• Filip (8/5): Great stay. Thank you. - Nothing could beat the location. Metro station "Museum" and train station "Piazza Cavour" almost at your doors. The best Pizza where they served Glutten free pizza the "Starita" just 10 minutes by leisure walk. Cafes, restaurants, shops... all nearby. We also appreciated the authentic house the apartment is located in. The host was very responsive. The only thing... and also an opportunity for an improvement is the open "window" in the wall above the bathroom doors. As there is no glass in that "window" you can hear everything whats happening in the bathroom/toilet. Also turning on lights in the bathroom lights up the whole bedroom.

Oltre ad averci consigliato per luoghi e cose da visitare a Napoli, sono stati grandi ad averci dato dritte per dove e cosa mangiare dalla colazione alla cena e street food situati anche sotto casa. Sumaron mucho las recomendaciones sobre lugares para comer y visitar! Nos hubiera gustado que las instalaciones cuenten con agua o café para servirse. Asimismo cambiar las almohadas o los colchones ya que resultaron un poco incómodos. Las almohadas podrían ser más altas para poder descansar mejor Remarcamos también que el jabón liquido de la ducha estaba recargado con agua, quizá esto era de los huéspedes anteriores, pero lo indicamos de todas formas

• Nima (6/5): Only liked the location - location was good, the room was big, * No coffee ,but tea bags were available. *bed was not as clean and as comfortable as expected. * The bathroom floor was not clean. *There was a lot of noise coming from outside till midnight and I think the main door is a bit tricky to open as we could hear other rooms people trying to open the door and come in late night which was supper annoying! * We are not sensible to lights at night, but there was a green light top of the door that was blinding us at night and made it difficult to sleep ***** There were bugs and mosquitoes on the bed and in the room. • ANN-MARIE (1/5): ruined our holiday by the owners constant surveillance of us and harassment - The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a run-down building above a row of restaurants. It is an apartment sub-divided into rooms. It’s very noisy, especially at night, with sounds from the restaurants below and traffic from motorbikes passing by. The area felt unsafe, with scooter riders not yielding to pedestrians—often forcing us to step aside as they sped by on the pedestrian street. Pros: • Spacious bedroom and bathroom with a balcony. • Convenient location: Just 2 minutes walk from Cavour Metro Station and 4 minutes from Napoli Centrale Garibaldi train station. • Only 8 minutes on foot to the Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli. • Close to one of the best pizza spots in town, the Pizzeria La Campagnola. EDIT - I have now received a WHATAPP message from the owner demanding I delete my review, I then got an email from Booking.com stating that the owner claims I have broken his T & C and must pay and additional 3 night for breaking his rules. I checked his house rules again and it does not state "no visitors". I assume as soon as I delete my review - he will also delete his fabrication of unjust additional payments. I cannot believe Booking.com lets this sort intimidation by owners occur. * pillows were uncomfortably hard. * The floors were filthy—my socks ruined, and my feet turned black from the dirt. • We had the most unpleasant experience with the owner. Some of our friends (who were moving hotels) asked us if they could leave their luggage in our room until they could check in to their new hotel at 3pm that day. Shortly after, the owner began bombarding me with messages on WhatsApp, phone calls, and notifications on the Booking.com app, questioning who was in our room. Despite explaining multiple times that they were just leaving their bags and weren’t staying overnight, the owner kept pressing the issue, even accusing us of leaving the building door open that morning. Which is impossible as when we left the apartment, we sat in the café right across from the entrance for over an hour. The front door was only 1 meter from us and we could see it the whole entire time that it was closed. It was clear he was spying on us—he had security cameras in the entrance hall, constantly monitoring who was coming and going. It felt like we were under constant surveillance. The whole situation was terrifying. This harassment really ruined our holiday, and the feeling of being monitored was more than unsettling. We honestly felt like we couldn’t even relax or enjoy our holiday, constantly worrying about what the owner was going to do next. The harassment and invasion of privacy completely ruined our experience.

• Livia Hengel (10/5): Great value, comfortable room - Wonderful value room in the coolest neighborhood in Naples, Rione Sanità. The location is ideal, it is very easy to do sightseeing from here and explore the entire historic center. The host was responsive and provided easy instructions for finding and entering the building. The room was very large and also the bathroom. I would stay here again!

The location is good because is near the historical city centre, but at night I didn’t perceive as safe. Also, the elevator is practically unipersonal, so getting there with more than one bag is kind of tedious, as you have to do more than one trip to get to the property.

It’s not far from the airport, located on a street with restaurants, coffee bars, shops & it’s close to Centro Storico. The room is nicely decorated with handy extras like a kettle, tea & fridge. Great to have a balcony too. Francesco the host is very good at communication. We received a detailed explanation on how to enter the property & great tips on where to eat/visit. Monica the lady who cleans for the property is very friendly and does a great job. We were also able to leave our luggage. A great place to stay! Nothing
• Stefan (8/5): Very good - It is a spacious room , clean, close to the main street and metro station . The AC is working well , it is a small but efficient fridge with cold welcome juice . There are also teabags and a kettle . We had some privacy issues . It is a huge opening between the room and bathroom , no glass . Also problems with the drainage ... No kitchen , just a little corner for eating . I did not like the plastic cups and forks .

Walking distance to the catacombs and to the famous 'Christmas Alley'' in the opposite direction. Couldn't fault it on anything. Street is a bit noisy, but you expect that given the location.

All attractions withing walking distance. A pig plus - there is an elevatot in the building. Extreemly helpful and accomodating host, the best experience ever! Just small comment for those who are sensitive to sound: keep in mind that the property is located on a very busy street due to central location and it could get quite noisy during the night and early morning

• Barbara (10/5): Exceptional - The position was very nice, near 2 metro stations so it was perfect to explore Napoli. The room was big, with AC, and clean. The hosts were extremely accommodating: we arrived extra early and they let us leave the luggage well before check-in time. They even solved extra-quickly a problem we created: we left the keys in the lock and closed the door, which was then impossible to open. They also send us a list of to-visits that was very spot-on. Definitely recommended! A small small critic: the bathroom has a (high) window in the room, so if someone goes during the night the bathroom light illuminates the whole room. And do not forget the keys in the door when you leave! But these are very small things which will not prevent us to come back here next time we're in town!

Location was excellent, close to train station and next to hotel is metro station. the hotel had dishes, drinks in the fridge, balcony was perfect, there was good amount of shampoo and shower gel, even wine glasses which was very handy (one wine glass was cracked, but at least there was someone to ask to change it). Host was very nice and provided many recommendations to see and eat. all good.

• Richard (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfortable, secure space in the heart of Naples. Room and amenities are simple, but more than adequate and the team was extremely accommodating. If you're planning to visit Napoli and not spend a ton of time in the room, it is a great choice.
• Popescu (8/5): But all together I would recommend the property. - The property is close to the center and bus/metro station. It is a nice, clean and big property(we had a room for 3 persons). We also had some snacks, water and juice in the fridge, which was nice. The owners were also very nice. The only downside was that the window above the bathroom door was missing, so it was a bit uncomfortable to use the toilet, especially because we were 3 persons.

Very comfortable with lots of added extras, pastries, drinks etc. Would highly recommend as a base for exploring Naples! There was nothing we didnt like!
• Sharon (7/5): Easy to get to, convenient and cute. - It is really close to the station which makes it convenient! The food around the area was really tasty! The host greeted us and answered any of our questions. The manual lift was a joy to use instead of stairs. The location can get busy and noisy. However, they have installed shutters that have block out majority of the noise.
• Carlos (9/5): Superb - Our host, Daniela, was amazing and very helpful. From the outside and in the staircase, the building looks like a typical Naples block of flats, but the interior has a modern touch and seems pretty fresh. There was plenty of dust behind each bed. Some smaller throw pillows had weird stains on them, that were silently begging not to investigate them up close.

Surrounded by lots of amazing places for food, snacks etc. Daniela was the best host, she let us check in early, leave our bags after check out and even got me some medication when all the pharmacies were closed. I will stay here again next time I visit and would recommend this place to anyone! I liked everything, it was perfect for us :-)

The area that the apartment is in is not very nice, but it is close to a train station so you can get around easily. If I was alone I would not have wanted to walk back to the apartment late at night.

She let us drop our bags off prior to check-in time and left us stay an hour after the required check-out; left snacks, sodas in the fridge, and a very clean apartment for us. In addition, she gave us a list of places to visit, restaurant recommendations and suggestions for local specialties to sample, and places to visit to get a sense of Naples. We liked it all, even the very small and slow elevator. The piazza was not well kept up by the city, but was surrounded by good cafes and restaurants, and was so well located!

Room is a large size and bathroom reasonable soze . Shower was good. Double bed was exceptionally hard and very uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep at all well for all the nights we were there. Street is quite noisy till late in the evening (12 midnight) with voices from neighbouring restaurant and motorbikes passing through although Naples is noisy in general.
