• Natalia (7/5): Estancia de 3 noches - El apartamento estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos. La cocina funciona correctamente y estaba equipada con lo justo, al igual que el baño. No se escuchaba nada de la calle, pudimos dormir tranquilas. Lo recomiendo, es un buen apartamento para estar en la isla unos pocos días NO HAY WIFI, ya lo sabíamos pero pensábamos que por lo menos habría cobertura, pero tampoco había. Otros problemas mas pequeños eran que las puertas, dentro del apartamento, no cierran del todo, la ventilación del baño suena muy fuerte, es molesto, el soporte de la alcarchofa de la ducha no aguantaba, uno de los enchufes de la cama estaba muy lejos.

• seb0899 (4/5): Falla en cosas muy básicas - Es un apartamento completo, por lo cual es muy cómodo y está en buena ubicación. Dado que no es fácil de llegar, las explicaciones del personal fueron muy útiles para poder encontrar el sitio. Limpio, pero muy descuidado. En la cocina no había ni siquiera sal. El sitio es cómodo por el espacio pero no por las instalaciones que están muy descuidadas. No tiene internet, que es cierto que lo dice en el anuncio, pero es que tampoco hay buena cobertura dentro del alojamiento. Como turista esto es imprescindible.

• Bertrand (8/5): Très pratique pour séjourner à Venise sans devoir aller au restaurant tous les jours. - L’emplacement (non loin du quartier du Rialto), la propreté, le silence la nuit, le confort de la literie. La décoration de l’appartement un peu datée, l’absence de tables de chevet et de lampes dans la chambre, un équipement un peu léger en cuisine.

• Claudia (7/5): Bien, pero podría ser mejor - Se puede llegar caminando al Rialto y la Plaza de San Marcos. Todo muy limpio. No hay aire acondicionado ni WiFi. Tenía que salir a la calle para que me tomara el internet. El hervidor eléctrico no funcionaba bien y se recalentaba. Tuve problemas para encontrar el alojamiento y me costó encontrarlo.

• Kurultak (2/5): - Room was poorly decorated. Host did not even put one bottle of water in the fridge. Since we arrived at 3 am in the morning due to delays at the Airport we did not have chance to buy a bottle of water. More over there is no shampoo in the bathroom. No airconditioners.
• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a very good area of ​​Venice. We were able to walk to all the tourist attractions. The apartment has everything we need to spend a few days in Venice.

• Sophie (8/5): Great location - Perfect location, nice hosts, clean and spacious flat, large and confortable bed and pillows, quiet during the night. We slept very well! It's not a very cosy flat, the decoration is minimalist, the light quite harsh. No wifi and poor internet signal. The shower and kitchen would need some refurbishment. But overall it's enough for the little time we spent in the flat and was one of the best price we found (approx 130€ per night) for such a great location.

• Gnaughto (8/5): Handy two-person apartment. - Great location, clear communication from owner. It was fine.
• Jeremy (6/5): Good location, but basic. Would stay again to see Venice, but plan not to spend much time in the apartment - Location was excellent, we enjoyed being a little further away from the tourist hot spots but still within walking distance. Facilities were basic and there was no soap or shampoo and conditioner. The shower was temperamental since the shower head couldn’t hold itself up without falling out of the holder; towels rails were nowhere near the shower, so you got the bathroom floor soaking wet getting out of the shower; and shower mat (to place outside the shower) was not provided (we used a towel).
• Sasha (6/5): Pleasant - Perfect location for Venice. No aircon in 30°+ heat and no wifi.
