• LORENA (10/5): Apartamento recomendable 😊 - Todo perfecto muy limpio y situado en una zona tranquila. Recomendable. Y genial el trato que nos han dado en todo lo que hemos preguntado o solicitado. Que solo hay un baño.

• Carmen (5/5): Faltan los detalles que hacen la estancia agradable - Está limpio y es bonito. Buena ubicación Hay mucho espacio y solo 1 baño. Si se alojan 4 personas (caben 6) hacen falta más baños. Además, le faltan Muchas cosas esenciales: espejo en las habitaciones, pilas en los mandos, jabón, papel wc, unas sábanas de recambio o almohadas. Hemos estado 4 noches y se usan las cosas.

• Kim (10/5): 마드리드의 최고 숙소 - 최고의 숙소였습니다. 레알마드리드 홈구장이 걸어서 5분거리입니다. 지하철역도 걸어서 7분정도, 버스정류장에서 주요 광장, 아토차역까지 갈구 있습니다. 마드리드에서의 여행 기억을 더욱더 특별하게 만들어준 숙소입니다. 강력하게 추천합니다. 모든 시설이 훌륭하였는데, 세면대와 샤워실의 배수가 약간 아쉬웠습니다. 모든것이 완벽해 그런 불편함조차 감수할 수 있을 정도입니다.

Bastante amplio camas cómodas y excelente ubicacion para lo que necesitabamos No funcionaba el lavavajillas por falta de abrillantador y sal. Y el tostador estaba estropeado haciendo saltar la luz. Varias sillas estaban rotas. La chica de la limpieza llego antes de la hora del check out siendo algo incomodo tener que hacerla pasar antes de irnos y no poderlo hacer tranquilamente

Modern, very clean and tidy in a quiet, safe neighbourhood and very accessible to the metro and grocery stores! The photos were more than accurate in depicting how great the property is! Very spacious and all necessary amenities available! The property was more than we expected! Would definitely rebook and highly recommend! If you’re a football fan, it’s very close to Bernabeau stadium! It was our first time in a property having automatic key locks so getting in when we arrived was an issue. Perhaps a clearer set of instructions on how to use the PIN and unlock the door would be of great help. The hosts had a Whatsapp number for us to contact them for assistance but when we contacted them there was no response through the number provided (No texts. No return calls). However, if you do message them via Roombookings chat, they do respond promptly so this might be the way to contact them effectively. A very minor request is I would suggest to have more pillows since the ones in the apartment were too soft and needs more for neck support
