• Arun (4/5): Disappointing - I recently stayed at Chalumeau by Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant with my family from October 6th to 9th, 2023. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly marred by an extended power outage that lasted for 16 hours, starting on October 7th. The outage itself was an unforeseen event, which I understand can happen. However, what was particularly concerning was the lack of a power backup and the absence of effective communication and support from the property management during this time. Our discomfort was exacerbated by the presence of a small child and a senior citizen in our group, raising not only comfort concerns but also safety ones. I reached out to the property management and followed up multiple times for a resolution or at least an acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, even after being told that the issue had been escalated to the director, I have not received any form of response for over 30 days. The lack of engagement from the property's side is disappointing, and I had no choice but to leave the property a day early due to these unresolved issues. As a result, I am left with no other option but to express my grievances here, hoping that this will prompt a timely response from Chalumeau by Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant. I chose this property based on its excellent reviews and expected a certain standard of service, which was not met. Future guests should be aware of these potential issues and the property's current shortcomings in communication and guest support.
• Silvia (8/5): stay was excellent, suggest client access be tweaked for cell use - Property was very nice, area was very nice. Had everything available to make stay excellent. Was very quiet during our stay so very much appreciated that. Close to the village so convenient for visiting. Would very much consider for next trip Obtaining keycode through cell was seriously annoying. Not cell friendly system at all. Works for laptop ok, but had to take extra steps to get the code using cell and honestly wasn't certain what i was doing it right in the process. Recommend it gets optimized.
