• Ibrahim (10/5): ممتازة - جميع المواصفات جيدة واهمها النظافة وتوافر ادوات مطبخ جيدة وكذلك تجهيزات المطبخ .. وتوجد في مكان هادئ ويحتاج حوالي عشر دقائق مشي للوصول للكورنيش ... توجد بجوار جامعة الإسكندرية وخلف مكتبة الإسكندرية وتوجد حولها محلات بقالة ومطاعم وافران متنوعة البناء من الطراز القديم حيث الدور اطول من المعتاد وبالتالي قد تكون صعبة الوصول لمن يعاني من مشكلة في صعود السلالم وكبار السن

• Windy (4/5): nice owner but not very clean place - it is spacious. the owner was nice/sweet. The owner was very nice and sweet. He also helped us book cars to pick us up from the Cairo airport, and offered information about Istanbul when I told him that we were delayed there for 12 hours. However, the apartment was disappointing. I told him to please make sure to have enough towels for the family. There was one large towels and a few small hand towels. All were kind of old and dirty. One tiny roll of toilet paper (we were going to stay there for 5 nights), no dish soap. I requested for all these and his host did bring them the next day. However, he probably bought the cheapest things possible. I later bought more. Worst, We did not have hot water when we checked in; it was very difficult after traveling for 36 hours. The host/cleaning staff must have known that when he showed us how to turn on the hot water (it was very obvious after it was fixed), but he did not say anything. OK. it was after 1am in the morning; he must want to go home asap. The owner did not answer my messages until later afternoon the following day and the plumber did not show up until about 5pm, along with the host. I guess that they did not want to go into the trouble to really fix the problem, but only provided a temporal solution. After they left, the hot water worked for one shower and stopped. I insisted to have the plumber to come back that night and he did come around 11 pm. He worked till 1am and left us with NO running water. He came back the following day and we eventually had running water and hot water that afternoon. This significantly affected our experience, since we had to be in the apartment to wait for the plumber to show up. we were told that there were no spare keys. In addition, we saw live and dead cockroaches at lower levels of the building and a live one in the apartment. It was a huge one. The floor under all the furniture were very dirty.
