• Oresta (9/5): Дякую за гарні, чисті, комфортні апартаменти. Локація в центрі міста. Власник привітний, уважний. - Кімнати великі, чисті, зручне ліжко у спальні. Ванна просто супер велика, чиста! В кухні необхідний посуд, засоби для миття, кухонний рушник 👍 Трохи високо, 4 поверх.

• David (8/5): A very good experience with a few limitations.... - The location is very convenient - walking distance to the bus terminal, food markets, and a range of restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating in all respects. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The WiFi worked great, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Two negatives made our stay not as pleasant as it could have been. The apartment is located on the top floor of an old townhouse without an elevator, and this required walking up and down several flights of stairs every time we went out. Older people and couples with small children might find this quite a challenge, and this fact should be mentioned in the description of the flat. Secondly, the mattress in the bedroom was uncomfortably soft, which impaired the quality of my sleep. Different people have different preferences in this respect, and it would be helpful to find out appropriate information on the website.

• Peter (10/5): We got a great apartment in a beautiful city with a good location. - The apartment is in an excellent location. It has a spacious bathroom, living room, bedroom, and well-equipped kitchen. We would return anytime. The third floor may be difficult for older people or those arriving with large suitcases.
• Hana (10/5): - Pěkný čistý byt, skvělá lokalita a vstřícná paní, která nás ubytovávala. Je potřeba počítat s tím, že parkování zdarma je ve větší vzdálenosti a že byt je ve 3.patře bez výtahu.

• Chris (9/5): - Very spacious, clean and quiet apartment in the centre of Karlovy Vary, close to everything you might need like supermarket, restaurants, main sites, coach station - includes washing machine and iron which is very helpful for a longer stay. There were some comments in reviews about noise during the night from outside but for me it was very quiet with the windows closed. The entrance to the apartment block is not good and there was a large pile of smelly rubbish bags for a few days inside the entrance doors, but the excellent quality of the apartment makes up for this issue.

• Jakub (9/5): - Majiteľka bola veľmi milá, príjemná, dostali sme rady/tipy, kam sa pozrieť, komunikácia bola tiež fajn, samotné ubytovanie bolo priestranné, príjemné a zrekonštruované. Prvú noc nám bola zima, lebo teplota vonku klesala aj na 6°C, radiátory boli vypnuté a byt bol celkovo dosť vychladený. Na druhý deň však prišla majiteľka, zapla kotol a už to bolo o kus lepšie. Stále tomu síce chýbalo pár stupňov na termostate pre ideálny komfort, ale minimálne sa po zapnutí radiátorov dalo v apartmáne normálne fungovať. Druhé a posledné, nie až tak závažné mínus bol prvý dojem z vchodu do bytovky a chodby k samotnému bytu, ktorá pôsobila ako opustené priestory využívané na ilegálne aktivity, takže sa nezľaknite, keď tam prídete.
• Dariia (10/5): Lovely place - Apartment is spacious, cozy, and has everything u might need. It stayed cool even during the hot +30°C days, which was such a relief. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful — always ready to give tips or answer questions. Even with a cafe downstairs, it was peaceful and quiet at night. The location is super convenient: close to stations, shops, and city center. Would definitely stay here again and truly recommend it to anyone visiting! Дякую 😊
