• Cedric (1/5): A fuir d’urgence !!!!! - Véritable arnaque nous sommes arrivés dans un quartier mal fréquenté lors de notre arrivé en avance nous avons voulu déposer nos bagages impossible !!! La hôte nous a dis d’annuler la réservation sous remboursement nous avons annulé la réservation et aucun remboursement ni appel !!! Je déconseille fortement cette location a fuir !!!!!! • Loanne (1/5): Très mauvaise insonorisation : nuit extrêmement bruyante et peu reposante, même avec des bouchons ! - Le personnel était agréable et la communication rapide. La chambre est très étroite, au point qu’il est difficile de circuler autour du lit ou même d’ouvrir ses valises confortablement. L’accès au logement se fait via une application, mais un seul accès est fourni par couple, ce qui est peu pratique. Cette information n’est pas communiquée d’emblée : après avoir signalé le problème, la propriétaire m’a indiqué qu’il était possible d’obtenir un accès supplémentaire, il faut donc en faire la demande. Le point le plus problématique reste cependant l’isolation. La chambre est très mal insonorisée : nous avions littéralement l’impression de dormir dehors. Malgré des bouchons d’oreilles, on entend tout (circulation, bus, camions, passants…), d’autant plus que la chambre donne sur une rue très fréquentée. Au final, nous avons dû changer de logement car il nous était impossible de dormir correctement. Pour un tarif de 75.- par nuit, le rapport qualité-prix ne nous semble pas satisfaisant. Ce logement peut convenir si vous cherchez simplement un endroit pour dormir quelques heures après être sorti, mais si vous souhaitez des nuits reposantes, il vaut mieux envisager une autre option.

• Giancarlo (1/5): Avoid this place at all costs! - The location is ok, not far from the beach Very bad experience. The room is extremely noisy: it is at street level, with non-soundproof windows facing a busy bus stop. You can hear everything, including conversations, cars, and buses from early morning until late at night. There is also an air vent in the wall through which cigarette smoke from people at the bus stop enters the room, making it very uncomfortable. The room is tiny you won't be able to use the chair and the desk without obstructing the way. The place is in poor condition: constant smell of old food, the sink gets clogged, and the facilities are old and worn out. The bathroom is shared and there is only one for everyone, so it is almost always occupied, which is very inconvenient. The host was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Additionally, guests are forced to install an app on their phone to access the property, which is not informed in advance. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.

• sangoniba (5/5): Standard room for a quick stay but not properly prepared. Would not repeat. - The place is good for a short stay. It is quite convenient to manage your ins and outs with the apps. The room was comfortable but only for one person. There were people staying there for the semester or as a student residency and that is not on the details. Their habits and way of living can collide with the habits of people just passing through (fridge full, different sleeping habits, people going in and out at late hours). The rooms in the back are quite noisy since they are not sound proof and the window is right behind a bus stop, which was not discalimed either. I had to use a white noise on my phone to sleep well. Rooms are quite small and not made for 2 people.
• Bek (10/5): Exceptional quality, value and comfort. - I loved my stay at La Reina. My room was gorgeous and very comfortable, with a beautiful ensuite. The apartment itself was very well-appointed and kept extremely clean. It was close to the beach, shops and some great restaurants. On top of this, the host was extremely responsive and went out of her way to assist me with my booking at very short notice despite her being out of the country at the time. I cannot recommend La Reina enough, and hope to be back sometime soon.

• Miguel (8/5): - Todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. Hay de todo en las zonas comunes, cocina, baño. La dueña nos salvo de quedarnos tirados en la calle después de haber sufrido una estafa. Muy recomendable. Al ir todo con una aplicación para la puerta de entrada puede llevar a problemas. Dependes de tener siempre bateria y no olvidar el telefono dentro. Al ser un bajo se oye el ruido.
• Jean Yves (6/5): - L'isolation de la chambre (n°6) avec l'extérieur est catastrophique. L'air passe (les rideaux bougent). C'est excessivement bruyant (quand des gens parelent à l'extérieur vous avez l'impression qu'ils sont dans la chambre. Impossible de dormir sans boule quiess ou boouchons d'oreille. Le manque d'isolation doit être assez terrible dans des conditions plus fraiches. Obligation d'avoir un téléphone pour ouvrir la porte. Parfait la plupart du temps mais quand tu sors juste pour courir ou faire le marathon (et que tu cours sans téléphone) une clé ou un code à la porte d'entrée est un complément utile à étudier. Le tarif est excessif. 180 euros la nuit en cuisine et salle de bain partagé parce que c'est le marathon alors que le tarif la semaine d'avant ou après est à 70 €. excessif à cette période mais je n'avais pas le choix avec une annulation de dernière minute par mon hôte. Les autres chambre doivent être également bruyantes si l'isolation des fenêtres n'est pas meilleure.

• Ginger (1/5): Nooit meer - Ik kwam iets eerder aan dan geplannend en stond voor een dichte deur. Ze waren niet per mail, telefoon of whatsapp te bereiken. Ik stond in de regen. Na 45 minuten heb ik een andere accommodatie geboekt. Mevrouw zat in een meeting en loog over haar licentie nummer, tijden en zogenaamde telefoonnummers. Pure scam. Ik zal de politie van Valencia inlichten over dit fraude licentie nummer. Ze stuurt dit aan vanuit Maleisië met 7 uur tijdsverschil. Naast haar baan. Euro 140 weg. Extra kosten euro 60 moeten maken. Booking en politie zijn over het frauduleuze nummer ingelicht. Lekker zonder licentie geld ontvangen en belasting ontwijken.

Modern furnishings. As a solo sailor needing a room last minute I very much appreciate the host reaching out to me. Title beach room name is misleading, as no beach to be seen. I could get my scooter in the room folded. Not really an accessibility room for disabled people. Shared bathroom but others have there own shower room.

• Ramona (8/5): Sunny visit in Valencia - Moderne, sehr gut ausgestattete Apartments in einer großen StadtWohnung im Erdgeschoss, in der Parallelstrasse zum Strand mit einem Patio. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein und eng. Permanent stand schmutzige Bettwäsche und Handtücher in der Küche/ Patio oder sie trocknete auf einem Ständer mitten in der Wohnung; was die Bewegungsfreiheit für soviele Gäste stark einschränkte.

Luego dejé mi movil dentro de la habitación y ya no pude entrar... No conseguimos localizar a nadie de la organización para que abriesen la habitación. Llamaron a las 3 horas...

• Nuray (10/5): - Хозяйка очень добрая и приветливая. Расположение очень удобно, рядом магазины, остановки, в 7 минутах примерно ходьбы находится пляж. В комнатах не жарко было, все чистое (постельное белье, полотенца). Соседи сохраняли чистоту и соблюдали режим тишины, что очень хорошо, все проявляли друг к другу уважение и держали общее пространство в чистоте.

Intenté solicitar la cancelación pero la dueña se negó rotundamente a pesar de que se lo solcité a menos de 1 hora después de haber reservado. Pésimo trato. • Laura (3/5): - Está cerca de la playa, a unos 5 minutos andando La habitación es muy pequeña comparado con las fotos que dan a mostrar, el barrio en el que se encuentra da un poco de miedo. Para abrir la puerta principal es necesario descargar una app en tu propio móvil y solo lo puede hacer una persona, por lo que te tiene que acompañar a todos sitios para poder entrar. Un poco desilusionada con el sitio.

• Dorn (10/5): A beautiful, comfy beach getaway. - The rooms were exceptionally clean. Zara, the hostess was incredibly kind and gave lots of good recommendations. The location is close to several bus stops and a 5 minute walk to the sea. I liked everything.

We especially appreciated the beach umbrellas and towels that were provided – such a nice touch that made a big difference. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and very comfortable. Truly a lovely stay – I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Не понравилось,что кухня проходная и комната была рядом с ней,что просыпаешься при каждом открывании микроволновки или разговоров на кухне.Замок на входной двери открывается только с телефона,и нужно всегда иметь телефон при себе.На пляж один не сходишь.Код на двери в комнату нужно вводить постоянно,там 10 цыфр и слышно на весь коридор нажатие кнопок.

• Noemi (6/5): Estancia corta y nada cómoda - Me gustó la proximidad a la playa Es un piso que tiene 6 habitaciones unas con baño y otras sin baño , no me gustó porque falta intimidad , las habitaciones son muy pequeñas , y si llegas más tarde de las 21:00 horas te hacen pagar 30 euros de suplemento por estar pendiente de un teléfono por si los códigos que te dan no funcionan . Yo no volveré allí , aunque he de decir que la atención telefónica ha sido buena . El barrio no es el mejor del mundo hay gente muy rara .

• Luis Miguel (7/5): Buena ubicación pero mala relación calidad-precio - La ubicación cerca de la playa “Malvarrosa”. La entrada es por la calle de detrás de la indicada en la aplicación. La habitación con baño privado tiene ventana a la calle, pero no con cortina que permita entrar a la luz, por lo que no puedes abrirla por la mañana sin que te vean desde fuera. El mango de la puerta del baño no está asegurado, por lo que te puedes quedar con él en la mano al abrirlo desde dentro. Igual con la perilla de la llave de la ducha. El código para abrir la puerta de la habitación consta de 10 dígitos, podrían ser menos. Mala relación calidad precio.
