- Jessica (5/5): Preis-Leistung katastrophal - Hübsche Anlage. Liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, ist super laut wenn man am Pool liegt. Mit dem Auto aus dem Parkplatz zu fahren ist ein besonderer Thriller, weil man die Straße (Richtgeschwindigkeit 60!) nicht einsehen kann und kein Spiegel vorhanden ist. Das Frühstück ist für den Zimmerpreis ein Witz. Winzige Auswahl, nichts Grünes, wenn etwas aus ist, ist es aus. Auch die Uhrzeit von 9-11 ist speziell und mit Kindern nicht machbar. Insgesamt fühlt man sich als Familie mit Kindern fehl am Platz, da von Paaren böse Blicke kommen bei normalsten Interaktionen und wir in einem Fall sogar nach 2 Minuten Gebrüll im Pool ermahnt wurden „because it needs to be quiet in the Morning“. Würde empfehlen es in ein adults only umzuwandeln, denn der größte Kritikpunkt sind die Zimmer samt Preisen: Für das Apartment mit zwei winzigen Schlafzimmern wurden sage und schreibe 957 Euro pro Nacht im August aufgerufen - und es gab nicht mal Platz, die Koffer aufzumachen oder einen Schrank für die Kleider! Wir haben dann die winzigen Schreibtische umfunktioniert und es war einfach nur unbehaglich. Nach zwei Tagen wurde auch das Wasser nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Auf Ibiza sind die Preise insgesamt katastrophal, aber im Valley Club hat Preis-Leistung noch mal ein neues Tief erreicht.
- H.M (10/5): Valley club - 2e keer verbleven. Voor ons perfect gelegen bijna midden op het eiland. Rustig, geweldig uitzicht..voorzien van zwembad maar ook strandjes op 5min rijden. Geen restaurant maar wel goed (zelf gemaakt !) smakelijk ontbijt (de omgeving !l lunch kan, simpel wel lekker Ideaal voor uitpuffen na een jaar hard werken.. niet echt als je voor de disco/drank gaat Accomodatie - schoon comfortabel goed bed en AC (wel nodig in july). Op verzoek minibar Staff - 1 woord: geweldig en dat maakt de ervaring de belevenis onvergetelijk, heel veel dank hiervoor . Ze staan altijd klaar voor advies en vriendelijk praatje Aan te bevelen ? Zeker .Wij gaan zeker voor een 3e keer Niet veel

- Sophie (3/5): Disappointing, did not meet expectations especially when compared to other places we have stayed in whilst in Ibiza - The setting of the pool area was beautiful, offering a peaceful and scenic space to relax, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The overall surroundings had real charm, and the atmosphere had the potential to be a restful escape. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. Our room was extremely dark, with no windows in the bedroom and several lights not working, making it difficult to see properly. We also had a serious ant infestation, which got into one of our bags and covered all our clothes — something we’ve never encountered in other agrotourism stays in Ibiza. There were not enough sunbeds for the number of guests, and many were tired and dirty, detracting from the otherwise lovely pool setting. Breakfast was disappointing, with food that had clearly been sitting out too long and limited variety, especially in terms of fresh produce, which we had hoped for given the agrotourism context. We had also pre-arranged a picnic for our first night, but there was no record of this on arrival. Overall, it felt like the property needed better maintenance and communication to meet the standards it aims to offer.

- Chloe (7/5): A beautiful oasis in the heart of the north - A beautiful oasis in the north of the island. Valley Club is in a beautiful setting and incredibly calm and serene. It’s a perfect bolt hole for going and exploring the island. We had a suite which was beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the terrace a fabulous sun spot. Lovely breakfast although a little limited. The staff are lovely and always eager to recommend places to visit and eat etc. With it being an old finca, sound proofing was an issue. Our neighbours sounded like they were in the room with us and we were above the breakfast area so if you are looking for a lie-in take ear plugs. The pool area is gorgeous and would be perfect for a poolside bar - this would have made the stay perfect, the drinks available were extremely limited, I would have loved a cocktail by the pool and some fresh snacks. With it being a boutique style property, nice local toiletries in the bathroom would have been a nice touch. It’s got real adult only vibes so I think it would benefit from not having kids there.

We loved the grounds, lots of cosy spots to curl up and read a book. The room wasn’t great (maybe we just got the worst one). There was no window in the bedroom which felt claustrophobic and no door for the bathroom. The bathroom could do with a renovation and was not super clean. The bedroom had a lot of woodlouse - part and parcel of a countryside stay but not so nice under your pillow and on your sheets.

- Raquel (1/5): Bad - We were so looking forward to this stay… it turned out to be a very bad decision. We often pick rural settings as our stay so we can enjoy some quiet and ‘homey’ time. Unfortunately from the first night we started finding centipedes in our room. Happens somethings right? Except it kept happening and many. By the second night I would not get up or go to the bathroom without scanning around. By the way, no door to the bathroom ( conveniently a detail not shown in the photos of the room). It became a very uncomfortable experience, not knowing if I would find centipedes in my clothes, shoes. We flagged to the staff but this goes beyond cleaning. The room was damp and dark. In the third night we hit our limit - as we lay in bed and I turn around, there is a centipede an inch of my nose! Disgusting. At 1am we packed and left - calling other hotels for a last minute room. Out of of booked 6 nights we stayed two having left on the 3rd. We were charged over 400 euros per night - expecting a boutique rural hotel. We had to spend money in another hotel, last minute in high season. Valley Club declined our request of a full refund, offering one night refund and a discount for a future stay (really?!). I replied again but so far no answer. Their excuse is that it’s rural and I don’t have photos - I was not documenting because I was not planning a complain - big lesson learned. Be aware of staying here - there is a change it won’t be pleasant and you will waste your hard earned money. I am sure Valley Club will think of a great excuse ( again) to reply to this review… don’t be fooled.
- Sally (9/5): A very pleasant place to stay - The staff were great, so helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed the breakfast, full continental with plenty of options, all very fresh. We couldn’t use the pool for 30mins in the afternoon due to it being cleaned. I would suggest the pool be cleaned in the evening or early morning. In the room there was a plug in extension lead hanging down the wall from the tv, it looked very untidy. These are small details that are easily rectified though. Overall a very pleasant place to stay.

- Helene (5/5): A beautiful place but completely overpriced. Don't book the junior suite, its not a room but a cave. - The location is great. I have been traveling to Ibiza for more than ten years now and I love this part of the island. The surrounding is beautiful and your way to the beaches, restaurants and cities is really short. Other guests wrote in their rating, that the road traffic is annoying, but to be honest, I hardly noticed it. The hotel itself is beautiful and nicely decorated. The cleaning staff is very friendly and does a great job. I have thought a long time about writing this rating. It is not my intention about letting off some steam. I have addresses these topics at the hotel personally. But as I was pretty disappointed, I would like to keep others from having the same experience. I have stayed in many places in Ibiza, also very simple ones. I understand and support the principle of simplicity. But I think there is a problem if a hotel calls up high level because that evokes expectations. If we had paid 1.000 EUR less for this week, I would have been fine with it. But what we experienced was very very far away from the price we paid. The hotel is nice, but has a lot of problems. I had booked the junior suite, which, was it turned out, was a basement room with the character of a cave. The bedroom had no windows which I addressed as a problem. If I had known that, I would have never booked that room but you don't see it in the pictures. There was no other room available so I couldn't change. My friend had a room with a horrible smell in both of her bathrooms. The staff tried to fix the problem by putting wet towels over all drains. In their opinion that was a solution. In general all rooms had a moldy smell. The breakfast is simple but ok. It is served until 11.00 am. If you arrive at 10.30 am, you have to live with the fact that you are late and some things are gone. As the selection is very limited, that is quite a problem. I addressed the topic and was told, that we are the last ones and that is how it is. The garden is neglected. There were only two parasols which did not provide enough shade for all the guests. This led to an ongoing competition between guests to get one of the shady spots. We addressed the problem, another parasol was moved from the breakfast area to the pool, the next day it was taken away and that was it. The pool is incredibly dirty. There is a shiny film floating on the surface and lots of particles floating around.

- Andrew (8/5): Very good - Nice location on the north of the island with lots of beaches nearby. Taxis while expensive were easily available so you can still get into Ibiza town or nearby restaurants easily if you don’t want to drive. The property itself only has a few rooms so it is private and quiet with a nice pool. The breakfast is decent and the staff are very friendly. I appreciate that it is Ibiza but it felt a little expensive for the money. If it is going to charge boutique hotel prices then it could benefit from attention to some of the smaller details like nicer toiletries in the bathrooms, a bottle of water in the rooms daily, etc.

Close to so many bays and beaches as well as restaurants, picturesque villages and the main hippie markets - well, don’t get me wrong but you do need a car It is not so much about not liking but it could be an idea to add remote ordering from the pool with QR codes.
- Vicky (10/5): Absolutely Brilliant Place to Stay - Absolutely LOVED our recent 3 night stay here. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Incredible service and friendly team. Location is beautiful and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend The Boathouse restaurant in Cala St Vincent too. A 20 minute taxi ride away, and Portinax is lovely too. My only small criticism would be that there is a slightly lighter day time menu available. More fresh food and lighter options.

Nestled away in Saint Joan in the way to all the beautiful Northern cove beaches of Ibiza, it’s perfect if you want a relaxing getaway in breathtaking surroundings. Make sure to have a car, so you can make the best of your stay here. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are delightful and prepare fresh breakfast for guests every morning. The rooms are stunning - queen beds so lovely to sprawl out on, with really good air conditioning. The pool area is spotless, as are the rooms, which are cleaned daily, with new towels each day. The hotel also supplies amazing beach towels with no extra charge. The room has a safe, kettle, coffee facilities and also there are a selection of snacks and drinks available in the rooms too (extra charge). This place is exceptional and we will definitely return as it’s on the cusp of all the beautiful beaches on the north side of the island (quieter and less populated with tourists) Everything was perfect.

- Rebecca (5/5): Beautiful spot, felt a bit end of season - as it was. - The room was beautiful. We came to stay for two nights at the end of the season, after a windy day. But it did feel like the facilities and pool area were a bit tired, overgrown and dusty, leaves in the pool and plastic floatables left in the pool. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi on that day so I couldn’t do the wfh I needed to do. We had booked two nights but stayed for a few hours. Had an amicable arrangement to pay for one night’s stay (at 208 euro), but only stayed a couple of hours. It was a lot of money to be honest. But I get the cancellation policy. Very expensive local produce. Staff were helpful dealing with us though so very grateful for that. And the free bottle of 40 euro local rose wine!

- Elke (9/5): Superb - The setting is lovely: nice garden with lovely mountain view. The breakfast was amazing! Plenty of choice also fresh orange juice! It is nice to receive some tips on where to have dinner or what to visit. Just a small tip: put a little card in the room so people can choose whether they want their towels to be cleaned every day or not. definitely in a agroturismo stay it is nice to do something for nature.
- Alina (10/5): The perfect choice. - The location was ideal, especially since we had a car to explore the island. The nearby beaches, just a 5-minute drive away, were fantastic. The hotel itself was quiet, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the delicious food to the comfortable sleep and the overall chill atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. We're definitely planning to return, and I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

The perfumes of the pants in the garden is memorable ! Some sounds of cars passing on the road nearby is bit un expected during the night

- Daniel (1/5): Incredibly disappointing... - The pool seemed to be quite nice. We wanted to spend a part of our Honeymoon at Valley Club Ibiza. Based on the great ratings, the pictures and the price of approx. 340 Euro per Night we expected the Boutique to be a great place to stay. Unfortunately we were unbelievable disappointed from our room and the facilities. It even was so bad that we did not stay one night there. The room was obviously in a very very poor condition. It even was affecting the health due to a wet wall and mould. Although the grievances in the room were obvious, the owner stated "This is the room you've booked". The owner also wasn't willed to find a solution that would have been a compromise for all of us since he didn't want to loose any revenue. So we had to pay more than 1,000 Euro for a room we couldn't stay in. Regarding the room: We had the Family Room with Balcony. As you can see in the pictures the room is in very very bad condition. In general the room is very dirty and the furniture is old and in bad condition. Examples: 1. The shower is dirty and has a lot of mould 2. The metal parts are showing lots of corrosion 3. A knife was found behind the window 4. A red (blood?) stain on the wall next to the toilette 5. Dirt everywhere, e.g., on the shower 6. The walls are showing lots of scratches and strains 7. Loose cabeling 8. Spider nets 9. ... The most important fact is the smell in the main bedroom. Unfortunately this cannot be shown by a picture. The wall in the left side of the bed is definitely wet. I think this is affecting the health and for everyone having issues with breathing this is a no-go! Regarding the location: The Boutique is directly to a quite busy street. You hear the street outside of the rooms the whole time and even inside the room (vaild for the "familyroom with balcony" that we had. Don't know how it is for other rooms.

- Tamella (9/5): Beautiful, would be better as adults only. - Fabulous location, very clean, beautiful surroundings, great pool, lovely staff. A wonderful place. The coffee at breakfast was not good. This is a very minor thing but important to us as we had to drive elsewhere after breakfast (which was otherwise lovely) to get coffee. Also, given the tranquil setting it would have been nice to be an adult only place as little kids in the pool didn't quite go with the vibe.

The rooms very comfortable, we loved the natural rustic vibe that flowed throughout the property….Breakfast was sympathetically prepared with the finest nurturing ingredients…. The team/staff so friendly, caring and full of knowledge of the Island and ready with a smile to make sure our stay was brilliant. We feel so lucky to have found this beautiful gem….. It was all good….

The trees and plants and beautiful swimming pool and tidy rooms and all the delicious food make this an idyllic setting for a calm and good humoured holiday. We took our two children (10 months and 3) and whilst not a “typical” hotel for children, it was perfect for us, and everyone was so friendly and good with the little ones.

The road is next to the property, so unfortunately you can hear the noise quite loud. One of the rooms in the penthouse was smelling of dump, but I guess it was because of the rain in the previous days. Penthouse rooms are small but the terrace is very nice.

It’s amazingly quiet but easy to go to the beach in just a few minutes, or other parts of the island. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there. especially because of Dominique and Kat who made me feel welcome from the first to the last second. breakfast was made with warm, fresh bread, fresh fruits, caprese and avocado. the home made granola ist outstanding. whatever you ask for, may it be drinks, food, tips for beaches or trips, they help you out. I enjoyed the familiar atmosphere at the Casa and in interactions with each other. definitely coming back ❤️
