’a été effectué, et cela dans les deux chambres. La machine à café était hors service et malgré notre signalement à l’accueil, aucune intervention n’a été faite. Un tel manque de service et d’hygiène est inadmissible pour un hôtel. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet établissement.

A tisztasággal problémáink voltak: koszos tányérok és evőeszközök a szobában, koszos volt a kád (szőrdarabokkal),a szőnyeg és a padló sem volt feltakarítva. Habár tudták, hogy babakocsival utazunk, emeleti szobát kaptunk. A lift olyan kicsi, hogy nem fért be a babakocsi. A recepción ottlétünk alatt sosem találkoztunk senkivel. Noha én németül írtam nekik, ők mindig csak angolul válaszoltak.

• Aşcı (6/5): Konum ve Olanaklar güzel ama İletişim hikaye - Tesiste kaldığımız oda gayet güzeldi. Konumu vesaire oldukça iyiydi. Metro tren istasyonu yakındı. Bir çoğu yere 15-20 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindeydi. Bir sorun yaşadığımızda iletişimde olabileceğimiz kimse yoktu. WhatsApp üzerinden iletişime geçebilirsiniz diyorlar ama net bir cevap vermiyorlar. Odamızın klima kontrol kumandası yoktu. Bunu dile getirdiğimiz “Yarın, yarın” dediler. Kaldığımız üç gün içerisinde getirmediler. Aynı zamanda son gece odamızın tavanının su akmaya başladı. Bununla ilgili de bir cevap alamadık. Tüm gece boyunca tavanın suyu aktı.

• Elif (7/5): Fiyat performans - Konumu çok iyiydi, fiyat performans oteli kesinlikle. Ayrıca temizdi. Tesisle iletişime geçmekte güçlük çektim gerçekten hoş olmayan bir deneyimdi, cevap vermeleri günler aldı.

• Deborah (5/5): It was fine for a quick stay but the interior of the building needs to be painted and cleaned up. - Good location with walking distance to major attractions, restaurants and shopping. It’s a small room but fine for short stays. It did have a water kettle, mini fridge, waffle maker and small microwave, plus utensils. Could have been cleaner. There were a couple of throw rugs in the room that were pretty dirty. Floor needed to be swept. Pump for the water is loud and the shower dripped continuously.

• Branislav (6/5): - Hotel vo výbornej lokalite, päť minút od stanice metra. Pešo na Stephanplaz je to cca 10-15 minút. Aj keď je to blízko centra, je to zároveň tichá lokalita. Hotelové izby vytvorené z bytov v starom kamennom bloku, jednoduché, no účelovo zariadené. Chýbala mi komunikácia s personálom na recepcii. Komunikovali so mnou len prostredníctvom mailu. Na hotel som prišiel o 18:00 a nikto už nebol na recepcii. Kľúč bol v odomykateľnej schránke. To je skôr štýl AirBnB než hotelu.

• Elena (1/5): - La ubicación. Dormir en el pasillo la primera noche por la inexistencia de personal tanto en recepción como en las diversas opciones de contacto (mail, teléfono, mensaje en Booking)
• Jannink (8/5): Prima plek in binnenstad - Uitstraling van het hotel oogde wat sober, maar we werden daarna zeer verrast door de keurige ruime en schone kamer met badkamer. Zeer netjes. Ontbijt was ook heel goed. Niets. Super lokatie, Innerstad op loopafstand. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding!
