• Teresa (5/5): Good location and host, but some comfort and amenities need improvement. - The location was nice and quiet and close by to where we needed to be. Onsite parking was helpful. The main bedroom was comfortable and with a ceiling fan. The kitchen facilities were good, lots of storage for food items. Heated toilet seat was nice. The couch was comfortable enough to sleep on. Host was lovely and as helpful as possible. Unfortunately the mattresses in the second room were like sleeping on a trampoline, and very low to the ground. We only used them for 1 of the 6 nights. Mentioned this to the host who was going to arrange a replacement. Hopefully that happens. The cleanliness of the shower was not to standard for us. The high seats in the kitchen weren’t ideal. The tv is small. The dryer of the washer dryer combo didn’t dry well and took 5+ hours. In my opinion this unit size is suited to 2-3 people maximum.
• Kim-Julie (10/5): - I really liked how welcoming, cosy and unique the place was. It had all that was needed (even for my family - there was even a high chair available!). The communication with the host, Apple, was seamless. She is extremely friendly and very organised - she provided clear instructions and what we needed to know. Id highly recommend this stay ❤️ Thanks Apple! I'm not a huge fan of the keys needing to be picked up at another location. It wasn't a huge problem at all for us because we had a car and that the accommodation wasn't far from where the keys were.

• Rosemary (10/5): Cantala was a lovely place to stay. It was walking distance from supermarkets and trams, and a short drive into the city - Cantala is a beautiful property with great amenities. It was immaculate and clean, but not in a sterile hospital way, in a cozy way. It felt like you were staying at your own home away from home. The property was great no notes 👍

• Renae (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment, it was perfect for our 4 night stay as a family, we travelled down from Sydney for our National Cheer competition in the city & we loved how convenient and easy it was for us to travel to and from where we needed to be, the kids really enjoyed the pool despite the cooler weather it got daily use during our stay, the place was neat, cosy and clean! Apple was a fabulous host providing us with very easy instructions to follow & overall very friendly We would definitely stay again in future if given the chance for a trip to Melbourne again
• Maria (10/5): Lovely quiet apartment in great location - Clean, comfy beds, roomy apartment in a nice quiet apartment block, great amenities, easy access to undercover parking bay and Apple was great to communicate with and we enjoyed our stay
• Henrietta (6/5): - We were sent to the wrong key pick up place and couldn’t retrieve the key. Called the host multiple times. Almost had to book alternate accommodation as it was almost 7pm and we have small children who were crying in the car. Finally got hold of the host and got sent to the right convenience store for key collection. From there it was smooth but initially it was terrible and very stressful. Apartment was mostly clean, the shower however was filthy with someone else’s hair still in the shower and shower grime in the corners.
• Stephen (10/5): Loved our stay - We thought this property was perfect for us. My wife, daughter and 2 grandchildren traveled down from NSW to visit my mum who is in a nursing home in Bentleigh for a few days.

• Tony (8/5): Great for what we needed this stay. - It was in a location not too far out from places to visit. The facilities had comfy couches and was spacious enough for 2 year old to play in. Second queen bed could have been more comfortable. Some information provided for what to do with rubbish and recycling.
• Nirmali (9/5): Very nice and comfortable. - We loved the location, which was a quiet neighbourhood with lovely houses, 8 minutes walk to coffee shops and Woolworths Metro. The carpark in the basement was handy. Nothing.

• Lorretta (10/5): Comfortable and relaxing. Facilities wee great. Lovely coffee shops close by for brunch. - Was in a lovely quiet spot. Comfortable and clean. No fly wire on balcony door.
• Jane (10/5): Hidden Gem - We liked how clean, roomy and comfortable it was. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge area was very comfy to relax and enjoy watching a show. The beds were great and the bathroom very special; it even had a heated toilet seat! 😅 We were probably most impressed that the owner allowed us (& trusted us) to bring our well-trained Golden Retriever - she was the reason for our visit to Melbourne (from Adelaide) in fact, as she needed to have specialist eye and heart checks. There was a lot of construction noise next door from an early hour on the Thursdsy morning but that wasn't anyone's fault of course!
• Ming (8/5): Amazing Homestay - Our host, Apple, was pleasant and responsive. Detail instructions given for keys collection. The apartment was clean and cosy with indoor parking and stable wifi. Quiet environment mostly with occasional morning call of the wild(birds) :) Well-stocked kitchen pantry of sauces for home cooking! Nothing material, soft beds suggest to have a car, else rather long walk to public transport
• Jeremy (10/5): Perfect for family of 5 and great communication from Host. - Easy to collect keys and access, great as there was a dedicated car spot which was important for us. Close to shops.
• Shuwen (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and modern, beautiful decor. It was quiet and very private. Nice balcony with some greenery. We love how it is tucked away and very peaceful. Great for small family. Enjoyed it thoroughly.
